In this paper, we propose a study of analysis to the mobility of object such like pedestrian in safety management zone. If unusual situation is detected in safety management zone, it's designed that previous agreed mission will be processed. By human resource, safety management zone cannot be detected continuously so that through the induction of such detection system the reliability of area can be obtained. Hence, in this paper we propose the reaction scheme to detect special situation by object detection. By using sensor based processing system proposed by this paper, the detection of mobility and unusual situation can be implemented.

By mobile technique and vehicle industry development, vehicle service industry based on Intelligent network as telematics service will be more raised. Most of countries expect its industrial market so that many researches and standardization are being advanced. For the telematics service, the vehicle safety technique will be very important so that its research should be expected. Hence, in this paper, we propose a design mechanism for the alerting car accident to identify or avoid dangerous accident by the network of cars.

This study has investigated the growing features and vegetation of Acanthopanax chiisanensis and Acanthopanax koreanum in Mt. Jiri and Halla from Sep. 1997 to Aug. 1998. As to Acanthopanax chiisanensis, it occupied surrounding areas of Nogodan in Mt. Jiri of the height of 1,507m, ImgeolyoungJae of 1,300m and the Mt. Halla. of 1,100m of There were rather high constancy degree with Quercus mongolica, Schizandra chinensis, Hydrangen serrate for. acuminata, Acer pseudo-sieboldianum, Dryopteris crassirhizoma, Actaea asiatica, Thalictrum filamentosum, Abies koreana, Arundinella hirta from the sorts. The common species in Mt. Jiri and Halla are Acer pseudo-sieboldianum, Dryopteris crassirhizoma, Callicarpa japonica, Parthenocissus tricuspidata, Acer mono, Ligularia fischeri, Disporum smilacinum, Viola acuminata Aconitum kusnezofii. On the other hand, concerning of Acanthopanax koreanum community, it possessed the small areas of wedo weoltae village in Chejudo. In this area, a liana e.g. Dioscorea tenuipes, Hedera rhombea, Lygodium japonicum, Akebia quinata, Vitis thunbergii, Dunbaria villosa, Trachelospermum asiaticum var. intermedium, Vitis amurensis, Paederia scandens, lives with Pinux thunbergii, Celtis aurantiaca, Mallotus japonicus and so forth in tree layer and subtree layer. There is artificial change no move in the researching sites, Acanthopanax chiixanensis will be transformed into Abies koreana - Acanthopanax chiisanensis community. Soil characteristics showed the high value such as pH 6.56 and conductivity 0.258mmho/cm in Acanthopanax koreanum community of Mt. Jiri, they also indicated digit as follows: the content of organic matter and total nitrogen are from 25.16 through 25.35% and 7.58 through 9.30mg/g respectably. The soil characteristics at Acanthopanax chiisanensis community in Mt. Jiri and Halla, was high as like pH 5.76, conductivity 0.238mmho/cm, total nitrogen 9.30mg/g, total phosphorus 0.126mg/g in Mt. Halla.

This study aimed to investigate the anti-allergic activity and the mechanism of action of Crassirhizomae rhizoma (CR). The extract of CR exhibited potent inhibitory activity in mast cells; its $IC_{50}$ values were $31.2{\pm}1.5{\mu}g/m{\ell}$ for rat basophile leukemia (RBL)-2H3 mast cells and $51.5{\pm}2.1{\mu}g/m{\ell}$ for bone marrow-derived mast cells by antigen stimulation. It also suppressed the expression of TNF-${\alpha}$ and IL-4 mRNAs in RBL-2H3 cells. In an in-vivo animal allergy model, it inhibited a local allergic reaction, passive cutaneous anaphylaxis (PCA), in a dose-dependent manner. With regard to the mechanism of action, CR inhibited the activating phosphorylation of Syk kinase, a key signaling protein for the activation of mast cells. Taken together, these results strongly suggested that the anti-allergic activity of CR is mediated through the inhibition of histamine release and allergic cytokine production by the inhibition of Syk in mast cells.

본 논문에서는 영상 정보와 오디오 정보 분석을 이용하여 TV 골프 방송 프로그램에서 중요 이벤트 구간을 검출하고 요약 하는 알고리즘을 제안한다. 제안하는 알고리즘에서는 입력되는 TV 골프 동영상을 영상 신호와 오디오 신호로 분리한 후에, 연속적인 오디오 스트림을 내용 기반의 오디오 구간으로 분류한 뒤 오디오 이벤트 구간을 검출하고, 이와 병렬적으로 영상정보에서 선수들의 플레이 장면을 검출한다. 플레이 장면 검출에 있어서는 방송 환경이나 날씨 등의 변화하는 다양한 조건에 대해 플레이 장면에 대한 오프라인 모델과 함께 경기 내에서 발생한 온라인 모델에 대한 학습을 혼합 적용함으로써 검출 성능을 높였다. 오디오 신호로부터 관중들의 박수소리와 스윙 사운드를 통해 검출된 오디오 이벤트와 플레이 장면은 이벤트 장면 검출 및 요약본 생성을 위해 사용된다. 제안된 알고리즘은 멀티 모달 정보를 이용하여 이벤트 구간 검출을 수행함으로써 중요 이벤트 구간 검출의 정확도를 높일 수 있었고, 검출된 이벤트 구간에 대한 요약본 생성을 통해 골프 경기를 시청하는 사용자가 원하는 부분을 빠르게 브라우징하여 시청하는 것이 가능하여 높은 사용자 만족도를 얻을 수 있었다.

관람석에서 바비큐를 먹으며 경기를 보거나 좀더 가까이 선수들을 볼 수 있는 야구장. 탁 트인 구장으로 경기장 밖에서도 선수들과 관중들을 보면서 함께 즐길 수 있는 야구장. 야구팬들이라면 누구나 미국 메이저리그 야구장에서만 볼 수 있는 풍경을 국내에서도 볼 수 있기를 꿈꾸었을 것이다. 최근 그 꿈이 실현됐다. 바로 지난 3월 19일 시범경기 개막전을 치른 '대구삼성라이온즈파크' 야구장이다. 미국 메이저리그 필라델피아 필리스의 홈구장인 '시티즌스뱅크파크'의 모양을 벤치마킹한 '대구삼성라이온즈파크' 야구장은 국내 최초로 팔각형으로 설계돼 넓은 관람공간과 탁 트인 시야가 특징이다. 지난 2012년 12월 첫 삽을 뜬 후 40여 개월 만에 총사업비 1,666억원을 투입해 지난 3월 완공되었다. '대구삼성라이온즈파크'는 야구 명문인 대구 경북의 자긍심과 함께 대구의 새로운 랜드마크로 자리매김하며 도시브랜드 향상과 더불어 시민들의 놀이, 휴식공간, 나아가 전국의 야구팬들이 찾고 싶은 관광 명소가 될 것으로 기대를 모으고 있다. 대구광역시 수성구 연호동에 위치한 대구삼성라이온즈파크는 (주)대우건설컨소시엄이 종합 시공을, (주)백산이엔씨가 냉 난방, 위생, 소방 등 기계설비를 시공했다. 본지는 준공 후 마무리 작업이 한창인 지난 3월 중순 대구삼성라이온즈 파크 현장에서 (주)대우건설 금현철 현장소장과 (주)백산이엔씨(대표 김주환) 김재화 현장소장을 만났다.

An extension of the weighted buddy system, called the extended-weighted buddy system, for dynamic memory allocation in an object-oriented computer is presented. The extended-weighted buddy system allows block sizes of $2^k,\;3*2^k,\;5*2^k,\;7*2^k$, whereas the original weighted buddy system allowed block sizes of $2^k\;and\;3*2^k$. This extension is achieved at only the cost of additional 3 bits per block for memory management unit. Simulation results are presented which compare our method with the weighted buddy system. These results indicate that, for uniform request distributions, our system has less internal memory fragmentation than the weighted buddy system(approximately 60%). And, for exponential request distributions, it has less internal memory fragmentation than the weighted buddy method (approximately 50%). The external fragmentation is greater for this system than the weighted buddy system. But, our system has less total memory fragmentation for exponential request distributions, and two systems take a similar total memory fragmentation for uniform request distributions, so we can substitutes the extended-weighted buddy system for weighted buddy system.

Generally, the existing watermarking techniques for copyright protection of a digital image are fragile in geometric distortion and all watermark extractions need the same time regardless of degree of distortion. In this paper, we propose the incremental watermarking technique that used a Complex Wavelet Transform(CWT) in order to solve these problems. The proposed incremental watermarking technique embeds a watermark in a phase component after a CWT with an original image, and a watermark is extracted from an watermarked image by stages. A watermark owner can insist on copyright of an image after comparing a correlation between the extracted watermark and the original watermark if it is larger than the threshold. Also, the incremental watermark extraction determines the extraction time of a watermark by the level of distortion. The proposed technique through performance evaluation displayed that it was robust in geometric distortion than the existing watermarking technique.

This paper describes a speech synthesis technique by concatenating unit phoneme. At that time, a major problem is that discontinuity is happened from connection part between unit phonemes, especially from connection part between unit phonemes recorded by different persons. To solve the problem, this paper uses clustered diphone, and proposes a spectral smoothing technique, not only using formant trajectory and distribution characteristic of spectrum but also reflecting human's acoustic characteristic. That is, the proposed technique performs unit phoneme clustering using distribution characteristic of spectrum at connection part between unit phonemes and decides a quantity and a scope for the smoothing by considering human's acoustic characteristic at the connection part of unit phonemes, and then performs the spectral smoothing using weights calculated along a time axes at the border of two diphones. The proposed technique removes the discontinuity and minimizes the distortion which can be occurred by spectrum smoothing. For the purpose of the performance evaluation, we test on five hundred diphones which are extracted from twenty sentences recorded by five persons, and show the experimental results.

Generally, the method of the policy analysis has been used for making a policy decision of the development project of the road through the expert interview based on AHP. According to introducing PI, the study of the method of the integrating process for various opinion of the related groups is required. On this study I evaluate what is a difference between the results of integrated process and the AHP analysis on what is major considering factor in decision-making process. From the analysis, each evaluate factor is in level of significance by ANOVA. First, there is a significance level difference between Group A, C and Group B Second, there is also a significance level difference on the result of AHP analysis for each group in order to evaluate by integrated method. Finally, the method of AHP analysis which considers priority factor is expected as to be useful tool on decision-making of various group.
