Online marketplace represents the triad relationship among the consumer, the intermediary, and the seller community. However there have been a limited number of studies conducted with the view of the triad relationship, which have produced contradictory and mixed results. The purpose of this study is (1) to find trust factors affecting consumers' transaction intention-trust in intermediary and trust in community of sellers, and (2) to investigate the directionality of trust transfer between those factors. To do this, the study sets and tests a bidirectional model. Based on the study results, the study discusses that both trust in intermediary and trust in community of sellers are important to consumers' transaction decision in online marketplace, and trust transfer in online marketplace flows from intermediary to community of sellers.

본 고에서는 요즘 전세계적으로 관심을 모으고 있는 정보통신 산업과 기술발전으로 인한 이동전화의 서비스 품질평가에 대한 방법을 정리하였다. 주요 내용으로는 이동전화 체감 통화품질 측정을 위한 시험 조건 및 시험방법개선, 시험장비 기능 확인시험, 성능개선 요구 및 확인, 시험계획 수립 및 전국 측정 방법, 측정데이터 분석, 등급별 평가 등에 대한 내용으로, 특히 이동전화 품질평가 항목별 시험조건 및 시험 방법, 이동전화 체감 품질 측정용 시험장비 성능/신뢰성 개선 그리고 전국 현장 측정 데이터분석 및 지역별 품질산출, 등급별 평가 내용을 정리하였다. 또한 각 분야별 품질 평가 기술 방법에 대한 우리나라의 대응전략을 정리하여 산업체 기술개발에 많이 활용될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

본 논문에서는 Self-similar 특성을 이용하여 트래픽의 특성을 분석하고, 최근 논문들에서 보고된 사례에 대한 동향과 실제 데이터 트래픽 특성에 대한 분석연구에 대하여 Self-similar 패턴의 분석 결과를 제시한다.

최근 몇 년 동안 몇몇 환경에서 트래픽 패턴이 Poisson 패턴보다 Self-similar 패턴에 더 가깝다는 것이 입증되어 왔다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 Self-similar 확률과정의 정의 및 트래픽의 특성, 그리고 최근 논문들에서 보고된 사례에 대해서 고찰해 봄으로써, 실제의 이동전화 데이터 트래픽 특성에 적합한지를 응용하고자 한다.

본 논문체서는 2001.12월 중국국무원 의결 36호 전신체제 개혁방안에 의해 중국전신 남ㆍ북 분할계획이 확정된 이후 신산부의 분리작업을 거쳐 2002.5.16일 중국네트웍통신그룹(중국망통)의 창립식을 갖고 중국 전신에서 정식으로 분리 출범하였다 따라서 중국의 신규 중국망통은 북경, 천진, 요녕, 길림 등 북부지역 10개성ㆍ시의 통신자산 일체를 중국전신에서 이관 받아 관장하게 되어 두 회사는 상대방 관할 지역에서는 상호 영업할 수 있게 되었다. 그리고 유선전화 부문에서도 본격적인 경쟁체제가 이루어지고 있으며, 중국망통 설립으로 매출액기준 통신사업자별 시장점유율은 중국전신: 33.8% 중국네트웍통신: 17.2%; 중국이동통신: 36.6%; 중국연통: 11.3%; 중국위성과 중국철도통신: 1.1%를 차지하게 되었다. 중국전신의 분할, 중국 마이크로소프트 회사와 MOU 체결, 차이나텔레콤과 SKT간 합작회사 설립 MOU 체결, 중국 국가 정보화 영도팀 제2차 회의결과 내용, 중국의 VDSL 시장출현 둥 중국의 IT 산업정보에 대한 전반적인 내용을 다룸으로써 우리나라의 IT전망을 조망하여 본다.

As "Nationwide Educational Information System", as one of 11 essential tasks of the electronic government, is to be introduced step by step from March in 2003, the current School Information Management System servers in each school cannot be functioned appropriately any more. Management of school cumulative records will be done by the integrated server of the regional Office of Education. Accordingly, more than 20,000 servers of various kinds available in each school should be put into use in one way or another. So this thesis aims to suggest how to reuse these servers in schools, and how to approach modeling of the 21st-century school in the School Information Management System.

Preproject phase is an important but often ignored research area in information systems field although it has an undeniable importance for successful project. The purpose of this study is to identify factors affecting project performance in preproject phase and to find empirically critical factors among them. After deriving 9 factors through literature review including clear project definition, project leader position, staffing efforts, preproject team expertise, preproject knowledge scope, preproject partnering, top-management support, resource sufficiency, and project climate, the study investigate the influence of those factors on project performance. The study results reveal that clear project definition, project climate, resource sufficiency, pre-project knowledge scope, project leader position have significant impact on project process satisfaction, a measure of project performance, but the other factors do not. Based on the empirical results, the study discuss academic and practical implications.

The application of hydrocarbon refrigerant mixtures in a hermetic reciprocating compressor for dehumidifier is investigated. The selected refrigerants are R12, R134a, HC-Blend (R290/R600a), CX(R152a/R600a) and OS-l2a. Both theoretical and experimental investigations have been performed for the selected refrigerants. The test results of hydrocarbon refrigerants have been compared to traditional refrigerant(R12) and R134a. The results show that hydrocarbon refrigerant mixtures(HC-Blend, CX and OS-l2a) are very good alternatives in the refrigeration system for R12 and R134a.

NBDP시스템에서 9디지트 해상이동식별번호는 7-신호 식별부호로 변환되어 호출국을 자동식별하기 위한 위상동기절차를 거쳐 정보송신국(ISS)의 클럭에 동기 되는데 사용된다. 본 연구에서는 NBDP시스템의 ARQ 모드에서의 페이징절차에서, 호출동기를 위한 자동식별 동기방법과 식별신호간의 변환 및 점검합신호의 검출 알고리즘을 정리하고, 호출의 위상동기를 ITU-R에서 정하고 있는 조건보다 더 빠르게 동기될 수 있는 위상동기방법을 제안하였다.

본 연구에서는 DGPS 시스템의 국내 도입에 따라 한국무선국사업단에서 시스템을 활용한 수익성 방안을 제시하기 위하여, 이미 실용화되어 있는 선진 각국의 제도 및 체계의 현황을 비교 분석하고 국내 관련사업의 수요를 예측하여, 사업추진에 따른 정책방향과 제반 준비사항들을 제시함으로서 사업의 타당성 여부를 결정하는 기초자료를 도출하였다
