With the recent development of manufacturing technology and the diversification of consumer needs, not only the process and quality control of production have become more complicated but also the kinds of information that manufacturing facilities provide the user about process have been diversified. Therefore the importance of big data analysis also has been raised. However, most small and medium enterprises (SMEs) lack the systematic infrastructure of big data management and analysis. In particular, due to the nature of domestic manufacturing companies that rely on foreign manufacturers for most of their manufacturing facilities, the need for their own data analysis and manufacturing support applications is increasing and research has been conducted in Korea. This study proposes integrated analysis platform for process and quality analysis, considering manufacturing big data database (DB) and data characteristics. The platform is implemented in two versions, Web and C/S, to enhance accessibility which perform template based quality analysis and real-time monitoring. The user can upload data from their local PC or DB and run analysis by combining single analysis module in template in a way they want since the platform is not optimized for a particular manufacturing process. Also Java and R are used as the development language for ease of system supplementation. It is expected that the platform will be available at a low price and evolve the ability of quality analysis in SMEs.

Differential privacy, which used to collect and analysis data and preserve data privacy, has been applied widely in data privacy preserving data application. Local differential privacy algorithm which is the local model of differential privacy is used to user who add noise to his data himself with randomized response by self and release his own data. So, user can be preserved his data privacy and data analyst can make a statistical useful data by collected many data. Local differential privacy method has been used by global companies which are Google, Apple and Microsoft to collect and analyze data from users. In this paper, we compare and analyze the local differential privacy methods which used in practically. And then, we study applicability that applying the local differential privacy method in survey or opinion poll scenario in practically.

The core value of the college of Interdisciplinary & Creative Studies is rely on the supporting system which can develop the learners' practical 'performing' competency. For aiming this, educational process of university constitutes the competencies which can be expected at the local field and develop the competency-oriented extracurricular & its operating system. Defining the creative convergent talent, as 'collaborative creative convergent one, bricoleur' and categorizes core competency named as TX competency. T competency contains humanities and the professionals of each major field needed. X competency consists of creative problem solving, convergent thinking ability, self-oriented learning ability and cooperative leadership. Developing extracurriculum & its operating system learners can be exposured the systemic learning and managing process. They can develop their potential abilities and can accumulate a proper mileage at their learning achievement. This research can be expected as a model of competency-based extracurriculum and its operating system which can develop learners' multiple competency overcoming the limit scope of curriculum.

As development of personal devices have made everyday use of internet much easier than before, it is getting generalized to find information and share it through the social media. In particular, communities specialized in each field have become so powerful that they can significantly influence our society. Finally, businesses and governments pay attentions to reflecting their opinions in their strategies. The stock market fluctuates with various factors of society. In order to consider social trends, many studies have tried making use of bigdata analysis on stock market researches as well as traditional approaches using buzz amount. In the example at the top, the studies using text data such as newspaper articles are being published. In this paper, we analyzed the post of 'Paxnet', a securities specialists' site, to supplement the limitation of the news. Based on this, we help researchers analyze the sentiment of investors by generating a domain-specific sentiment lexicon for the stock market.

In the age of oil exhaustion, low cost, semi-transparent solar cell, the dye-sensitized solar cell (DSC) has attracted significant attention since 1991 of $Gr{\ddot{a}}tzel$ report. To enhance the light-harvest capability of the photoelectric electrode, and efficiency of photoelectric transformation of the DSC, scattering layer of various structure have been proposed to photoelectric electrode materials. The scattering center of scattering layer needs the large titanium dioxide nanoparticles of 250 - 300 nm in diameter. In this study, the large sized $TiO_2$ nanocyrstals of around 300 nm were synthesized using the modified sol-gel process. According to the analysis of XRD and TEM, the synthesized $TiO_2$ nanoparticles exhibit single crystals of anatase phase. The optical transmittance of the synthesized titanium dioxide film prepared by spin coating is around 50% at 550 nm. It is suitable for scattering layer as a scattering center, and expected to enhance the efficiency of photoelectric transformation of the DSC.

This research aims to investigate how factors such as individual, parental and social support influence the life satisfaction of adolescents. For the study, students living in Ganman and Ganbuk area of seoul were selected as research subject, and final analysis targets were 375 students. First, differences between groups were analyzed as following; the higher average values were presented on groups with higher grade and subjective economic level than normal. Second, it was evident that self-esteem for individual factors and autonomous-control for parental factors had positive correlation on the satisfaction of adolescent's life, whereas problematic factor had negative correlation. Based on these results, this study propose policies that can be applied in the field of social welfare practice in order to enhance the satisfaction of adolescents' life and seek intervention plans.

The 4th industrial revolution and the rapid change in the data environment revealed technical limitations in the existing relational database(RDB). As a new analysis method for unstructured data in all fields such as IDC/finance/insurance, interest in graph database(GDB) technology is increasing. The graph database is an efficient technique for expressing interlocked data and analyzing associations in a wide range of networks. This study extended the existing RDB to the GDB model and applied machine learning algorithms (pattern recognition, clustering, path distance, core extraction) to detect new abnormal signs. As a result of the performance analysis, it was confirmed that the performance of abnormal behavior(about 180 times or more) was greatly improved, and that it was possible to extract an abnormal symptom pattern after 5 steps that could not be analyzed by RDB.

This paper provide a framework for an IGILMS(internet-based global integrated logistics management system) which can access and mediate cargo transportations among small- and medium-sized domestic/international logistics corporations as regards cargo, registration and search for space, public tender and negotiation, contract, payment and safety-guarantee, transportation through the internet, wireless communication means, or smart phone etc. In addition, we describe a model to provide customized services in the B2B e-market for IGILMS and the structure and the control of its fulfillment process, and provide technical architecture of the IGILMS for an internet-based global logistics management system. To validate an efficiency of the proposed system, we develop a simulation model and analyze the performance of the proposed system.

The purpose of this study is to prioritize the importance of urban railway service quality through statistical analysis. This was done to maximize customer satisfaction by providing customers of urban railway services (including LRT), operated by the local government, with a better customized service quality. It was hoped that this project would boost the need for public transportation by increasing customer satisfaction, which would eventually lead to more profitable revenue. The results of validity certification of expectations and perceptions before and after the use of government funded urban railway and private sector invested urban railways show that there are gaps for 18 items for the government funded urban rail projects (p<.01), while there is no significant difference for 2 items between expectation and perception (p>.05); private sector invested urban railway projects show differences for all 20 items (p<.001). Therefore, IPA analysis is conducted to improve the service quality; this should lead to a remedy that focuses on service quality. The findings of this study will contribute to providing management strategies for boosting customer satisfaction and creating revenue through customized service quality in the urban railway operating industry (including LRT), which is currently suffering from chronic deficits.

In recent years, the efforts for standards of Web contents accessibility and improvements of Web accessibility are expanded in the government, public institutions, university, enterprises. Korean Web Accessibility Guidelines, KWCAG 2.0, by comparison with 1.0, was able to provide more define alternative text in terms of image content, enhance guidance for accessing and use of the keyboard and for a clear distinction of data tables. In this paper, we developed a CMS(Content Management System) for everyone to be able to access to information easily in the mobile/web environments that are changing rapidly. The CMS, which is developed in this paper, is designed and manufactured based on KWCAG, W3C XHTML-1.0-Strict DTD, W3C CSS2 web accessibility and web standards. CMS builder is a WYSIWYG manner making it easy to use and manage, as well as a variety of the web was to operate in a mobile environment.
