바둑판에 놓인 돌의 위치를 표기하기 위한 전통적인 방식은 좌상귀를 기점으로 삼는 것이다. 그러나 이 방식은 직관성과 편리성이 떨어지기 때문에 천원 기점 방식과 각 귀 기점 방식이 제안되 었다. 본 연구에서는 기존의 각 귀 기점 방식의 문제점을 개선하여 좀 더 직관적인 좌표 시스템을 제안한다.

최근 산업사회의 발전과 더불어 세계 각국의 교역이 늘어나고 바다에 의한 경제 활동이 증대되면서 해양에 대한 가치는 더욱더 중요시되고 있다. 따라서 모든 해양국들은 자국의 수역을 좀 더 많이 확보하기 위해 인접국들과 첨예한 이해관계를 가지고 있는 상황이며 분쟁이 끊이지 않고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 국가간 해양영토에 관한 분쟁을 해결할 수 있는 영해기점의 정확도를 향상시키기 위한 영해기점 재 계산 방법에 대해 연구하였다.

북한강 수계는 여러 하천을 지류로 갖고 유하하고 있으며 하천의 크기 및 본류의 형상에 따라 다양한 방법으로 지류하천이 합류하고 있으나 기존의 지류하천 홍수위 산정방법은 일률적으로 본류의 계획홍수위를 기점홍수위으로 산정하여 계획하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에는 다양한 지류하천에 대하여 2차원 수치해석을 이용 합류부 지점의 수면형을 해석함으로써 지류 하천의 기존 기점홍수위 적용방법의 적정성에 대하여 검증하였다. 연구방법은 11개 연구대상 지류 하천에 대하여 유입각, 본류와 지류의 유량비 및 하천폭, 본류의 하천 곡선방법에 대하여 수치해석결과를 비교하였다. 유입각에 따른 수위편차를 검토한 결과, 유입각 $90^{\circ}$이하인 지류하천에서 2차원 수치해석 값이 기존 기점홍수위보다 크게 산정되었다. 본류 하천과 지류 하천과의 유량비를 산정하여 수위편차를 검토한 결과 수치적인 경향은 확인할 수 없었다. 본류 하천과 지류 하천의 하폭비를 산정하여 수위편차를 비교한 결과 하폭비가 7이상인 경우 수위편차가 작고, 기존 기점홍수위보다 2차원 수치해석값이 작게 산정되었으며, 하폭비가 $3^{\sim}6$ 범위에서는 수위편차가 가장 크게 발생하는 것을 확인하였다. 본류 하천의 곡선반경을 수위편차와 비교한 결과 곡선반경이 550m이하인 만곡지점의 경우 수위편차가 크게 발생함을 확인할 수 있었다.

As the depletion of land resources, the attention about marine resources has been focused on. Neighboring countries such as Japan and China to expand their marine territory invest more governmental money. The exact territorial sea baselines can be the scientific data which cad resolve the dispute between the neighboring countries. So, those territorial sea baselines should be maintained systematically and continuously. Because territorial sea baselines surveyed 10 years ago without updating, the review may be needed. In this study, we compared 2009 year surveying results with past territorial sea baselines results for reviews. As a results, Jeju Island represents a large difference. So, the outputs of territorial sea baselines around Jeju Island should be readjusted. Through this study, the ongoing maintenance of the territorial sea baselines is required. The continuing interest in the maritime boundary, as well as defend in terms of protection for undersea resources are needed.

최근 서해지역 영해기점도서인 격렬비열도 인근 해상에 중국어선 불법어업이 증가되고 있으며, 인천 평택 대산항의 입출항 선박의 주요 관문로에 위치하고 있어 국토 최서단에 위치한 격렬비열도등대 기능을 강화하여 통항선박의 안전항행 유도, 불법어선 감시, 영토지킴이, 기상악화 시 어민들의 수난 구호기지 역할 수행 및 해양 기상관측시설물 관리 등 다양한 기능을 수행하도록 기반을 마련하였다.

항공사진에 포함된 기점 마크의 방사 및 기하 특성을 이용하여 마크의 중심 위치를 자동으로 인식하기 위한 방안을 제안한다. 마크를 포함하는 배경 영역의 방사 특성에 기반을 푼 전략에 근거하여 입력된 영상을 이치화한 다음 형태 연산자를 적용시켜 기전 마크가 있는 후보 영역을 추출한다. 기하 특성에 기반을 둔 전략에 근거하여 ▽$^2$G 필터링과 대칭성 강조 필터링을 적용시킨 후, 대칭이 가장 강하게 나타나는 위치인 마크의 중심 위치를 구한다. 66매의 기점 마크 영상에 대한 평가 결과 중심 위치가 1 화소의 정확도까지 얻어질 수 있다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

중국은 우리나라의 최대 수출입 무역국가로써 우리나라 경제에 매우 중요한 위치에 있다. 특히 동북3성을 기점으로 물류는 지리적, 정치적, 문화적인 중요성을 가지고 있어 국익의 관점에서 물류 활성화는 필수적인 요소로써 연구가 필요하다. 본 연구는 동북3성을 기점으로하는 해상물류에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하고 활성화를 위한 정책적 제언을 하였다.

The countries are trying to expand the sea limit such as the territorial sea, fishing zone or the exclusive economic zone as far as the Law of the Sea permit to do for the benefit of their national interest. Especially, they are eager to claim the base point where it locates far from the coastline even if it is uninhabited island or reef under the sea. The baseline has been claimed to maximize the territorial sea. Another way to expand the sea limit is to lower the vertical datum to change the land limit. China claimed Dongdo which is located about 79 miles far from the coast as the base point. Japan also claimed many uninhabited island or the reef which is located very far from the coast such as Okino Dorishima. As Korea is the party who negotiate the maritime limit with Japan and China, we should be keen and sensitive on the issues claimed by neighboring countries in terms of base point and the baseline. This paper is to review the characteristics of the base points or baselines of neighboring countries and to suggest the views how to maintain and to relocate our base points. As western coast of Korean peninsula is one of the largest tide fluctuation zone in the world, with long tidal record to prove the vertical datum adjustment, Korea can find the way to lower the vertical datum especially in Yellow Sea. So, major and critical tidal station has to be set up along the western coast to verify tide fluctuation record which can be met with international standard.

This study confirmed the life career branching points, and studied qualitatively the career strategy and career identity at that time. The participants in this study were three students from third graders of middle school, three ones from third graders of high school, and three before and after college graduation, which correspond to the vertical transition stage of school education. Three participants were selected before and after 30 years of age, three before and after 40 years of age, and three before and after 60 years of age. Subject analysis of the contents of the 18 interviews, showed that the life career branching point appeared in middle school grade 3, high school grade 3, until employment after graduation, within 3 years after entering their first job, early 40 years, 60 years old, and 80 years old. Second, external situations were due to the influence of important others, or external stimuli, environment, and career events. Third, negative emotions were repeated for each life career branching point. Fourth, as a result of the interview, the career identity confusion was repeated in every life career branching point. Fifth, the career strategy at the life career branching point was categorized as an approach strategy and avoidance strategy.
