Interest in the transition to MyData beyond the use of personal data is high worldwide. In order for the ideology of MyData to be realized, various useful MyData services would be developed in practice. Above all, convergence must be premised for the development of MyData. This study proposed strategies for activating MyData convergence services from four perspectives (BLTS: Business, Legal, Technology, and Social). In particular, the purpose w as to revitalize domestic convergence services by comparing European policies and services, which are the most pioneering in the field of MyData, with the domestic situation. It is expected that this study will provide balanced and progressive ideas in the MyData industry and policies.

Recently, there have been many changes in researches of mathematics education. There is a growing number of researchers who are interested in empirical researches. According to the these changes, there is also an emphasis on methodology of mathematics education. This means that many researchers try to conduct an research using scientific approach. Therefore, new types of research developing mathematics courses recently has evolved as follows: teaching experiment, hypothetical loaming trajectory, design science, developmental research. The aim of this study is to reflect on developmental research in RME and to induce desirable directions for developing our mathematics courses. In order to attain these purposes, the present paper reflects the philosophy of RME, aim, procedure, data collection, data analysis, and justification of developmental research with illustrating a exemplar Based on these reflections, it is discussed that it needs to construct the mathematics curriculum connecting theory and practice in mathematics education, to report the process of developing mathematics courses faithfully, and to develop real mathematics courses after conducting basic developmental researches in order to take scientific app- roaches for developing mathematics courses.

The number of welfare foundation to which local governments have contributed is 20 as of December, 2013. As the role of local governments tends to be more stressed than that of central government to achieve the fulfillment of local residents' welfare, the establishment of welfare foundation by local governments is increasing. Considering that the establishment of welfare foundation will increase in future due to the reinforcement of local autonomy it is evident to study the means to operate welfare foundations transparently and effectively. In this situation there has been neither review on the problems in the operation of welfare foundations until now nor study suggesting its improvement direction or activation plan. Therefore, this study delves into the current status of nation-wide welfare foundations and several problems occurred in the implementation process, and it is aimed to achieve the original goal of welfare foundations and the activation of welfare foundations.

일본에 있어서 용접역학분야의 연구추이, 연구동향, 전망 등의 문헌을 충실히 소개했다. 연구추이로부터 추측하면. 역학현상의 해명뿐만 아니라 용접에 관련한 연구전체에 있어서 계산기의 지원은 현 연구수단의 주류로부터 옮겨져 왔으며. 이러한 경향은 더욱더 증가할 것으로 예상된다. 이 분야는 저자의 전문분야로서 일본, 세계에 있어서 용접관린학회등에 참가한 경험을 기초로 정리한 것이다. 용접역학 중에서도 용접변형 잔류응력을 대상으로 하는 분야에서는 범용프로그램이 시판되고 있으며 이러한 것은 데이터 작성으로부터 결과의 표시까지 간단히 얻어낼 수 있다. 이와 같은 장점을 보유하고 있기 때문에 일반적으로 널리 이용되고 있지만, 큰 결점 또한 갖고 있는 것을 말하고 싶다. 즉, 범용프로그램에서도 결과의 정당성을 평가하는 기능은 없으며, 결과의 평가는 해석자 자신에 맡겨지는 것이 사실이다. 이것을 충분히 인식할 필요가 있다. 이와 관련해서 실험을 행하고, 해석해를 도출하고, 이러한 결과와 범용프로그램에서 얻어진 결과와 비교 검토하는 등. 반드시 프로그램을 바르게 사용하는 있는 일의 인식을 행하는 일을 강조하고 싶다. 특히, 모델링, 시뮬레이션에 종사하는 연구자 기술자는 실험을 행하고 거기서 일어나는 어떤 사실을 감지하는 일을 권하고 싶다.

먹넌출은 국내에서 안면도에서만 자생하는 희귀식물로, 항산화, 미백, 항암 효능이 밝혀져 유용식물자원으로의 활용이 기대되나 IUCN(세계자연보전연맹) 기준 취약종(VU)으로 분류되어 생명자원의 현지 내, 현지외 보존 필요성이 크다. 따라서 본 연구는 먹넌출의 종자를 이용한 보존과 증식을 위해 기초자료를 확보하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 열매의 성숙도에 따른 형태적 특성과 활력 차이를 비교하고, 종자의 발아 조건 구명을 위해 휴면 종류와 발아 적온을 조사하였다. 먼저 열매 성숙도에 따른 형태적 특성과 활력 조사 결과, 열매가 부분적으로 성숙한 적색 단계는 완전히 성숙한 흑색 단계와 비교하여 종자 무게와 배길이에서 차이가 거의 나타나지 않았고 충실도가 80%, 충실 종자의 활력이 100%로 나타났다. 따라서 종자 채취 시 열매가 흑색으로 성숙하여 떨어지기 전인 적색 단계에서 채취하여도 종자를 이용한 증식에 문제가 없을 것으로 보인다. 또한 먹넌출 종자는 딱딱한 과피로 덮여있지만 수분 흡수를 가능하게 하는 조직을 가지고 있어 물리적 휴면에 해당하지 않았으나 생리적 휴면을 가지고 있었으며, 휴면 타파에는 GA3 1000ppm 처리가 가장 효과적이었다. 또한 발아 온도는 10℃ 12시간, 20℃ 12시간인 변온 조건에서 가장 높은 발아율을 보였다. 본 결과를 먹넌출 종자 수집과 증식에 참고 자료로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

This study was about developing a diagnostic assessment tool for the health of Baptist Church. To enable this, the definition of healthy Baptist churches and health factors was examined, diagnostic questions by church health factors was developed. Literature review and research of Delphi were used for research methods. Based on the quarter sampling method, the main survey was conducted on 395 people about factor analysis and needs analysis. Through this study, a healthy Baptist church is defined as a community of believers who glorify God by performing the functions of the church well, having the attributes of the church and the identity of the Baptist church as a body member of Christ. Factors of the healthy Baptist churches are community, loyalty of function, identity of Baptist church, and the essential qualities of the church. It was confirmed that there are 17 factors such as community of faith, worship, priesthood of all believers, and apostolicity. For measuring healthy Baptist Church, it consists of 199 diagnostic assessment questionnaires which can be reduced to 53 or 23 condensed diagnostic assessment questionnaires.

The role of small and medium enterprises as an economic growth factor has been accentuated; consequently, the need to develop a business forecast model and indexes that accurately examine business situation of small and medium enterprises has increased. Most current business model and indexes concerning small and medium enterprises, released by public and private institutions, are based on Business Survey Index (BSI) and depend on subjective (business model and) indexes; therefore, the business model and indexes lack a capacity to grasp an accurate business situation of these enterprises. The business forecast model and indexes suggested in the study have been newly developed with Principal Component Analysis(PCA) and weight method to accurately measure a business situation based on reference dates addressed by the National Statistical Office(NSO). Empirical studies will be presented to prove that the newly proposed business model and indexes have their basis in statistical theory and their trend that resembles the existing Composite Index.

1997년부터 시작된 1단계 교육정보화 종합계획에서부터 1999년 '교육 발전 5개년 계획'에 이르기까지 정보통신기술활용교육을 위한 물적 인프라 구축에 힘써왔다. 이렇게 정보통신기술교육을 위한 물적 인프라 구축이 완료되어 있다고 하는 시기에 중요하게 점검해보아야 하는 것이 바로 교육정보화의 내용, 즉 정보통신기술교육과정이다. 본 연구자는 국가표준의 학생ICT활용능력기준(ISSS)을 분석의 틀로 설정하여 현재 강원도에서 사용되어지고 있는 정보통신기술교육과정을 위한 인정도서의 내용이 ISSS에서 제안하고 있는 교육과정에 맞게 구성되어 있는지를 살펴본 후, ISSS에서 제안하고 있는 상세화된 교육과정을 충실히 운영해 나가기 위해 기본적으로 필요한 교재 및 교구 요소들을 추출하였다. 이를 바탕으로 단위 학교에서 이러한 교재 및 교구 기준 안이 필요한지와 구비되어 있는 수줄과 수요를 설문지를 통해 확인해 보고자 하였다. 이러한 연구는 이후 정보통신기술활용교육을 위한 교재 및 교구 기준을 마련하는 기초 연구가 될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

In this study the elements and the contents for improvement of the ability of vocational training teachers are developed to improve themselves and to teach creatively and effectively in vocational and technical training areas. Teaching contents and curricula for improvement of the ability of vocational training teachers will not only bring up creative technical teachers in rapidly changed teaching environment but also increase national competitiveness by raising the quality of the teachers. The results of this study can be used for the development and the operation of a program not only for vocational teachers but also for general technicians. on the basis of this study programs for the improvement of abilities can be improved later on through continuous study and development.

Option pricing models using L$\acute{e}$evy processes are suggested as an alternative to the Black-Scholes model since empirical studies showed that the Black-Sholes model could not reflect the movement of underlying assets. In this paper, we investigate whether the Variance Gamma model can reflect the movement of underlying assets in the Korean stock market better than the Black-Scholes model. For this purpose, we estimate parameters and perform likelihood ratio tests using KOSPI 200 data based on the density for the log return and the option pricing formula proposed in Madan et al. (1998). We also calculate some statistics to compare the models and examine if the volatility smile is corrected through regression analysis. The results show that the option price estimated under the Variance Gamma process is closer to the market price than the Black-Scholes price; however, the Variance Gamma model still cannot solve the volatility smile phenomenon.
