In this paper, we have described a survey of applications and results of serious games for science education in elementary and middle school students. We constructed the educational contents and curriculum for learning natural science principles through game contents by analyzing science course of elementary and middle schools. Based on this curriculum, we developed science educational serious games 'Science Heroes' to help teaching-learning difficulty caused by abstract science concepts or spatial-temporal limitation. In our research, we carried out a serious game evaluation test for our game contents by current teachers about applicability to the real education field and supplementary points.

편입력 기능을 창작한 시스템의 문자입력 기능에서 사용자들의 다양한 형태의 필기문자를 인식하여 사용자의 만족을 극대화 시킬 수 잇는 고성능의 인식기를 만들기 위해서는 상황과 장소에 따라서 변하는 필기형태를 학습할 수 있는 다이나믹한 인식기 개발이 절대적으로 필요하다고 판단된다. 또한 국제 경쟁력을 갖기 위해서는 사용자의 국적(nationality)에 따라 다양한 자종을 인식할 수 잇는 기능이 있어야 한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 다양한 사용자의 요구를 만족시키기 위하여 인식기 설계시 필요한 design issues와 philosophy를 제시하고, 이를 기초로 학습기능, 국제화, 소형화의 특징을 갖는 학습기능 다중언어(multilingual) 인식기 설계 방법을 제안하고자 한다.

콩관련 자연 발효식품의 기능성 증진은 품질 및 저장성을 증진시키는 방안, 자연 발효조건의 제조공정에서 발생될 수 있는 식품 안전성의 문제를 해결하기 위한 방안, 생리활성 기능을 제고하는 방안 등이 있을 수 있다. 현재까지의 국내외 연구결과는 대체로 주원료의 종류와 전처리 과정, 부원료의 첨가 및 배합비율, 발효균주의 종류와 첨가방법, 발효공정의 변화 등을 통하여 기능성 증진의 효과를 획득하는 것으로 되어 있다. 본 발표에서는 우리나라 콩 발효식품 중에서 전통메주와 검정콩 청국장에 한정하여 기능성 증진을 위한 기초적인 몇 가지의 실험결과를 발표하고자 한다.

Objective : The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of task-oriented training with functional electrical stimulation on hand function in incomplete cervical cord injury. Method : The subjects of the study were 3 adults diagnosed as incomplete cervical cord injury. The design of this study was ABA single-subject research design to compare dominant hand function of before and after intervention and detect individual effects. The experiment consisted of 30sessions, in which baseline process A1 and A2 were implemented 5 sessions each for 10sessions. Intervention B was implemented 20 sessions. The dependent variable was converted to the change of hand function every session, and Canadian Occupational Performance Measure (COPM), Jebsen-Taylor Hand Function Test(JTHFT), Wolf Motor Function Test(WMFT) were selected for outcome measurements. Result analysis was suggested through visual analysis using a graph and comparison of pre, post and follow-up intervention measurements. Results : As a result, the quality and quantity of dominant hand function increased during intervention B compared to the baseline A1 for all subjects. Baseline A2 was also maintained without training. Additionally, JTHFT, WMFT and COPM scores demonstrated improvement and maintain. The follow up JTHFT and WMFT showed increased required time on all subjects and decrease or maintain task performance and satisfaction in COPM. Conclusion : The task-oriented training with function electrical stimulation in this study has been positive effects on hand function and task performance and satisfaction.

본 연구는 컴퓨터 수업에서 기능을 학습하기 위한 완전 학습 모형의 적용에 관한 연구이다. 현재 컴퓨터 교육이 정식교과로 채택과 관련하여 8차 교육과정이 진행되고 있다. 이러한 변화를 대비하여 독립교과로서의 컴퓨터 정보 교육 중 기능수업에 있어서 Carroll의 이론을 중심으로 기초이론을 살피고, Bloom의 완전 학습 방법에 대한 고찰을 하였다. 또한 한국행동과학연구소가 개발한 완전 학습 모형의 재구성을 통해 컴퓨터 기능 수업 중심의 학습 과정을 적용하였으며 완전학습을 위한 적절한 학습 과정을 제시하였다.

지자체에 보유하고 있는 문화유적에 대한 현황이 표시된 종이도면에 대해 스캐닝을 통한 벡터라이징을 수행하여 자료를 전산화하고 지적도와 중첩 표시 되어있는 현황에 맞게 동일좌표계로 데이터를 구축한다. 이러한 기초데이터에 대해 사용자의 질의 및 이에 의한 검색을 수행하기 위해 개발도구는 Visual C++, Visual Basic과 지도에 대한 질의 및 화면도시를 위한 기초엔진을 Map Object를 통해 최적화 시켰다. 본 연구를 통해 구축된 시스템의 중요기능으로는 문화유적에 대해 지번 및 반경입력을 통해 유적에 영향을 미치는 영향권 분석, 선택지번에서 최단거리에 있는 문화재 검색, 최단경로 분석, 문화재에 대한 다양한 정보 및 관리대장에 대한 관리기능 등의 주요기능이며 부수적으로 다양한 검색 및 출력을 위해 지번 및 소유자검색, 대장검색, 문화재검색, 도면 및 대장출력, 출력물 연동, 화면이미지 저장 등을 수행하도록 시스템을 구축하였다.

The study, considering the fact that most of the recently built atrium buildings do not fulfill their capacity of energy conservation and environmental control, aims to develop design strategies for architects in designing atrium buildings in terms of energy/environment standpoint. The research includes case studies of existing atrium buildings, quantatative analysis of energy performance for atrium buildings and systematic investigation of various aspects of atrium regarding its function of thermal, luminous and acoustical control of a building. The result of the study may contribute to the considerable reduction of energy consumption as well as to improvement of overall building environment.

목적： 본 연구의 목적은 미각자극에 대한 인간 뇌의 활성화 영역을 측정하고 가시화하여 미각의 뇌 활성화 부위에 대한 기초자료를 마련하는데 있다. 대상 및 방법： 5명의 남자 대학생 (평균 24.8세)을 뇌기능 연구의 실험 대상자로 선정하였고, 대상자들은 미각에 이상이 없고 구강수술 경험이 없는 오른손잡이를 대상으로 3번에 걸쳐 EPI 혈액산 소농도의존(blood oxygen level dependent)법을 이용하여 미각자극에 의한 기능적 자기공명영상 실험을 수행하였다. 미각 자극을 위하여 5％의 saline을 사용하였으며 자체적으로 제작한 Stimulator를 사용하여 자극하였다. 자극은 3회의 휴식기간과 2회의 자극기간에 걸쳐 시행하였으며, 각 자극기간은 30초씩 5초 간격으로 이스 당 42개의 영상을 획득했다. Post-processing은 SPM99 (Statistical Parametric Mapping 99, The Wellcome Department of Cognitive Neurology, Oxford 1999)의 correlation법을 사용하여 threshold 0.4∼0.7의 범위에서 통계처리 하였으며, 활성화 영상은 EPI영상과 같은 부위의 T1 강조영상에 overlapping시켰다. 이렇게 얻어진 fMRI 영상으로 활성 영역의 위치를 분석하였다.

국화과에 속하는 Solidago속 식물의 정유가 꽃, 잎, 줄기등 이 식물 전 기관에 분포되어있는 이생세포간근에 함유되어 있다는 사실에 기초를 두고, 선기능을 가진 세포들이 일반세포에 비해 강한 dehydrogenase활성을 나타낸다는 사실을 이용하여 2,3,4-triphenyltetrazoliumchloride를 써서 분비강주변의 세포들의 선기능을 조직화학적으로 증명하였다.
