기혼여성 간호사의 직장-가정 갈등, 직무만족 및 이직의도와의 관계에서 사회적 지지의 매개 및 조절효과 (Moderating and Mediating Effects of Social Support in the Relationship between Work-family Conflict, Job Satisfaction and Turnover Intention among Married Women Nurses)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify moderating and mediating effects of social support in the relationship between work-family conflict, job satisfaction and turnover intention among married women nurses. Methods: The sample for this study consisted of 225 married female nurses from two hospitals located in Seoul. Data were collected through structured questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients and hierarchical multiple regression with the SPSS 21.0 program. Results: (a) Social support of married female nurses had significant moderating and mediating effects between work-family conflict and job satisfaction. (b) Social support of married female nurses had significant moderating and mediating effects between work-family conflict and turnover intention. Conclusion: The results of the study indicate that social support is an important factor in work-family conflict, job satisfaction and turnover intention among married female nurses. Supervisor support is important to married nurses as social support as it is controlled by the organization. Therefore, supportive relationships based on mutual respect between supervisors and nurses are necessary for a creative organizational atmosphere and system.

기혼여성의 경제활동 증대에 따른 육아지원서비스 개선방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on Childcare Support Service Corresponding to the Increase in Married Women's Economic Activities)

  • This study is to examine current child care support policies and their limitations and to make some suggestions by means of statistics and previous literature. Major findings are as follows: First, As the women have younger children, the effect is more negative. Second, a maternity leave of Korea is 90 days, which is below ILO standard. Moreover, it is not well supported by the companies they work for. Third, the increasing number of men has spent a paternity leave since the pertinent law was enforced in 2001. The rate of spending the leave, however, is not as high as expected, because it has not yet been decided whether the leave would be paid or not. Lastly, the number of the employer-supporting child care center is rather few due to the legal standard of the facility and the expense that a company should cover. Only 46.5% of the companies that has been appointed to obligatorily establish the center now operate the facility. Therefore, child care support policies should be reformed or improved to help reduce married women's child care burden obviously hindering women from being employed, and this will consequently promote their economic activities. It is also urgently required to expand the application of the parental leave in terms of both object and scope. It is important that employers and employees get ready to compromise each other on the wage issue during the leave. In addition, the flexibility in period and form of the parental leave and the connection of working places with local community for better child care service must be taken into consideration.

기혼여성 재택근무자와 직장근무자의 가사노동 시간관리전략에 관한 연구 (A study on housework time management strategies between married female home-based workers and on-site workers)

  • This study examined housework time management strategies between married female home-based workers and on-site workers, and found out the factors affecting the housework time management strategies. The data were collected from 165 married female home-based workers, and 292 married female on-site workers in Pusan and Kyungnam province, by self-administered questionnaire. Frequency distributions, Cronbachs alpha, t-tests, Pearsons correlations, and multiple regression analyses were conducted by SPSS/PC+. The major findings of this study were kas follows: 1) Married female home-based workers more used obtaining additional help and personal time reallocation than married female on-site workers. 2) For married female home-based workers, educational attainment and occupation were significant factors affecting housework time management strategies, and for married female on-site workers, employment hours per week and existence of elders/disability within the family were important variables.

사회복지사의 인권침해 및 불이익 영향요인 연구: 인천광역시 사회복지사 사례 분석

  • 이 연구는 인천광역시 소재 사회복지시설에 근무하는 사회복지사 274명을 대상으로 2015년 5월 및 7월에 실시한 설문조사 결과 중 사회복지사들이 겪은 인권침해와 불이익 경험 여부 및 영향요인을 분석하였다. 이를 위하여 이 연구는 인권침해는 상사나 동료 및 클라이언트의 폭언, 폭력, 성희롱의 경험으로, 불이익은 임금과 수당, 복리후생, 기관운영에서의 차별로 구분하였다. 로지스틱 회귀분석 결과, 이 연구는 사회복지사가 여성일수록, 연령이 낮을수록, 기혼자일수록, 고용형태가 비정규직일수록, 근로시간은 길수록 인권침해와 불이익을 경험하게 되는 확률이 상대적으로 높으며, 대학원 이상의 학력 소지 사회복지사의 경우 불이익 경험 보다 인권침해 경험을 받을 가능성이 높은 것으로 확인하였다. 또한, 이 연구는 사회복지사들은 인권침해 경험에도 불구하고 직장 내에서 이를 문제로 제기한 경우는 10.3%에 불과한 것도 확인하였다. 전국 및 기초지자체 차원에서 사회복지사의 근로환경과 인권침해에 관한 조사연구가 있는 상황에서, 처음으로 광역지자체차원에서 이를 분석한 이 연구는 사회복지사의 인권침해와 불이익의 예방과 피해구제를 위한 적극적 조치가 필요하다는 의견도 제시하였다.

기혼직장여성의 우울증에 미치는 영향요인: 여성가족패널 조사 7차년도(2017-2018) 자료 활용 (Factors Influencing Depressive Symptoms of Married Working Women: The Korean Longitudinal Survey of Women and Family 2017-2018)

  • Objectives: The aim of this study was to examine factors influencing depressive symptoms among married working women using the dataset of the Korean Longitudinal Survey of Women and Family (KLoWF 7th). There were 1,030 subjects. Methods: A multiple regression model was used to study the factors influencing depressive symptoms among married working women. Results: The authors found a negative relationship between satisfaction with spouse household-labor (b=-0.606, p=0.022) and depressive symptoms among married working women, a negative relationship with spouse (b=-0.237, p<0.001) and a negative spousal perception of working (b=-0.709, p=0.045), a positive relationship with excessive working hours (b=0.397, p=0.027), a positive relationship with temporal oppression on workload (b=0.422, p=0.002), and a positive relationship between workplace discrimination (b=0.053, p=0.046) and depressive symptoms among married working women. Conclusions: This study suggests that family life and working environments are important factors for depressive symptoms in married women workers. The findings of this study will be helpful to policymakers to design plans to decrease depressive symptoms among married working women.

자녀를 양육하는 북한이탈 기혼여성의 직장생활 체험에 관한 해석학적 현상학적 연구 (Hermeneutic Phenomenological Study on the Experiences of Employment of Married North Korean Women Defectors Rearing Children)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to understand the experiences of married North Korean women's child-rearing, working lives, and their home and work environment in depth. Methods: This study adopted van Manen's hermeneutic phenomenological method to qualitatively analyze data. The participants were 8 married North Korean women defectors. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and observations from July 4 to August 20, 2018. Results: Nine essential themes emerged: more personal challenges after overcoming a life-threatening crisis; hopes of firmly settling in this land; the wound from the north, which chased them here; a body that becomes stronger through hardship; being stuck in a past full of anxiety and pain; the present is full of hope; hope for the future; sense of alienation from coworkers that cannot be overcome; and sense of power to endure an exhausting work life. Conclusion: This study provided a broader understanding of the life and experiences of married women from North Korea. It highlights the need for nurses to recognize their importance in nursing care. The study also suggests that academic and practical approaches for nursing, and basic data for a nursing intervention for married women from North Korea be provided. The study findings can be used as a basis for preparing a national policy that will help North Korean defectors to find employment and gain stability.

미용대체요법이 스트레스 완화에 미치는 복합적 영향 (Complex Effects of Alternative Beauty Therapy on Stress Relaxation)

  • 본 연구는 평소 자신의 업무에 대하여 지각하는 스트레스 지수가 높은 30~40대 직장 여성 50명을 대상으로 미용대체 요법이 스트레스 완화에 미치는 복합적인 영향을 분석하여 급변하는 현대사회에서 여성 직장인들이 받는 스트레스를 완화시켜 건강하고 아름다운 삶을 유지하는데 도움을 주고자 하였다. 미용요법은 향기요법과 건식 이완 마사지를 15분간 시행하였으며, 시행 전 설문을 통하여 스트레스 지수를 확인하였다. 실험은 주1회 4주간 시행되었고 결과 측정은 타액 내 코티졸의 농도로 분석하였다. 그 결과 실험 전 스트레스 지수 평균은 3.97로 높게 나타났으며, 실험 후 대상자들의 코티졸 농도는 유의하게(p<0.05) 낮아졌고 특히, 기혼과 부양책임을 가진 대상자들에게서 더 많은 변화를 보였다. 이상의 결과로 향을 이용한 건식이완 마사지는 스트레스가 심한 30~40대 여성들의 심신 안정에 매우 효과적인 것으로 판단되며 이러한 미용적 방안을 잘 적용한다면 스트레스 관리에 도움이 될 것으로 판단된다.

사이버대학생의 진로장벽 지각 -배경변인별 차이를 중심으로- (Perception on Career Barriers among Cyber University Students: Focusing on Demographic Characteristics)

  • 본 연구는 서울소재 사이버대학교에 재학 중인 성인학습자들이 지각하는 진로장벽의 개인 배경변인별 차이를 분석하여 학습자의 진로발달에 도움이 되는 기초자료를 제공하고자 수행되었다. 연구 대상자는 서울 소재 한 사이버대학에 재학 중인 20세 이상 성인학습자로 온라인 설문에 응답한 총 937명의 자료를 수집 분석하였다. 배경변인별 분석에서 여성이 남성보다, 20대가 30~50대보다, 비직장인이 직장인보다, 미혼이 기혼보다 진로장벽을 더 높게 지각하고 있었다. 하위영역 별로는 '미래불안', '흥미부족', '직업정보부족', '대인관계어려움' 영역에서 여학생이 남학생보다 유의미하게 높은 지각 수준을 보였다. 연령별 분석에서 50대가 다른 연령대에 비해 높게 지각한 영역은 '중요한 타인과의 갈등'이 유일했다. 학년에 따른 차이는 확인되지 않았다. 이러한 연구결과는 성인학습자의 배경변인에 따른 진로장벽을 극복하기 위해 맞춤형 진로발달 프로그램과 상담이 필요함을 시사한다.

기혼 직장여성의 출산의도 결정요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Determinants of Married-Working Women's Childbirth Intention)

  • Postponing childbirth is becoming increasingly common and consequently serious social problem in Korea, among married-working women. It is relatively unknown which factors determine married-working women's childbirth intention. This study investigated the effects of demographical factors, labor market factors and social support factors on married-working women's childbirth intention. Data from a national survey of married-working women (Korean longitudinal survey of women and families) are used in this study. The findings are as follows. First, logistic regression analyses that married-working women's childbirth intention could be predicted by 1) personal characteristic factors such as age (p <.000), education level (p<.029), parenthood (p<.000) monthly pay (p<.01); 2) husband support factors, such as satisfaction with division of household labor (p<.009), time with family (p<.049) influence of family life on work (p<.083); and 3) institutional support factors such as regular position (p<.015), regression analysis showed similar results. Personal characteristic factors and husband support factors had statistically significant effects on the number of future children. Personal value factors such as traditional family support (p<.05) proved to be the best predictor of the number of future children. Institutional support factors, on the other hand, did not have statistically significant effect on the number of future children. In a nutshell, personal characteristics and husband support proved to be the most important determinant of married-working women's childbirth intention. The findings suggest that family friendly policy and flexible labor market policy will impact married-working women's childbirth intention.

창조계층의 이동에 관한 연구 (Analysis on the Movement of the Creative Class)

  • 창조계층은 전문 지식 및 기술을 가지고 창의적이고 혁신적인 업무에 종사하는 직업군을 뜻하며, 지역의 경제성장에 중요한 역할을 한다는 점에서 많은 관심을 받아 왔다. 이에 지역정부에는 도시의 경제 성장을 위해 창조계층을 유입하기 위한 각종 정책 및 방안들을 제시하고 있으나 실제 창조계층이 이동과 관련된 연구는 부족한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 17차 노동패널 자료를 이용하여 창조계층의 이동특성과 이주동기를 분석하여 함의를 제공하고자 하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 창조계층은 비창조계층에 비하여 이동성이 높았다. 둘째, 창조계층 이동자는 여성보다 남성이, 20대와 30대의 젊은층이, 미혼보다는 기혼자, 전세 등 자가가 아니며, 아파트에 거주하는 이동자가 많았다. 셋째, 창조계층과 비창조계층이 이주 동기에는 차이가 존재하였다. 창조계층의 이주 동기는 주거 요인과 직장 요인이 중요한 역할을 하였다. 특히 비창조계층에 비하여 직장 요인이 더 중요한 것으로 분석되었다. 넷째, 인간관계, 편의시설 등의 변수는 창조계층의 이동에 중요한 영향을 주지 않았다.
