Based on the case study methods, the study analyzes that the countless UCC Cloud cloud is the niche creation by the lead users make process. This research show as follows. First, The Drama lovers and fan fiction writers are not only drama consumers but UCC creators/producers. By the process that the UCC and fan fiction is tailored to meet the needs of their users create fan fiction in fandom community, they create an entirely different niche from original drama. Second, the flow(drama consumption/evaluation, viewers needs/adaption, the user's creation/production) which community's creative users make sequentially coevolutes with the flow(drama information offer, intentionally supply/diffusion, derivatives production) of media companies. Third, the drama fandom community activities which is non-commercial activities form the drama ecosystem with a new paradigm, as well as form a virtuous cycle inked to the market continuously beyond fun, play, empathy.

In this paper, we will introduce IPP (Industry Professional Practice) model which is a unique Korean long-term co-op (co-operative) education model developed and will be implemented by Korea Tech. IPP model is designed to make up for the weak points of the existing short-term job training system and to fit Korean educational environment by benchmarking North America co-op model that has 100 years of history, and it will be supported by the Korean government (Ministry of Employment and Labor) unlike other existing co-op systems in Korea. In order to be a successful IPP program, it is required of companies' active participation to this program with open mind, and university's investment on IPP infrastructure such as concrete academic system design and IPP center, etc.

HSMS communication system using low-cost micro controller units(MCUs) is an essential technique for online semiconductor equipment system developments. It is intended as an alternative to SEMI E4 (SECS-I) for applications where higher speed communication is needed and the facilitated hardware setup is convenient. In this paper, an HSMS communication system using low-cost MCUS is designed and implemented. Using a MCU with a low price but high-performance as a main board, a module which processes HSMS communication is designed, and a circuit is designed to process BCR independently with a microminiature MCU. To convert tag data which is recognized from BCR into data based on HSMS communication protocol, SECS-II message is designed. Lastly, an HSMS communication system is implemented based on these designs. A low-cost HSMS communication module developed in this study can be applied in realtime monitoring and controlling system for semiconductor processes.

The purpose of this study is to analyze Compass Residences Development, also known as West Farms Development, in Bronx. NYC as a case study focusing on the characteristics of business structure and financing methodologies for affordable housing development. The case, costing total of $350M, is considered as the most notable long-term phased development of affordable housings in NYC by utilizing abandoned post-industrial site and multi-layered financing from various governmental subsidies, which is mainly LIHTC in conjunction with Tax-Exempt Bond with various other financing programs. The study may provide suggestive implications possibly related to the new Public Rental Housing Provision Plan that Seoul Metropolitan City announced recently. Moreover, will contribute to diversifying methodologies applied at domestic public rental housing development.

As China has rapid economic growth and the increase of national income that makes the development of Chinese cosmetic industry has huge market potential of the industry. But most of the cosmetics market is monopolized by foreign companies, the local cosmetics production enterprises are not equipped with professional production equipment. In these reasons Chinese cosmetics have low quality, inadequate research and development, poor cosmetics brand, unclear marketing, trade and technical barriers and other issues. In order to fulfill the purpose of this paper, data analysis was carried out focusing on domestic & foreign research papers, statistics, reference books, research reports, internet websites etc. As a result of the analysis, in order to increase the export of Chinese cosmetics, it should be strengthened the development of manufacturing technology and brand creativity, eradicating illegal copies, use the online market circulation way, the construction scheme, and cosmetic technical barriers and deregulation should be through the diversification of propaganda, etc. This paper describes that the project of Chinese cosmetics export increase and find the inspirations from other products of export. But national, regional specific programs which have huge information is the future research topics.

The important of Smart City has been increasing on the driving force of 4^th industrial revolution and method to solve urban problems. Korea government introduced and implemented ubiquitous City as an intrinsic Smart City brand from the early 21^th century. Diverse types of Smart City projects were announced as national strategy by the spatial characteristics. National Test-Beds in Sejong city and Busan(EDC: Eco Delta City) are urban planning to be future city models for new town development. In the old towns in cities, various type of Smart City projects are support by government by urban growth stage; frontiers, stable or declining urban realm. 「3^rd Comprehensive Plan for Smart City(2019 ~ 2023)」 in Korea plans an important role to build innovative ecosystem and reinforce global competiveness by spreading of Smart Cities. For the successful Smart City as open and inclusive space, it is need that this space should be made by the cooperation of citizens, private sectors and local and central government.

As data management and processing techniques have been developed rapidly in the era of big data, nowadays a lot of business companies and researchers have been interested in long tail data which were ignored in the past. This study proposes methods for generating and controlling a network of technical terms based on text mining technique to enhance data utilization in the distribution of long tail theory. Especially, an edit distance technique of text mining has given us efficient methods to automatically create an interlinking network of technical terms in the scholarly field. We have also used linked open data system to gather experimental data to improve data utilization and proposed effective methods to use data of LOD systems and algorithm to recognize patterns of terms. Finally, the performance evaluation test of the network of technical terms has shown that the proposed methods were useful to enhance the rate of data utilization.

It is well known that international cooperation is considerably more difficult because of the difference of interests, level of technology of the partners, social and culture as well as various macro-environmental conditions. This case study aims to investigate the success factors of international R&D collaboration between two firms. For it, an in-dept interview was conducted to the Etri-Microsoft Information Security Lab. A comprehensive research on theories, such as resource-based theory, network theory, relationship marketing theory and market power perspective was done as well. The results show clear objectives, communications based on trust, core competence on which the counterpart can rely on, consideration on the government decision process as well as the environment are important for success.

The relational data model can't be applied to CAD/CAM, CE, and CIM since it can't support the semantic model concept such as complex object, random data definition, manipulation, version control, generalization, aggregation and so on. In this paper, the IPCS(Integrated Production Control System) for hand-rail of ship is parted into several module according to process function. further more, the object oriented data model is designed with UML(Unified Modeling Language). UML is the object oriented design methodology of industrial standard that combines the Booch's methodology, the Rumbaugh's On(Object Modeling Technique), and the Jacobson's OOSE(Object-Oriented Software Engineering) methodology. The efficient management is expected with object-oriented data model construction, since this developed system can achieve efficient process control, system maintenance, repair and extension.

Trade between nations has been globalized since establishing the WTO(World Trade Organization). By lowering trading barriers under the WTO's system, trade in goods has been gradually increased It requires global logistic system that transports goods in between nations. To save cost of product, cargo of product is containerized and container ships to carry container cargo is going to be bigger: In the market, there are many vendors to provide artificial intelligent modules to operate container terminal. In order to integrate automated container terminal system easily and successfully, this thesis proposes high-level XML/ JMS( eXtensive Markup Language/Java Message Service) communication model and multi-agent based system architecture to share knowledges, solve problems, and active objectives by cooperating between autonomous and intelligent agents that are developed by 3rd party companies in the market. This thesis analyzed current situation of advanced automated container terminal with case studies on implemented systems and difficulties to develop automated container terminal system, reviewed technologies of intelligent agent, communication and automation that unmaned automated container terminal is required.
