This study seeks to derive game design elements that turn out game streaming-friendly through the analysis of Internet game streaming. To this end, this study surveyed previous studies on the motivation of watching internet game broadcasting and simplified the motivations to 'Expertise' and 'Amusement', the goal that game streaming should aim for, and divided streamer's streaming types into 'Reviewer', 'Master', 'Entertainer' and 'Acrobat' by those two options. Based on the categories, this study analyzed game streaming videos of various genres and confirmed that both the number of videos and the number of views by the streaming type were the highest in the 'Acrobat' group. In addition, the analysis shows that and revealed different figures by the type although they belong to the similar genre. By comparing and analyzing the systems and content elements of the two games, this study identified 's advantages in three points-Fortune, Setup Time, Control View- and finally suggested some guidelines for streaming-friendly game planning.

Railroad alignment improvements and operating speed increase occupy considerable portion in recent railroad market. Developing countries have limitations to construction of new high speed railroads due to the burden of budgets and the lack of demands, and the projects of operating speed increase arepracticallyrecommended. Thisstudy developed the methodologyto provide the railroad alignment design alternatives and the costs by upgrading the "Intelligent Railroad Alignment Design Program (ei-Rail)" which has been used to obtain the alignment plans and construction costs for railroad construction projects. The program provides the cost for alignment improvement, design drafts and the effects of operating speed increase with the input of target improvement speed and the prevailing railroad alignment on the numerical map. It is then expected for the ei-Rail program to be used for the supporting tool for the railroad alignment improvement projects.

Recent diversification of project delivery systems coupled with increasing mega-projects requires highly advanced construction management techniques. Among those techniques, procurement and design management are recognized as being the first priority for overseas construction projects. Nevertheless, previous research in design management has been limited to the quality management of the design documents at design stage. Therefore, it is necessary to explore the design management from a comprehensive perspective throughout the project life cycle. In this context, the purpose of this paper is to propose a conceptual framework for integrated design management (IDM). Several different concepts in relation to design management were investigated first in order to identify the major variables of the IDM framework. A comprehensive comparison of construction management methodologies was also analyzed in order to identify key factors of IDM. Finally, an IDM framework was proposed by combining those factors and relevant issues. Based on the proposed framework, a survey was conducted in order to validate the framework as well as to identity important areas for improving competitive capability of Korean construction companies.

In existing technology planning, there is lack of considerations such as technology fusion, users' requirements of future, gap analysis between technology development and production, and industrialization process of development technology, that is, technology diffusion and technology transfer strategy. The most noticeable thing is that there is an obvious transition from supplier-centered to consumer-centered in the development of service or product because users' needs are getting a diverse and high level with the paradigm change of industry and society in the 21st century. So it is very important to design effectively a technology planning system under integration of R&D-production-sales system for satisfaction of customers' various choices. In this paper, we present considerations being required strategically in technology planning through analysis of mutual relationship and interface between technology planning, R&D and production system.

최근 증가하고 있는 자연재해 중 지진재해가 전체 재해에서 차지하는 비중은 상대적으로 적지만, 빈도와 강도가 증가하고 있으며, 대응하기 위한 예측 체계가 거의 없다는 것이 어려운 점이다. 일본의 후쿠오카 지진 이후 내진설계 기준이 강화되고 있으나 실제 지진발생시 최대가속도의 크기와 전파속도에 대한 이론적인 연구는 있었지만 국가적 차원의 자료 구축은 거의 없었다. 2005년 이후 소방방재청에서 지진방재종합개선기획단이 구성된 이후, 각 기관에 산재된 GIS 자료를 수집하여, 지진상황에 맞는 자료로 가공하고 프로그램으로 구현하게 되었다. anyguide라는 지리정보 시스템과 Java 어플리케이션으로 구성된 프로그램을 통하여 과거의 지진자료와 측정지점에 대한 정보를 구축하였으며, 실제 지진 발생시에 지자체에서 대응할 수 있는 경보시스템을 동시에 구축하였다. 2007년 2월에 발생한 평창 주변의 지진발생시 시스템이 작동하여 실제 shake map과 hazard map이 작성되었으며, 실제 인명과 건물 파괴 비율을 검증할 수 있었다. 이처럼 지진에 신속히 대응하기 위해서는 최단 시간내에 피해의 규모와 범위를 파악하여야 하고, 이에 따라서 적절한 대응 조치를 취해야 하는 점에서 지진재해대응 시스템은 그 활용 범위가 계속 확대될 것으로 예상된다.

No organization can survive in today's modern society of information and high technology without internet and/or intranet. International convention industry is one of many high-technology dependent fields today which have started gathering new attention since the new millennium had begun. According to our survey, no professional convention organizer has used so far any type of integrated information system which is the vital source of support of the convention industry. Only the general purpose office softwares have been in use. The main purpose of this study is to design a model for ICIMS(International Convention Information Management System) to manage all the related information of international convention in a systematic and integrated way and to implement its prototype. International convention system in general had been analyzed to enhance the level of accuracy of the model for ICIMS. A simulation of an international conference was conducted to test the core module of the ICIMS model.

지난 10년 동안 인터넷은 빠른 속도로 모든 분야에 확산되어 왔으면 이와 비슷한 현상으로 최근 몇 년 동안 무선 네트워크의 확산 역시 타른 속도로 보급되고 있는 추세이다. 그리고 무선 네트워크 침입의 형태와 기술 또한 시간과 비례하여 그 다양성이 점차 증가되고 있으며 공격 시도 및 침입에 성공하는 공격의 횟수도 증가하고 있다. 기존 무선 보안 시스템인 Wireless-IDS는 사고 대응 계획이 설계되고 기획되지 않으면, 보안성을 거의 제공하지 않는다. 그리고 이벤트를 감시하고 사고에 대응하기 위한 인적 요소 비용이 크게 소요되는 단점을 가지고 있다. 기존의 TMS는 필요에 따라 자동화되고 능동적인 대응 수단을 제공하기도 하지만, 새롭게 생성되는 많은 무선 위협의 경우 사람이 막아야 하는 현실을 고려하고 있다. 그리하여 본 연구에서는 무선 상에서의 위협을 자동적으로 관리하는 Wireless-TMS의 효율적인 관리를 위해 수많은 무선 트래픽 중에 위협을 어떻게 분류할 것인가에 초점을 맞추어 연구를 진행한다.

통신기술의 급속한 발전으로 네트워크 환경이 광대역통합망으로 진화되어가고 있다. 이로 인해 개별 네트워크에서 운영되던 IT서비스들 또한 광대역통합망 환경에서 빠른 속도로 융합되고 있다. 하지만, 개별 네트워크에서 운영되던 기존의 IT서비스들이 광대역통합망에서 서로 융합되어 신규 IT 서비스를 생성하는 과정에서 보안요소가 적용되지 않을 경우에 신규 IT서비스의 안정성 및 신뢰성이 떨어질 수 있다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해서, 본 논문에서는 신규 IT 서비스의 기반구축 및 운영이전인 서비스에 대한 기획 및 설계시에 필수적인 보안대책 제시하여 서비스 운영이전에 보안대책을 적용할 수 있도록 함으로써, 신규 IT 서비스의 안정성과 신뢰성을 확보할 수 있는 방법으로 정보보호사전평가 모델을 제시하고, 이 모델을 RFID 서비스에 적용한 예제를 설명한다.

건설산업의 경쟁력 제고를 위해 건설산업에서 기획${\cdot}$설계${\cdot}$시공${\cdot}$사후관리단계에서 엔지니어링분야에 대한 고도의 기술력과 함께 이들을 총체적으로 관리할 수 있는 사업관리능력의 향상이 매우 중요하다. 최근 SOC사업이 대형화, 복잡화됨에 따라 전문 기술과 경험을 보유한 전문 건설사업관리 인력이 필요하고, 대형 사업의 사업관리수행방법의 형태가 발주 직영에서 사업관리 대리인인 CMr 체계로 바뀌어 가고 있다. 이와 같은 배경아래 대형 민자유치사업의 성공적인 수행을 위해서는 통합 CM/PM능력을 구비한 전략적 건설수행체제 구축이 필요하며, 이를 통해 사업비의 감소와 공기단축을 이루어 궁극적으로는 국내 건설업체의 경쟁력강화와 전문화/특화화를 이룰 수 있을 것이다. 이를 위해 본고에서는 민자사업에서의 CM의 역활을 중점적으로 논하고져 한다.

풍력발전의 보급확대는 전력시장의 특성으로 인하여 국가적 차원의 정책에 의존될 수밖에 없는 태생적 한계를 지니고 있다. 역설적으로, 풍력발전은 정부기획에 의하여 시장조성(설계)이 가능하고, 따라서 풍력발전과 관련한 설비제조업, 발전사업 단지건설업 및 서비스업 등으로 구성되는 '풍력산업' 은 국가적 차원의 적정한 정책 수단으로 육성될 수 있는 새롭게 부상하는 산업부문이다 선진 외국의 전력시장에서 관찰되는 풍력산업의 출현 및 성숙과정을 참고로, 우리나라에서의 풍력발전의 보급확대를 위한 전략을 원론적 차원에서 모색하고자 하였다. 기술경영학적 관점에서 풍력산업의 육성도 결국 '기술주도'가 아닌 '시장주도에 의한 것이 효과적일 수밖에 없으며, 풍력발전의 보급확대를 통한 수요의 창출은 에너지믹스(Energy Mix)와 관련한 국가차원의 정책적 의지와 선택의 문제일 뿐이다
