본 연구는 GPS를 이용하여 위성 영상의 입체 해석으로 산출된 SPOT영상의 기준점 및 수치 표고 모형의 평가에 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 삼각점 및 상시관측소를 고정으로 한 GPS 해석을 수행하였으며 정지측량과 이동측량의 정확도를 비교함으로써 위성 영상의 기준점과 수치 표고 모형의 평가를 위한 측량 방법을 분석하였다. 연구 결과, SPOT영상의 해상력을 고려할 때, 이동 GPS측량기법으로도 수치 표고 모형의 정확도 평가가 가능하였으며, 기준점 좌표 산출에 있어서 고정점에 삼각점 대신 상시관측점들을 사용함으로써 경제적인 GPS 측량을 꾀할 수 있었다.

The National Archives & Records Service of the Korea stated clearly the nature of the 'Korean Disposition Schedule' as records retention schedule which prescribe from creation to disposition of the records. With a point of this view, this study examine a definition and preparing procedures about the records retention schedule that is sub-system of the records management and present a way how understand and evaluate the 'Korean Disposition Schedule.'

This study aims to develop the records management standard table of the college of education through mapping transaction and records folder based on identifying the problems of the college of education. For these purpose, the study analyzed the records classification system of the all college of education. And then, drew out the business transaction items for records management standard table of the college of education based on the records management standard table of the local governments. Consequently, based on analysis, this study developed the records management standard table and suggested efficient management plan to apply Business Reference Model(BRM) to the college of education in 2017.

The lift table summarized and calculated the life expectancy at each ages according to aging. In this study, we tried to re-classify and summarized the application of the life table because the life table can be applied to several research and industry area. We utilized the whole papers published in Korea and international until 2011 and we considered several classification standards based on application, base period, gender, and observation period. Each standard divides the life tables into two or three categories. The standard of application groups them into general and applied life tables. The standard of base period is divided into two parts: abridge life table using the unit of 5 years and complete life table of one year. According to gender, life tables are classified in male, female, and unisex life tables. According to complete life table, they are period life tables and cohort life tables. This study contributes to inform how life tables can be employed in many other areas by analyzing how the life tables are constructed.

It is anticipated that difficulties are encountered in comparing the use levels of food additives between Korean and Codex systems because of the differences in the use level pattern and food classification method. This study was attempted to construct comparison tables between Korean and Codex standards for benzoic acid, food red No. 2, sulfur dioxide and polysorbate as well as for soybean paste, hot soybean paste and intstant noodle. Difficulties were found to be due to the food category system in use levels by additives and due to the mixed pattern of use level setting in Korea in use levels by food commodities. The comparison tables proposed in this study will be utilized momentously by regulatory authorities and food processing industry. This study showed the necessity to pay attention in comparing the use levels of food additives by country and food commodity.

This study aims to identify the problems of the records disposition schedule of the college of education through transaction and records folder analysis. For these purpose, the study conducted a literature survey. Moreover, this study compared and analyzed the records classification system of the all college of education. In addition, we conducted an interview to the person in charge and gained the materials from the national archives in Korea thorough a request of information disclosure. It was found that problems in terms of practical side. Consequently, based on the analysis, the college of education have established and segmented the transactions properly. With the proposed system, records disposition schedule of the college of education can be facilitated.

객체 지향 설계 명세를 대상으로한 시스템의 안전성에 대한 검사를 하여, 표(Table)조작에 기초한 검증법을 제안하였다[4]. 제안한 검증법에서는 전문 분야별로 준비된 안정성 기준(Safety Standard)과 노우하우(Knowhow)를 이용하여, 안전성에 관한 이벤트(Event)와 액션(Action)의 관계표를 작성하였다. 그러나, 많은 실제 개발 현장에서는 실제 존재하는 안전성 기준의 부족 등으로 인하여, 이러한 검증법의 기용이 어렵다는 문제점이 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 신뢰성 분석의 한 방법인 FTA(Fault Tree Analysis)의 FT(Fault Tree)도를 이용한 안정성 체크리스트(Check list)를 작성하여, 이를 바탕으로 관계표를 작성하는 새로운 방법을 제안하고자 한다.

연안지역의 침수예상도 작성은 풍수해저감종합계획 수립 시 진행되었으며. 풍수해저감종합계획을 통해 상습적으로 침수가 발생하는 구역에 대한 조사 결과 및 침수피해 이력 등을 알 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 침수 발생 원인을 하천, 강 등의 범람에 의한 외수침수, 유역 내 관로의 문제에 의해 발생하는 내수침수, 조위 상승, 해수의 역류 등에 의한 해수침수로 구분하였다. 대상 지역인 여수시 여수시청 인근 지역은 남해와 인접하고 있어 조위에 의한 영향을 받기 때문에, 유역 내 관로와 함께 해수 내수 복합원인에 의한 침수피해가 발생한다. 침수가 발생했을 때의 피해 발생 범위를 가시적으로 나타내기 위해 침수예상도를 작성하며, 이는 XP-SWMM을 통해 작성할 수 있다. XP-SWMM에 입력하는 자료는 강우재현기간에 따른 조위(해일고), 강우지속기간에 따른 강우분포 자료 등을 입력한다. 강우자료는 실강우 자료를 사용하는 경우 많은 시나리오를 반영하는데 한계가 있기 때문에 Huff 3분위 분포시킨 자료를 사용하였다. 또한, 침수가 발생하는 지역의 강우지속시간 및 강우량에 의한 침수위를 산정하여 재해상황 대응 기준표를 작성하였다. 본 연구에서는 강우재현기간 100년에 따른 재해상황 대응 기준표 작성과 강우재현기간 10년-강우지속기간 60분-50mm, 110mm을 기준으로 침수예상도를 작성하였다. 본 연구를 통해 여수시청 인근(학동지구 및 도원지구)에 대한 침수예상도를 얻어낼 수 있으며, 침수예상도를 응용한 기대효과가 있을 것으로 판단된다. 침수예상도를 통해 침수 발생 범위를 예측하여 이를 고려한 침수 시 대피경로 작성, 침수 피해를 저감하기 위한 구조적 대책 수립 방안마련 등에 응용이 가능하며, 여수지역을 제외한 연안도시 지역에도 적용하여 연안도시 침수특성분석 연구에 기여할 수 있을 것이다. 본 연구에서는 침수모의 조건을 한정하여 1개의 시나리오만을 고려했지만, 강우재현기간 및 강우지속시간 등을 보정하여 다양한 시나리오에 대한 분석이 가능하므로, 연안도시 재해 발생 시 대응 및 기준표 작성에 실질적인 기여가 가능할 것으로 판단된다.

This study attempts to suggest an improvement plan of the currently prescribed record classification standard table as the guidance to select and assess the public records of local governments. For this purpose, this study utilized the methodologies of literature review, survey, and experts' assessments. It investigated the current situation on unit tasks and preservation periods targeting major functions of 'construction and architecture' in the record management standard table in the 9 provinces, and it also deduced the characteristics and problems of unit task and preservation period by comparing and analyzing the unit task and preservation period utilized in more than 3 provinces. Based on the results from the analysis on the current situation and comparison, this study deduced the new unit tasks and preservation periods. And the evaluation targeting practitioners and expertise was conducted, and then the revised design plan was finally presented 4 medium- function items, 18 small - function items operated in more than 4 provinces, 47 unit task items, which led to the total 69 items. This study can be utilized as a guidance for establishing the record management standard table based on the uniqueness and originality of public record of local governments and the task function and organization of institutions in the future.
