Internet users and copyright holder have been at the center of a severe legal dispute because file-sharing soft (P2P) through Napster aggravates the violation of copyright as well as takes on the world. Though it is natural that we should hold users a criminal penalty for the illegal use of various computer programs, I think that if the supply of a computer program is generally within a circle of development act, program developer ought not to hold users criminally liable for the unintended illegal act of users. Two main issues are addressed in this work: (i) the basis and validity of legal responsibility and condemnation that appear in the precedent set as to P2P in America, Japan, and Korea. (ii) the necessity of both scientific technology development and efficient legal regulation of copyright holder. For this purpose, software development and legal regulation are reviewed analyzed from viewpoint of the criminal law.

제조물책임법은 현재 본 제도를 도입하여 입법화하는 국가들의 특수성에 따라 법의 제정 형식과 내용 등이 서로 상이하며 특히 미국은 제조물책임법을 세계에서 처음으로 적용한 국가로 유명하다. 미국은 1964년 캘리포니아주 대법원이 처음으로 제조물 생산자의 무과실 책임을 판례로 채택한 이후 70년대 들어 각 주에서 이 판례를 채택함으로써 소비자 보호에 크게 기여했다는 평을 듣고 있으며 1970년에서 80년대 들어서는 결함 제조물책임 원칙이 비약적으로 발전하였으나 소송의급증으로 제조업계 및 책임보험업계가 위기에 직면하기도 했다.

기술전문인력이 없는 중소기업에서도 활용할 수 있는 산업용 위험기계의 위험성평가 체크리스트를 개발하기 위하여, 기존의 체크리스트를 평가하고 위험도를 보다 합리적으로 파악 관리할 수 있는 간단한 체크리스트를 개발하였다. 제조물책임법의 시행을 앞둔 시점에서 산업용기계ㆍ설비 제조업체가 안전성향상을 통한 제조물 결함대책에 적절히 대응할 자료의 마련을 목적으로 우리업계의 실태를 파악하고 설계단계의 안전성 평가방법과 안전기준을 제시함으로서 제조물책임법 시행에 따르는 기업의 피해를 예방함과 아울러 산업재해 예방에 기여하고자 한다.

Autonomous A.I. vehicles are seemingly soon ready for our life. One of the critical problems with autonomous vehicles is how one could assign responsibility for accidents to them. We can envisage that autonomous vehicles may confront an ethical dilemma. Then a question arises of how we are able to assign legal responsibility to autonomous vehicles. In this paper, I first introduce what the ethical dilemma of autonomous vehicles is about. Second, I show how we could be able to assign legal responsibility for autonomous vehicles. Legal probability is the received criteria for causal responsibility most of the legal theorists consider. But it remains vague. I articulate the concept of legal probability in terms of the probabilitstic theory of individual level causality while considering how one can assign causal responsibility for autonomous vehicles. My theory of causal responsibility may help one to assign legal responsibility not just for autonomous vehicles but also for people.

Library laws and code of ethics for librarians declared social responsibility ensuring equal access and available support of information resources through open services all being no discrimination due to rate, creed, gender, age or for any other reason. University libraries should accomplish the social responsibility ensuring equality of information access and intellectual freedom for all users that the cultural development of organization, community, and Nation are contributed. This study reviewed the criteria for social responsibility making such as legal, stakeholder, and information demanded approach based on Library laws, ISO 26000, and Access to Libraries for Persons with Disabilities: Checklist. This research established the basic concept for social responsibility and tried to provide the basic materials for the starting of social responsibility activities through providing of activity programs in social responsibility.
