CPFR(Collaborative Planning Forecasting and Replenishment)은 기존의 생산관리 패러다임(Paradigm)을 탈피하는 새로운 협업적 생산 극대화 시키는 데 목적을 두고 있다. CPFR의 핵심은 정보 공유를 기반으로 하는 공급망상 참여 기업간의 협업이며, 이는 매우 불확실한 시장 상황 하에서 끊임없는 발생하는 예외사항들을 처리하는데 매우 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 참여 기업간의 협업을 가능하게 하는 블랙보드 기반 협업 에이전트(Blackboard Based Collaboration Agent) 구조를 제시한다. 또한 화행 이론(Protocol)을 제시하여 참여 기업간의 협동 과정을 제어하는 방식을 구현한다.

기업들의 글로벌화가 빠르게 진행되고 고객 밀착형 업무가 늘어나게 됨에 따라 모바일 오피스에 대한 기업의 니즈가 빠르게 증가했다. 이러한 비즈니스 요건을 해결하기 위해서는 기업 근무자가 다른 시간, 다른 장소에서도 효과적인 업무 협업과 커뮤니케이션을 수행할 수 있는 서비스와 시스템 환경이 필요하다. 실시간 비즈니스 협업 시스템은 기업 근무자들이 스마트 폰과 웹을 통해서 실시간으로 업무 협업을 할 수 있도록 상호 서비스 호출이 가능한 시스템을 구현 하였다.

전자 상거래의 증가에 따른 물적 흐름의 증가와 기업의 경쟁력 확보를 위한 물류비용 최소화는 이미 큰 이슈가 되었다. 또한 성공적인 비즈니스를 수행하기 위해 전통적인 기업프로세스에서 벗어나 기업간 경계를 뛰어 넘는 기업간의 물류업무에 대한 협업은 필수 요소가 되어가고 있다. 물류 처리의 효율성 향상과 기업간의 협업을 위해서는 개방형 정보 인프라를 통한 물적 흐름의 가시성과 즉시성이 확보되어야 하는데 이러한 것은 정보통신 기술을 이용한 다자간 협업 물류 기술로 해결할 수 있다. 하지만 전자상거래에 참여하는 상당수의 기업은 그 규모가 크지 않아 이러한 정보시스템을 구축하기가 쉽지만은 않은 상황이다. 본 기고에서는 다자간 협업 물류의 정의와 다자간협업 물류를 개발, 운영하고 있는 선진 물류사업자와 국내의 사례를 분석하여, 이후 관련 시스템 개발에 분석 및 비교 자료로 활용되고자 한다.

In recent years, the global financial crisis has worsened the economic environment for small and medium-sized businesses. A great number of South Korean enterprises are having various managerial difficulties, such as insufficient funds, shortage of manpower and lack of market information. To overcome these difficulties, many experts have suggested plans to encourage cooperation among small businesses, and such cooperation has provided diverse services to complement the insufficient capabilities of the individual companies. In spite of the efforts made by government to incite cooperation, however, the businesses themselves have displayed a lack of willingness to such cooperation. Cooperation requires a series of complicated and interdependent processes and, thus, governmental support alone cannot guarantee the necessary willingness to cooperate among small businesses. This research empirically analyzed how cooperative and creative leaderships influence the willingness to cooperate among corporate members. We also empirically studied how relationships among corporate members vary in accordance with their absorptive capacity.

기업간 비즈니스 거래를 하기 위해서는 B2B(Business to Business)기업이 지원하는 업무 프로세스에 관한 정보와 업무 정보 교환을 위해 기업의 기술적인 사항을 정의하고 거래 기업간에 비즈니스 거래를 위하여 거래 파트너간 합의된 상호작용을 정의한 문서가 필요하다. 이러한 문서를 XML 기반의 개방형 전자상거래 프레임 워크인 ebXML(electronic business XML)에서는 기업의 비즈니스 협업능력을 정의한 전자를 협업 프로토콜 프로파일(Collaboration-Protocol Profile:CPP)이라 하고 거래 기업간에 비즈니스 협업 상호작용을 정의한 후자를 협업 프로토콜 약정서(Collaboration-Protocol Agreement:CPA)라고 한다. 본 논문에서는 ebXML에서 거래 기업간 상호 운용성을 증대시키는 CPP문서를 효율적으로 저작 할 수 있는 생성기와 거래 기업들의 CPP 문서들을 기본으로 상호 협업을 정의한 CPA 문서를 저작 할 수 있는 Composer 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다.

많은 기업들은 협업 시스템을 사용하여 제품을 보다 효율적으로 개발하기 위해서 조직과 조직 또는 기업과 기업간의 동시성 협업을 실시간으로 지원하는 시스템에 대한 연구와 개발이 진행되고 있다. 협업설계 시스템은 가상 협동 공간에서의 공동작업을 통해 지역적으로 떨어져 있는 개발자들이 직접 만나지 않고 CAD, VR, Web, 오피스문서와 같은 기업내의 다양한 데이터를 손쉽게 공유할 수 있는 시스템으로 제품의 다양화 및 신속한 출시를 가능케 한다. 본 논문에서는 실시간 협업설계 시스템 개발에 필요한 요소기술과 주요 구성원을 먼저 소개하고 CPC (Collaborative Product Commerce) 환경을 지원하는 방안과 시스템 구축사례를 소개한다.

In modern industrial society, the importance of inter enterprise collaboration is more emphasizing for the survival of companies and strengthening its competitiveness. The studies using IT systems effect on inter-enterprise collaboration are already taken several times. However, there is not much systematic research to evaluate the informatization level of B2B collaboration. In this paper, we examined the level of B2B collaboration and the use of IT systems for each business area in small and medium-sized collaborative enterprise which are classified into shipbuilding, automobile, and electronic industry. We verified that the level of collaboration between companies are significant to the level of IT use for each business area by regression analysis. The conclusion of this study is that the level of B2B collaboration and the use of IT systems for each business area are different.

경영환경이 개별기업간의 경쟁에서 기업집단 군의 경쟁으로 변화하여 감으로써 기업간 협력의 중요성이 점차 커지고 있다. 많은 선행 연구들이 기업간 협력의 중요성을 강조하고 있으나, 기업의 오랜 역사적 경험 속에서 생겨나는 정보기술 활용 능력과 사회자본이 기업간 협력에 미치는 영향에 대해서는 명확하게 설명하지 못하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 기업간 협력의 촉진요인과 성과와의 관계를 알아보고자 하였다. 기업간 협력의 촉진 요인으로 제시된 정보기술의 활용능력과 함께 사회 자본을 추가로 제안하고, 이들이 기업간 협력을 강화해서 기업의 성과에 공헌한다는 것을 실증하여 보고자 하였다. 실증분석결과 기업의 정보기술 활용능력은 정보공유활동과 사회자본에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있으며, 사회자본이 기업간 협업활동에 영향을 미쳐 기업성과를 향상시키는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 자원기반관점에서 기업간 협력을 촉진하는 정보기술 활용능력과 사회자본이 기업간 관계 유지와 기업의 성과에 크게 공헌하고 있으며, 기업의 중요한 무형의 자산으로써 경쟁력의 원천이 되고 있음을 의미 한다고 할 수 있다.

정보통신 기술의 발전으로 정보의 획득, 관리, 활용이 용이해지며 글로벌 네트워크의 구성이 가능해졌다. 글로벌 경쟁의 심화로 경영환경의 불확실성이 증가에 대응하기 위해 기업의 e-비즈니스화가 보편화되면 기업간의 협업이 증대되었다. 협업 네트워크(Collaborative Networks)는 사회적 자본과 목적의 관점에서 대부분 자동화되고, 지리적으로 분산되어 있으며, 컴퓨터 네트워크를 토대로 공통 목표를 성취하기 위해 협력하는 다양한 참여자로 구성되는 네트워크라 할 수 있다. 가상기업은 협업 네트워크의 대표적인 개념으로 시장기회의 대응성을 높이기 위해 상호보완적인 핵심역량을 가진 참여자들의 네트워크이다. 본 연구는 가상기업의 주요 특징을 고찰함으로써 가상기업의 개념을 구체화시키고 가상기업의 성공요인과 위험요인을 도출하고 각 요인간의 상대적 중요도 및 순위화를 통해 가상기업 참여기업의 가이드라인으로 활용하고자한다.

Companies have developed local database without purpose of cooperation with others in the same category. That's because the cooperative work would cause cost in standardization, management, and usage of overlapping data. Therefore this paper proposes a system supporting an dynamic user interface for the sake of convenience of meta-data transformation and its users. The cooperative system will be able to connect companies together and minimize overlapping data by standardizing them. Eventually, the system will have an effect on cost-cutting and improve efficiency of maintenance and management.
