A study for electromotive force character analysis of internal permanence magnet form synchronous generator (영구자석 내삽형 동기 발전기의 기전력 특성 해석에 관한 연구)

  • 본 논문에는 영구자석 내삽형 동기 발전기의 기전력 특성에 해석에 관한 연구이다. 기전력 해석시 측정값과 시뮬레이션의 값의 차이의 원인 중 하나를 영구자석에 있다고 가정 하고 이에 대한 영향을 자석을 세그먼트화 하여 비교 실험하였다. 실제 측정값과 시뮬레이션의 기전력의 차이의 원인에 대해 비교하였다.

The Interface Adhesion of Diamond Thin Film Grown on Si by EACVD (EACVD로 Si 위에 성장한 다이아몬드 박막의 계면 접합강도)

  • 필라멘트와 Si 기판 사이의 기전력을 20, 80, 140, 200V로 증가시키면서 EACVD에 의하여 성장된 다이아몬드 박막에 대하여 다이아몬드/Si 계면분석 및 계면강도를 측정하였다. 주사형전자현미경(SEM), 고분해능투과형전자현미경(HRTEM), 오제이전자분석기(AES)에 의해 계면상태를 분석한 결과, 기전력 증가에 따라 활성탄화수소 이온(CmHn-)에너지가 증가되어져 CmHn-이 Siso로 침투(Impringement)가 증가되고 침투된 높은 에너지의 CmHn-이 Si과 화학결합하여 생성되는 SiC층 깊이 및 농도 분포도 증가된다. 풀 시험(Pull test)에 의한 계면강도 측정 결과, SiC층 깊이 및 농도분포가 증가할수록 계면강도가 증가하였다. 관찰된 파면과 파면의 X-선 메핑 결과 및 HRTEM과 AES에 의한 분석 결과, 기전력 증가에 따라 공극율이 적고 치밀한 다이아몬드 박막이 성장된다. 그리고 생성되는 SiC층 농도 및 깊이 분포가 증가함에 따라 다이아몬드/Si 계면이 강화되고, 상대적으로 파괴는 다이아몬드/Si 계면이 아닌 SiC층이나 Si 내부에서 발생된다. 결국, 기전력을 증가하여 활성탄화수소이온의 에너지를 증가함으로써 계면강도가 우수하며 공극율이 매우 적고 치밀한 다이아몬드 박막을 성장할 수 있다.

  • This study is to update of vibration power generating model and to analyze electromotive force on subway. Analysis of electromotive force using power generation depending on classification of locations which are ballast bed and concrete bed. As the section between Seocho and Bangbae in the line 2 subway was changed from ballast bed to concrete bed, it could be analyzed at same condition, train, section. Induced electromotive force equation by Faraday's law was updated using Bayesian regression and correlation analysis with calculate value and experiment value. Using the updated model, it could get 40mV per one power generation in ballast bed, and it also could get 4mV per one power generation in concrete bed. If the updated model apply to subway or any train, it will be more effective to get electric power. In addition to that, it will be good to reduce greenhouse gas and to build a green traffic network.

Analysis of Voltaic Cell Described in the Science Textbooks of Secondary Schools (중·고등학교 과학 교과서에 제시된 볼타전지에 대한 문제점 분석)

  • The purpose of this study was to improve the problems of the voltaic cell described in the science textbooks of secondary schools. For this purpose, the contents of science textbooks which are related to the voltaic cell were analyzed and the problems which were not explained clearly by theorems were tried to be explained by experiments, and lastly sug-gestions were made toward the improvements regarding the voltaic cell in the science textbooks. The findings are that there are problems on the ways of ensuring whether the voltaic cell operates properly as a chemical battery, on the explanation of why the hydrogen bubbles form at the zinc electrode, on the cell potential, on the unification of the electrode terminology used, and on the mention of the current. Solutions to the problems except the cell potential were suggested. According to the experiment, the theoretical potential was calculated by considering the potentials of redox reactions at the two electrodes of the cell and by taking into account the characteristics of the electrodes such as the work function, ionization energy, stan-dard reduction potential, and electronegativity.The cell potential of the voltaic cell is explained by several factors. In the improved version of the textbook's introduction section to the voltaic cell, it is necessary to describe the voltaic cell his-torically.For the conceptual section, it should be explained in terms of the Daniel cell.

A study on how to discriminate the polarities of stator windings for 3 phase induction motors by using induced voltages based on residual magnetism (잔류자기 유도 기전력을 이용한 3상유도전동기 권선의 극성 판별법에 관한 연구)

  • To discriminate polarities of stator windings for 3 phase induction motors terminal tags of which are not readable, it is possible to utilize the residual magnetic flux present at their rotors as well as to use the way based on external exciting current. The induced voltages are basically decided by parameters such as the quantity of residual flux, the rotator speed by hand force and the phase properties between stator windings. To adopt induced voltages by residual flux for polarity discrimination at sites, the measured voltages by multi-testers need to be readable in magnitude enough to discriminate winding condition with reasonable phase characteristics. This study focuses on the analysis of various connection cases in the expectation that the summing voltages induced by residual flux shall show zero in case of normal connections while the sum becomes greater indication if the connection is in wrong condition. The proposed method is applied to actual motors to disclose how effective it is for polarity discrimination at sites through comparison of output signals between normal and fault connections.

A Study on Characteristic Analysis of Shaft Electromotive Force in SAEYUDAL (새유달호 축기전력의 특성 분석에 관한 연구)

  • Electromotive forces (EMF) are generated by electrical equipment and engine shafting with a number of reasons. The shaft and bearing which is insulated by lubricating oil acts as a condenser, being able to store this EMFs. The electromotive force on the hull and shaft, with very few exceptions, has anode voltage on it. Electrical spark of the anode voltage on the shaft may lead to corrosion. Hence, in order to prevent ship's shaft and propeller corrosion, shaft grounding system are installed and operated. The shaft EMF voltage measurement methods was measured using 24bit 2 channels A/D converter of NI company and Labview software. 1 channel was propeller shaft's voltage and the other was M/E engine rpm gauge. In this paper, the generated electromotive force was analyzed and modeled with result of the analysis. As a result, the main shaft's electromotive force was in direct proportion to the main engine's revolution. However, over the specific R.P.M., it was reduced gradually. In addition, higher electromotive force on the shaft was identified during engine's ahead direction than the astern direction. The generated electromotive force is only minor compared to the shaft grounding system.

  • 본 논문은 소형화, 저가, 저 소비 전력의 특성을 가지는 전자기력을 이용한 실린더형 진동 자이로의 기존의 기계적 모델링이 실제 자이로스코프의 특성과 부합하지 않음을 개선하기 위해 전자기적 해석을 포함하여 기존의 기계적 모델링보다 성능을 향상시켰다. 전자기적 해석은 실린더의 진동 운동에 인해 실린더 내부에 발생된 기전력 성분 측정과 자이로스코프의 전기적 해석이다. 기전력 성분은 자이로 센싱 저항이 실린더 유무에 따른 전압 값 변화로 확인하였다. 전자기적 해석을 포함한 제안된 모델링을 통해 이론적인 자이로스코프의 특성이 실제 자이로스코프 특성에 부합되고 기존 모델링 특성보다 우수함을 비교를 통해 입증하였다.

The Electromotive Force and Thermodynamic Properties of the Cell at High Pressure (고압하에서의 전지의 기전력과 열역학적 성질)

  • It is unable to derive the standard emf ($E^{\circ}$) of the cell at high pressure from the conventional method. However, when the concept of the complete equilibrium constant($K{\circ})$) is available to the conventional Nernst equation, it is possible to get the standard emf of the cell at high pressure(complete Nernst equation). Moreover, the other thermodynamic properties, such as the net change of solvation number(k), the compressibility of solvent(${\beta}$), ionization constant(K), the standard free energy change(${\Delta}G^{\circ}$), the standard enthalpy change(${\Delta}H^{\circ}$) and the standard entropy change (${\Delta}S^{\circ}$) of the cell reaction at equilibrium state have been also obtained. In this experiment, the emf of the cell; 12.5 % Cd(Hg)│$CdSO_4(3.105{\times}10^{-3}M),\;Hg_2SO_4│Hg$ have bee measured at temperature from 20 to $35^{\circ}C$ and at pressures from 1 to 2500 atms. The emf of the cell increased with increasing pressure at constant temperature, and did with increasing temperature at constant pressure. The net change of solvation number(k) of the cell reaction was 41.96 at $25^{\circ}C$, and kept constant value with pressure, while, K and ${\Delta}S^{\circ}$ increased with pressure, but whereas ${\Delta}G^{\circ}$ and ${\Delta}H^{\circ}$ decreased. Since the standard emf of the cell at high pressure can be calculated from the complete Nernst equation, the theory of chemical equilibrium could be developed with at high pressure as well as at the atmosphere.
