Twitter and Retweet Context: User Characteristics and Message Attributes of Twitter for PR and Marketing (기업의 홍보 마케팅용 트위터의 리트윗 현황 분석: 이용자 특성과 콘텐츠 속성을 중심으로)

  • The rapid growth and popularity of Twitter have been one of the most influential phenomena in the era of social network system and the mobile internet, which also opens up opportunities for new business strategies; in particular, PR and marketing area. This study analyzed use of Twitter in terms of user characteristics and message attributes. Actual field data from the Twitter for PR and Marketing of a representative Korean IT company (Company "K") was used for this analysis. Research findings show that overall corporate twitter users show passive attitude in retweet behavior. Also, users who have relatively small network size (less than 1,000) are more active in retweet than power twitterians that have big network size(over than 10,000). It is showed that the rate of retweet is higher in the order of recruiting, promotional event, IT information, and general PR message. In the conclusion section, practical implications based on the research finding are thoroughly discussed.

The Research on Adolescents' Ethical Decision on Unethical Viral Marketing through Social Network Service (기업의 소셜네트워크를 통한 비윤리적 바이럴 마케팅에 대한 청소년의 윤리적 판단 연구)

  • This study examined how adolescents make a decision on a company's unethical viral and what factors influenced their decision. There were three independent variables, self-interest, sense of rivalry, and monetary attitude, considered for affecting adolescents' ethical decision. The ethical decision as the dependent variable has two perspectives such as deontology and relativism. The findings showed that sense of rivalry was only significant factor influencing relativism and deontology of adolescents' ethical decision. Self-interest and monetary attitude were not significant, but when eliminating sense of rivalry due to multicollinearity in regression model, monetary attitude significantly influenced their ethical decision.

  • Social media is one of the important marketing channels for companies, changing the way interacting with customers. Marketers attract participation from customers' in social media platforms by producing branded content, which helps them gain various marketing results such as brand awareness, web traffic, and sales. The number of the empirical studies on the effects of social media on marketing performance is still low although various success stories and studies have been published. In particular, IT companies are trying to attract users onto their websites with social media content and promotions; however, they regard the number of the visitors as a vanity metric, which has little effectiveness. The study examined the Effect of the site introduced via Facebook, a typical social medium, on customers' revisit. Precedent studies proved that revisit, one of forms of major visit for satisfactory results of a website, is suitable for analyzing the operational output on Facebook pages. The results of the study demonstrated that Facebook content has a positive impact on website inflows and revisits. Also, it turns out that the higher the average website visit depth reinforces the positive relationship between the rate of the inflow and that of the site revisit.

  • IT businesses in Korea have relatively strong regulations. While providing the same service, domestic businesses are in a situation of 'reverse discrimination of regulations' as they are less competitive than global IT companies in accordance with the application of the personal information protection legislation in Korea. In this paper, Personal Information Protection legislation was classified and laws of major countries were analyzed in comparative ways. It also compared and analyzed the "private policy" presented by representative Internet sites (Naver, Daum, Google, Facebook) that provide services to users in Korea. We also proposed three aspects of legislation improvement to address reverse discrimination.

조직구조, 조직문화의 업무특성이 조직몰입 및 조직성과 미치는 영향: 7년 미만의 초기 스타트업 중심으로

  • 1년에도 수십 수백 개씩 스타트업이 생겨나고 있다. 아마도 모두 미래의 구글과 페이스북, 그리고 아마존이 되길 희망하며 하루하루 가열차게 달리고 있다. 하지만 그 많은 스타트업 중 소위 성공했다 불릴 수 있는 기업은 손에 꼽는다. 능력 있는 창업가, 기발한 사업 모델과 아이디어 그리고 이를 뒷받침해 줄 기술력과 자본이 있다고 성공할 수 없다. 스타트업 기업을 굴러가게 하는 힘은 결국 그 조직의 구성원에게서 나오기에 성공한 스타트업에겐 모두 그들 만의 '조직문화'가 있다. 그게 모두에게 좋은 문화일 필요는 없을 것이다. 그 조직에 가장 접합한, 그래서 구성원의 구성원의 공감대를 사 '일하고 싶은 회사'가 될 수 있게 하는 '조직 문화'가 있는 스타트업이 수많은 인재를 모아 성장을 거듭해 올 수 있었고 그것이 결국 스타트업을 성공으로 이끌었던 것이다. 이런 조직 문화는 회사 초창기에 세팅할수록 해당 기업의 성공 확률도 높아진다. 7년 미만의 초기 스타트업 기업을 대상으로 조직문화 유형이 스타트업 구성원의 조직 몰입과 조직성과에 어떠한 영향을 주는지에 대한 실증분석을 목적으로 하였다. 초기 스타트업 기업의 조직문화 차원은 경쟁가치모형의 혁신문화와 위계문화로 구분하였으며, 조직성과는 스타트업의 서비스, 제품을 경험한 이용자들의 서비스 만족도를 활용하였다. 조직문화는 외부환경에 대한 적응과 조직내부 통합의 문제를 해결하기 위하여 구성원들에 의해 창조 발전되어 학습되는 기본가정으로서 스타트업 구성원들에 의해 공유된 가치(values), 신념(beliefs), 규범(norms)의 체계로 정의한다. 따라서 어떠한 조직문화를 갖는냐에 따라 조직 구성원의 몰입, 충성심, 직무동기, 직무성과는 물론 조직성과와 혁신을 포함하는 여러 조직 요인도 직 갑적인 영향을 받는다. 7년 미만의 초기 스타트업 혁신문화가 스타트업 구성원의 조직몰입에 긍정적인 영향을 미치며, 조직몰입이 스타트업 서비스, 제품을 경험한 이용자들의 서비스 만족도에도 긍정적인 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

  • This year, global IT companies such as Google, Apple, and Facebook launched a mobile augmented reality platform. Existing augmented reality technology required a special device such as AR glass or tango phone, but now it will be easy to experience augmented reality in general Android phone and iPhone. The mobile augmented reality game market, which has been attracting interest since the Pokemon game, is expected to become more active. In this article, we introduce augmented reality platforms technology for mobile augmented reality game and mobile augmented reality games including ETRI prototype centered on user interface.

Study on the Type of Selecting Channels through the On-Line about Restaurant Information by Baby Boomer Consumers (베이비부머 소비자의 온라인을 통한 외식정보채널유형 선택에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze to 1) the differences according to demographic characteristics 2) select the type-specific communities online channels of the baby boomer customers group, who ever search for restaurant information through on-line for the previous three months. The study was based on a total of 280 samples obtained from on-line networking service users in a metropolitan area from April 15 to 30, 2016. The major findings are as follows. The data were analysed using frequency, factor analysis, cluster analysis and ${\chi}^2test$. According to the results of factor analysis, on-line utilizing attributes were separated into three factors: commitment of useful information, activity of leading on-line, and habit. The based on a factor analysis, cluster analysis was adopted to segment baby boomer customers. The identified four clusters showed in using on-line: type of active utilization, habit, seeking information and passive utilization. The clusters had significant differences in gender and monthly income by demographics. All of four clusters selected blog, face book, twitter in turn through the personal on-line channels. Cluster type of active utilization and habit selected restaurant home pages, restaurant blog, restaurant face book, restaurant twitter in turn through the public on-line channels. Cluster type of seeking information and passively utilization selected restaurant home pages, restaurant blog, restaurant twitter, restaurant face book in turn through the public on-line channels. Implications and future research were also discussed.

A Study on Hotel Customer Reputation Analysis based on Big Data (빅 데이터 기반 호텔고객 평판 분석에 관한 연구)

  • Competition between corporations is getting more intense, so they need customer feedback in order to fulfill an effective management. Recently, SNS (Social Network Service) such as Twitter and Facebook has grown dramatically because of smart phones. Social media like Twitter and Facebook let customers to express their needs, and using big data such as data on SNS is a very effective method for getting customer's feedback. Collecting and analyzing social big data are operated by Buzz monitoring system. This research suggests how to utilize big data for getting customer's feedback on hotel CRM(Customer Relationship Management), which considers customer itself as asset of business. This paper demonstrates the research of buzz monitoring system that analyzes big data, and presents results of hotel customer reputation using buzz monitoring system. It would analyze the result from the hotel customer reputation, and research the implication in this paper.

  • 최근 모바일 결제 시장의 규모가 2015년 45억 달러에서, 2016년 62억 달러로 성장하며, P2P 거래량도 함께 증가하고 있다. 또한, P2P 결제 시장에 페이팔, 비자와 같은 온라인 결제 업체와 대형은행 뿐만 아니라, 페이스북, 구글, 애플, 삼성 등 IT회사들도 참여하고 있다. 안전하고 편리한 P2P 결제를 위해 다양한 거래 방식이 연구되고 있지만, 다양한 기업 및 은행들의 참여로 인해 서로 다른 방식으로 사용자들이 불편을 겪고 있으며, 모바일 환경의 특성으로 인해 많은 보안위협들이 발생하고 있는 실정이다. 이에 따라, 모바일 환경에서의 P2P 결제를 고려한 통합적인 보안 기술이 개발되어야 하며, 민감 정보라고 할 수 있는 사용자의 계좌번호, 금융거래 관련 정보 등을 보호하기 위한 기술이 필수적이다. 따라서 기존 은행권의 P2P 거래 방법의 문제점을 분석하고 블록체인 시스템과 DHT에 대해 분석한 후, P2P 결제 환경에 적합한 안전한 블록체인 기반 금융 거래 시스템을 연구함으로써, P2P 거래 환경의 안전성을 향상시키고자 한다.

  • And were the prevalence of smartphones is the Big Data era, such as Facebook or Twitter, SNS (Social Network Service) routine is used in the real world. Take advantage of the analysis, and to extract and utilize developed in the Apache Foundation Hadoop (Hadoop) without abandoning the SNS unstructured data here. Hadoop is an open source framework that can handle large amounts of data. Hadoop has been introduced in the domestic corporate and commercial development and Compared to the technology development Hadoop has been pointed out that the lack of security sector. In this paper, we propose a method to enhance the security and vulnerability analysis of security technologies and Hadoop.
