Improving Symbolic Model Checking Performance Withy Retiming (Retiming을 이용한 Symbolic Model Checking 성능 향상에 관한 연구)

  • This paper presents an application of retiming to model checking, a branch of formal verification. Retiming can change the transition relation of a circuit without changing its input-output behaviour by relocating its registers. With the retiming, a given circuit can have a different structure more adequate for model checking. This paper proposes a cost function to reflect the number of registers and the characteristic of its transition relation and develops a heuristic annealing algorithm to search efficiently the circuit structures obtained by retiming. Experimental results show that the proposed method can improve the model checking performance.

  • This paper presents the network security modeling methodology and simulation using the hierarchical and modular modeling and simulation framework. Recently, Howard and Amoroso developed the cause-effect model of the cyber attack, defense, and consequences, Cohen has been proposed the simplified network security simulation methodology using the cause-effect model, however, it is not clear that it can support more complex network security model and also the model-based cyber attack simulation. To deal with this problem, we have adopted the hierarchical and modular modeling and simulation environment so called the System Entity Structure/Model Base (SES/MB) framework which integrates the dynamic-based formalism of simulation with the symbolic formalism of AI. Several simulation tests performed on sample network system verify the soundness of our method.

  • 소프트웨어 개발의 본질은 매우 복잡하다. 이는 서로 맞물려 돌아가도록 여러 컨셉들을 명세화하고 설계하여 검증해야 하기 때문이다. 또한 문제영역에 들어맞도록 개발해내도 여전히 실세계 엔티티(entities)간의 관계를 정의해 줘야 하고, 예외적인 상황을 식별해야 하며, 각각의 상태 변화를 예측해야 하기 때문에 여전히 복잡한 행위일 수밖에 없다. 이와 같은 복잡도를 낮추기 위해 비주얼한 기호형태에 기반을 둔 개발에 도움을 받을 수 있다. 그러나 개발의 중심에 인간이 있다는 데에는 변함이 없어야 한다. 또한 기계가 아닌 좀 더 인간적이고, 자동화가 아닌 실제적인 창작의 주체로서 개발자들을 '인간'이라는 사회적 대상으로서 초점을 둘 필요가 있다. 본 논문의 목적은 개발자간의 의사소통과 자유로운 창작활동을 위한 설계법을 인문사회영역에서 접근함으로서 개발자간에 '이해'의 폭을 증대시키기 위한 객체의 관계와 설계에 대한 재 정립이다. 이를위해 소프트웨어 개발상의 요소의 선택과 관계의 표현에 대해 기존의 기호체계에만 의존하지 않고 인간의 언어구조에 기반을 둔 구문체계에 상응하는 방식을 사용하는 것으로 구문기반의 관계의 성립과 그것을 지배하는 원리를 수립한다.

  • This study is a model of research for the developing 3D character contents about facial expression as a sort of non-linguistic signs, focusing on an expression of emotion factors of a person. It contributes a framework for symbolic analysis about Human's emotions along with a general review of expression. The human face is the most complex and versatile of all species. For humans, the face is a ich and versatile instrument serving many different functions. It serves as a window to display one's own motivational state. This makes one's behavior more predictable and understandable to others and improves communication. The face can be used to supplement verbal communication. A prompt facial display can reveal the speaker's attitude about the information being conveyed. Alternatively, the face can be used to complement verbal communication, such as lifting of eyebrows to lend additional emphasis to stressed word. The facial expression plays a important role under the digital visual context. This study will present a frame of facial expression categories for effective manufacture of cartoon and animation that appeal to the visual emotion of the human.

On-Line music score recognition by DPmatching (DP매칭에 의한 On-Line 악보인식)

  • 컴퓨터의 기술적 발전은 사회 여러 분야에 막대한 영향을 끼쳤다. 그중 악보인식분야에도 커다란 영향을 주었다. 그러나, On-line 상에서 그린 악보를 실시간으로 정형화된 악보형태로 변환하는 처리에 대한 연구가 미흡하여 이에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 실시간으로 악보를 인식하고, 사용자의 편의를 도모하기 위해 DP(Dynamic Programming) 매칭 법을 이용한 On-Line 악보인식에 관한 방법을 제안하였다. 본 연구에서는 실시간으로 입력되는 악상기호를 인식하기 위해, 가장 유효한 정보인 악상 기호내의 방향, x, y 좌표를 이용하여 벡터형태로 추출한 후 음표와 비음 표(쉼표, 기타기호)의 두개의 그룹으로 나누어진 표준패턴과의 DP매칭을 통해 인식한다. 먼저 tablet을 통해 실시간으로 악상 기호를 입력할 때 생기는 x, y좌표를 이용하여, 펜의 움직임에 대한 16방향 부호화를 수행한다. 음표와 비 음표를 구분하기 위한 시간을 줄이고자 16방향 부호화를 적용하지 않고 사사분면부호화를 적용한다. 음표를 약식으로 그릴 경우 음표 머리에 해당하는 부분의 좌표는 삼사분면에 분포하고, 폐곡선의 음표일 경우에는 좌표가 사사분면에 고르게 나타난다. 폐곡선을 제외한 음표의 머리는 폐곡선과 같은 조건이면서 입력받은 y좌표 값들 중에서 최소 값과 최대 값을 구한 다음 2로 나눈 값을 지나는 y좌표의 개수가 임의의 임계값 이상이면 음표로 판단한다. 위 조건을 만족하지 않을 경우 비 음표로 취급한다. 음표와 비 음표를 결정한 다음, 입력패턴과 표준패턴과의 DP매칭을 통하여 벌점을 구한다. 그리고 경로탐색을 통해 벌점에 대한 각각의 합계를 구해 최소 값을 악상기호로 인식하였다. 실험결과, 표준패턴을 음표와 비음표의 두개의 그룹으로 나누어 인식함으로써 DP 매칭의 처리 속도를 개선시켰고, 국소적인 변형이 있는 패턴과 특징의 수가 다른 패턴의 경우에도 좋은 인식률을 얻었다.리되고 이원화된 코드체계와 데이터 형태의 이질화를 통일하는 방법으로 데이터웨어하우스 시스템을 제시하였다. 결국 병원에서 데이터웨어하우스 시스템의 구축은 임상, 연구, 교육의 유기적 순환관계를 정립하여 지식의 순환적 고리인 수집, 공유, 확산, 재창출을 지속적 유지할 수 있는 인프라를 구축해 준다. 반면 상이한 정보들간의 충돌과 이에 따른 해석의 오류로 잘못된 의사결정을 위한 정보를 제공할 수 있고 기초정보의 접근 및 추출의 유용성에 의해서 정보유출에 대한 문제가 한계점으로 나타났다.로세스 개선을 위해서 무엇을 정말로 필요로 하는지를 밝힘으로써, 한국 소프트웨어 산업의 현실적인 특수성을 고려한 소프트웨어 프로세스 평가와 개선 모델의 개발을 위한 기초적인 자료를 제공할 것으로 예상된다. 또한, 본 연구 결과는, 우리나라 소프트웨어 조직들이 실제로 무엇을 필요로 하는지를 밝힘으로써, 우리나라의 소프트웨어 산업을 육성하기 위한 실효성 있는 정책 입안을 위한 기초 자료를 제공할 것으로 예상된다.를 검증하려고 한다. 협력체계 확립, ${\circled}3$ 전문인력 확보 및 인력구성 조정, 그리고 ${\circled}4$ 방문보건사업의 강화 등이다., 대사(代謝)와 관계(關係)있음을 시사(示唆)해 주고 있다.ble nutrient (TDN) was highest in booting stage (59.7%); however no significant difference was found among other stages.   • This paper mainly focused on research developing online game characteristic evaluation system based on game characteristic evaluation model design. Online game characteristic evaluation system is a system that evaluates game online in real-time using evaluation elements defined by model design. Game characteristic evaluation system uses heuristic evaluation method, which is used to execute evaluation in four parts, technical element, manage element, social element, and competitive element. To verify objectivity and validity of game characteristic evaluation, assessment was performed by three groups of beginners, intermediates, and professionals to increase the trust. And game characteristic evaluation forum was hosted to collect opinion from diverse classes.

Analysis of the Cognitive Level of Meta-modeling Knowledge Components of Science Gifted Students Through Modeling Practice (모델링 실천을 통한 과학 영재학생들의 메타모델링 지식 구성요소별 인식수준 분석)

  • The purpose of this study is to obtain basic data for constructing a modeling practice program integrated with meta-modeling knowledge by analyzing the cognition level for each meta-modeling knowledge components through modeling practice in the context of the chemistry discipline content. A chemistry teacher conducted inquiry-based modeling practice including anomalous phenomena for 16 students in the second year of a science gifted school, and in order to analyze the cognition level for each of the three meta-modeling knowledge components such as model variability, model multiplicity, and modeling process, the inquiry notes recorded by the students and observation note recorded by the researcher were used for analysis. The recognition level was classified from 0 to 3 levels. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the cognition level of the modeling process was the highest and the cognition level of the multiplicity of the model was the lowest. The cause of the low recognitive level of model variability is closely related to students' perception of conceptual models as objective facts. The cause of the low cognitive level of model multiplicity has to do with the belief that there can only be one correct model for a given phenomenon. Students elaborated conceptual models using symbolic models such as chemical symbols, but lacked recognition of the importance of data interpretation affecting the entire modeling process. It is necessary to introduce preliminary activities that can explicitly guide the nature of the model, and guide the importance of data interpretation through specific examples. Training to consider and verify the acceptability of the proposed model from a different point of view than mine should be done through a modeling practice program.

  • To analyze a multibody system, this paper proposes an implicit numerical integration method for joint coordinates subsystem synthesis method. To verify the proposed method, a multibody model for an unmanned robot vehicle, which consists of six identical independent suspension systems, is developed. The symbolic method is applied to compute the system Jacobian matrix for the implicit integration method. The proposed method is also verified by performing rough terrain run-over simulation in comparison with the conventional implicit integration method. In addition, to evaluate the efficiency of the proposed method, the CPU time obtained by using this method is compared with that obtained by using the conventional implicit method.

Optimization of Ingredient Mixing Ratio for Preparation of Sulgidduk with Saltwort (Salicornia herbacea L.) (함초 첨가 설기떡의 재료 혼합비율의 최적화)

  • In an attempt to get basic data for the utilization of saltwort powder (Salicornia herbaceae L.) as a ingredient in the Sulgidduk. D-optimal design of mixture design showed 14 experimental points including 4 replicates for three independent variables. The three independent variables selected for the experiment were water ($13{\sim}18%$), saltwort powder ($2{\sim}6%$), and sugar ($8{\sim}13%$). The optimum responses variables such as color value. texture, and sensory characteristics were evaluated. The compositional and functional properties of test were measured, and these values were applied to the mathematical models. According to the result of measuring probability of the color value, texture and sensory characteristics were respectively and significance was acknowledged (p<0.05). According to the result of F-test, color values (L, a, b), textural properties (gumminess, chewiness) and sensory characteristics (taste, softness) decided linear model, textural property (hardness) and sensory characteristics (color, smell, moistness, overall acceptance) decided quadratic model. A canonical form and trace plot showed that the influence of each ingredient on the mixture final product. An optimum formulation by numerical and graphical methods were similar. Water, saltwort powder, and sugar were 15.2%, 3.0%, and 9.8% respectively by numerical method, and 15.2%, 3.1%, and 9.7% respectively by graphical method.

Formulation Optimization of Salad Dressing Added with Bokbunja (Rubus coreanum Miquel) Juice (복분자(Rubus coreanum Miquel) 즙을 이용한 드레싱 제조의 재료 혼합 비율의 최적화)

  • This study was conducted for the optimization of ingredients in salad dressing using Bokbunja (Rubus coreanum Miquel) juice. The experiment was designed according to the D-optimal design of mixture design, which included 14 experimental points with 4 replicates for three independent variables (Bokbunja juice $15.70\sim47.10%$, oil $23.50\sim39.20%$, vinegar $3.90\sim19.60%$). The compositional and functional properties of the prepared products were measured, and these values were applied to the mathematical models. A canonical form and trace plot showed the influence of each variable on the quality attribute of final mixture product. By the use of F-test, viscosity, color values (L, a, and b), emulsion stability and sensory characteristics (color) were expressed by a linear model, while the color values (L) and sensory characteristics (smell, taste, and overall acceptance) were by a quadratic model. The optimum formulations by numerical and graphical method were analogous: Bokbunja juice, oil and vinegar of 36.02%, 26.48%, and 12.00% by numerical method, respectively; those of 36.00%, 26.44%, and 12.06% by graphical method, respectively.
