Supply chain management for complex project requires continuous integration activities with the suppliers and subcontractors. This study proposes the firm performances, trust, relational norms, interfirm conflict and cooperation as major research variables, and collected the survey responses from the suppliers and subcontractors having experiences with complex projects. The statistical results indicate that the cooperation and conflict influence the firm performances, and that the inter-firm trust have some impact on the level of cooperation and conflict. It was also found that the inter-firm cooperation is influenced by relational norm. But on the contrary to our expectation, the relational norm has no significant impact on the inter-firm conflict. These findings may offer the significant implications leading to successful implementation of collaborative supply chain management in the context of project engineering area.

There has been various government SME R&D programs and the increase of budget which amount to 15.8% CAGR over the last 10 years, in order to support the research and development of SMEs which accounts for over 99% of our nation's total number of companies. To investigate the factors which affect the ROI of the Government R&D project for SMEs, we conducted Tobit and Logistic regression analysis on the 1237 projects of 'Technology Innovation Program for SME' which is one of the major programs of the Korea Small and Medium Business Administration. The empirical results of this study are as follows. Application or registration of patent or certification while performing the project, positively affect the financial performance of the government R&D project. And we can also find that, according to the technology field, patent and certification have a markedly different effect on ROI of the project. The results of this study suggest that planning, evaluation, and managing of government SME R&D project should be performed with the consideration of the effect of patent and certification on the economic performance, according to the technology field of the project.

In this paper, we proposed a methodology to effectively determine the selection and prioritization of new business and innovation projects using AI technology. AI technology is a technology that can upgrade the business of companies in various industries and increase the added value of the entire industry. However, there are various constraints and difficulties in the decision-making process of selecting and implementing AI projects in the enterprise. In this paper, we propose a new methodology for prioritizing AI projects using Morphology, AHP, and TOPSIS. The proposed methodology helps prioritize AI projects by simultaneously considering the technical feasibility of AI technology and real-world user requirements. In this study, we applied the proposal methodology to a real enterprise that wanted to prioritize multiple AI projects in the HR field and evaluated the results. The results confirm the practical applicability of the methodology and suggest ways to use it to help companies make decisions about AI projects. The significance of the methodology proposed in this study is that it is a framework for prioritizing multiple AI projects considered by a company in the most reasonable way by considering both business and technical factors at the same time.

This study investigated the carbon offset project activities as the activities of producing commodities by a case study on the Korean Clean Development Mechanism(CDM) industry. This study draw the networks of Korean CDM industry by extracting major agents and surrounding agents and by analyzing the characteristics of the linkages. The project participants owning the CDM projects hires CDM consultancies and designated operational entities(DOEs). The technical knowledge for carbon emission reduction made links between project participants and the CDM project operational knowledge made links between project participants and CDM consultancies. Links between project participants and DOEs are affected by social and geographical proximities. The value of the knowledge for CDM industrial activities determined the role of agents and type of linkages. The agents with the irreplaceable knowledge could be a project conducting firms. The agents without it became outsourcing contractors.

지식경제부, '2011년 월드 클래스 300 프로젝트' 30개 기업 선정 지식경제부가 오는 2020년까지 세계시장에서 해외 유수 기업과 어깨를 나란히 하는 기업 300곳을 만들기 위한 '월드클래스 300' 프로젝트가 본격 가동에 들어갔다. 사업 첫해인 이번에 148개 기업이 신청, 4.9대 1 이란 높은 경쟁률을 보인가운데 협회 회원사인 에스엔유프리시젼과 크루셜텍이 월드클래스 300에 당당히 이름을 올렸다.

음성인식은 음향모델, 언어모델, 디코더 등의 기술을 이용한다. 음성인식은 하드웨어와 소프트웨어 구성이 정확하게 설계가 되어야 한다. 음성인식 프로젝트는 인프라 구성과 도입되는 음성인식 엔진도입, 인식률 그리고 시스템과의 연계가 중요하다. 하지만 음성인식 프로젝트는 솔루션 도입으로 인지하고 수행할 경우에는 많은 위험이 발생한다. 이 중 가장 문제가 되는 것이 인식률이다. 본 논문에서 음성인식 개발 프로젝트 수행에 도출되는 인식률을 개선하는 방안을 제시하겠다.

탄소정보공개프로젝트 (The Carbon Disclosure Project, 이하 CDP라 칭함)는 투자자를 대신하여 주요 기업의 온실가스 관련 정보를 공개하도록 요구 하고 공개된 정보에 근거하여 각 기업의 온실가스 관련 리스크를 파악하여 투자 결정의 자료로 이용하고자 하는 영국에 본부를 둔 비영리 민간기구이다. 특히 지난해부터 CDP 한국위원회가 정식 활동을 시작하면서 국내에서도 관심을 끌고 있다.

The purpose of this study is to test the relationships between transaction justice and partnership, between transaction justice and project performance, and between partnership and project performance in the selection process in which a prime contract company chooses a subcontractor. For the empirical study, we chose a research model based on related studies and surveyed the real contractors in the field of construction. The results of this study are as follows. First, the partnership has a statistically significant positive effect on the interactional justice, procedural justice, and distributed justice. Second, the project performance is affected by the interactional justice and procedural justice. Finally, the transaction justice has a directly positive relation with the project performance and an indirectly positive relation with the project performance through partnership. In this study, we carried out empirical research into the relationship between transaction justice and project performance through partnership.

To increase the chance of the success of project, it is necessary to identify the important factors influencing the performance of project. Cognitive map has been used for analysing by investigating causal links among relevant factors. A fuzzy cognitive map (FCM) is an extension of a cognitive map with the additional capability of representing feedback through weighted causal links. Project performance is influenced by several factors such as input resources, possibility of achievement, concern of others and so on. The object of this paper is to develop the project success model of enterprise using a fuzzy cognitive map approach to investigate the degree of causal relationship between project performance and these factors.
