A Study of Cluster Characteristics of NamDong in Incheon to the Effectiveness of a firm (남동국가산업단지의 클러스터 형성요인이 성과에 미치는 영향)

  • We study the casual relationship between characteristics and effectiveness of NamDong Cluster in Incheon by using factor analysis in order to suggest, it is hoped, an alternative way to form innovative regional or national cluster. The findings of the study is that several factors such as cluster networking, collective learning, innovation synergy, localization, are critical factors to corporate performance. Also, cooperation between big enterprises and small and medium enterprises is the major influential factor so that financial and institutional supports for co-works or co-program development among enterprises are suggested.

  • Multinational Corporations (MNCs) are increasingly establishing globally-distributed R&D (Research and Development) centers in which sites around the world work collaboratively to develop new manufacturing and product technologies. Following new globalization strategies, these projects more often include sites in Emerging/Newly Industrializing Economies (E/NIEs). The success of these ventures promises to be increasingly important both for the bottom line of MNCs and for the development ambitions of E/NIEs. This study attempts to identify these trends and to compare R&D transfer between Korea and China. The study identifies specific factors on MNC's R&D transfer and compares those operating factors between the R&D centers in Korea and China, which attract many MNCs in the world. Among those eight dimensions relating to MNCs' operation, there are significant differences in site selection, market characteristics, government support, and R&D networking between Korea and China. The analysis show more positive factors on China than Korea regarding R&D operations. The result will be helpful for both MNC's managers and governments' decision makers with respect to R&D transfer.

  • VoIP는 유무선 인터넷의 IP 망을 기반으로 차세대 유비쿼터스형 전화로 부각될 가능성이 있으며 유선 부문의 VoIP는 특화된 서비스 모델을 바탕으로 급격한 시장확산이 진행되고 있다. 인터넷 전화인 VoIP는 저렴한 비용으로 고품질의 음성 및 화상 서비스를 제공할 뿐만 아니라 데이터 서비스와의 융합을 통해 이용자에게 다양한 편익을 제공한다는 측면에서 향후 성장잠재력이 높을 것으로 전망되고 있다. 특히, 기업에서는 VoIP를 통해 비용을 절감할 뿐만 아니라 VPN 또는 기업 데이터형 솔루션과 결합하여 새로운 경쟁무기로 활용할 유인이 있어 일반인에 비해 적극적인 수용태도를 형성하고 있다. 그런데, 국내 기업의 VoIP 수용현황 및 특성을 분석한 보고서가 거의 없는 실정이다. 이에 본 글에서는 국내 기업에 대한 조사결과를 바탕으로 VoIP 서비스 이용률, 이용방식, 만족 및 불만족 요인, 비이용기업의 잠재적 수요특성을 체계적으로 분석하였다. 이를 바탕으로 결론적으로 국내 기업에서 VoIP 서비스가 활성화되기 위한 방향을 제시하였다.

  • This study is an empirical analysis of the characteristics of the organization and the performance of the company. The characteristics that make up the culture of a company's organization determine its success. Overcoming the company's closed cultural characteristics, entrepreneurial orientation, delegation, openness of organizational culture, and R&D capabilities have a positive impact on the company's performance. These characteristics of the company also play a positive role in embracing open innovation to generate innovative results. The characteristics of a company positively consider the acceptance and utilization of external resources. These variables proved that the nature of a company's organization is a factor in generating a company's performance. In this process, open innovation and the acceptance of external resources also proved to be a positive factor in generating corporate performance. The contents of this study provide an academic basis for the variables that build corporate organizational culture and provide a practical attitude to the role of leaders in managing corporate organizational culture. This study is focused on women's SMEs. n future research, the overall characteristics of the company will be considered. In addition, this study attempts to verify by applying various variables for generating performance of domestic SMEs by reflecting overcoming regional limitations.

  • It has been expanded the bandwidth of data usages due to the rapid developments of information technology and infra hardware and then it was proposed to new paradigm of Big Data era. It has a trend to increase a Big Data technology and its performance gradually, thus enterprises have realized the importance of Data and the movement to take advantage of Big Data becomes active. This study has been performed to verify the importance through select the factors in order to active adoption of Big Data technology and utilization when enterprises use Big Data. It was selected that Big Data characteristic factors are the natures of predictability, manageability, affordability, competitiveness, creativity, responsiveness and supportability on the study. It is verified and showed that manageability were influenced to introduce Big Data in order, at the result of survey and statistics for enterprise practitioners who have big data experience.

An Analysis on the Profit of Return-based trading Strategy (과거의 주가에 근거한 투자전략의 성과분석)

  • 본 연구는 과거의 수익률에 근거한 투자전략인 반대투자 전략과 모멘팀 전략의 성과를 분석 하고 있다. 이러한 투자전략의 성과와 주식수익률의 시계열적 특성간의 관련성을 밝히고, 투자 성과를 기업고유 요인에 대한 주가의 과잉반응, 시장의 공통요인에 대한 주가의 반응, 그리고 개별주식의 평균수익률의 횡단면적 공분산에 기인한 부분으로 각각 분해하고 있다. 모멘팀 전략은 1주일 이상 6개월 정도의 포트폴리오 재구성 기간에 대하여 양의 성과를 보이고 있으며, 반대투자 전략은 3개월 이상 6개월의 정도의 기간에 대하여 유의적인 성과가 나타나고 있지만, 상승국면에서는 양의 성과가 나타나고 하락국면에서는 음의 성과가 나타나고 있다. 투자전략의 성과는 1주일 이내의 기간에 대해서는 수익률의 자기공분산에 의하여 주로 설명되며, 1개월에서 3개월 정도의 기간에 대해서는 교차공분산에 의하여 주로 설명되고, 6개월의 기간에 대해서는 개별주식 평균수익률의 횡단면적 분산에 의하여 주로 설명되고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 기간이 짧은 경우에는 투자성과가 주로 기업고유 요인에 대한 지연된 반응에 의하여 설명되며, 기간이 길어짐에 따라 주식수익률은 기업고유 요인에 대하여 과잉반응하는 것으로 나타나고 있다. 시장의 공통요인에 대해서 대체로 지연된 반응이 나타나며 기간이 길어짐에 따라 소규모기업의 주식은 시장의 공통정보에 대하여 과잉반응하는 것으로 나타났다.

  • Social enterprises provide the job and social service to the weak classes at the same time. As the weak classes such as the aged and disabled who are the main consumers of social enterprises are restricted in moving and gradual approach, so social service providers are required to decide the location by considering their gradual approach more than anythingelse. Therefore, in case of deciding the location of social enterprises it is more important than anythingelse for the social enterprises to select the location by considering the demand of social service of the region preferentially unlike the principles of deciding the location of ordinary enterprises. However, it has been expected that the main causes of various supplying and consuming sides which are provided not only to the ordinary but also the social enterprises might be distributed indiscriminately and unequally in the space of national land by diverse main causes such as the kinds of the products, concentration of the consuming sides, manpower distribution and others, and in this study, what have been used for the examination of regional distribution characteristics of social enterprises which have been operated by being distributed regionally were LQ technique, and the regional distribution characteristics of social enterprises of Korea have been suggested after having them analyzed. This study has the aim of providing the suggestions for the establishment of the policies for the promotion of social enterprises in the future by clarifying the present situations and characteristics of regional distribution of social enterprises of Korea which have been functioning as the suppliers of private social service, and what are required at this time are the political support and social agreement for the location and growth through continuous studies.

포트폴리오 수익률 예측력에 관한 연구 -다요인모형과 단일요인모형 비교-

  • Roll의 비판 이후 실행된 많은 국내외 연구결과 CAPM으로 설명이 되지 않는 이례 현상(Anomaly)들이 발견되고 있다. 이례 현상들은 다 요인 모형(multi-factor model)과 같은 추가 위험 요인이론, 표본차이이론, 과잉반응 및 특성이론들로 설명되고 있고 이러한 이례 현상들은 재무관리의 지속적인 관심사인 미래의 주가수익률 예측과 밀접한 관계에 있다. 본 연구에서는 이례 현상들이 주가수익률에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 써하여 Haugen and Baker(1996)의 다 요인 및 수익률 추정 방법론을 국내 증권시장에 적용한 다 요인 모형과 $\beta$, 기업규모, PBR, 과거 1년 주가 수익률에 의한 단일 요인 모형을 이용하여 개별 기업의 포트폴리오 구성기준을 결정하고 이 기준에 의거하여 월별로 편입 주식들을 재조정한 포트폴리오들의 년간 누적 실제수익률 예측력을 비교 분석한 결과 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 첫째, 다 요인모형의 경우 기대수익률이 높은 주식으로 구성된 포트폴리오가 기대수익률이 낮은 주식으로 구성된 포트폴리오보다 실제 년간 수익률이 높게 나타난 반면, $\beta$, 기업규모, PBR, 과거 1년 주가 수익률의 요인에 의한 단일 모형을 적용한 포트폴리오는 이들 순위와 실제 수익률간에는 상관성이 높지 않게 나타나 다요인 모형이 주가 수익률 예측력에 있어서 단일요인 모형보다 우수한 것으로 판단된다. 단일모형 중에서는 PBR을 이용한 포트폴리오가 $\beta$ 단일모형보다 좋은 주가수익률 예측력을 보여 주었다. 둘째, 주가 수익률을 결정하는 유의성있는 요인들은 당기순이익의 증감, 당해연도의 당기순이익의 분포, 자산증가율, 매매 유동성, 매출액 변동, 거래량 추세, 기업크기(시가총액), 과거 1개월간의 주가수익률, 자기자본증가율등으로 나타났다.

The Impact of Shared Value Creation of Social Enterprise on Organizational Performance (사회적기업의 공유가치창출이 조직성과에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of social enterprise's shared value creation on corporate performance and to develop policy measures to enhance competitiveness of social enterprises. The main results and implications are as follows. First, according to the general characteristics of social enterprises, the difference between shared value creation and organizational performance was not statistically significant. In other words, although the social enterprise has various organizational characteristics, it does not differ from the shared value creation or the organizational performance that it creates. The rapid increase of social enterprises led to a rapid increase in various types of social enterprises, but there is no difference between shared value creation and organizational performance. Second, the results of analyzing the impact of shared value creation on the organizational performance of social enterprises revealed that social performance was statistically significant influenced by re-recognition of product market and regional cluster among sub-factors of shared value creation. Among the sub-factors of social enterprise's economic performance, the re-recognition of the product market had a statistically significant effect on the overall organizational performance of social enterprises. Among the sub-factors of shared value creation. In the future, it will be necessary to make effort to improve corporate performance by introducing the concept of shared value creation for social enterprise and making policy efforts to activate it.

An Empirical Study on the Determinants of Innovation Performance of SMEs in the Daejeon and Chungcheong Region (지역혁신체제관점에서의 대전·충청지역 중소기업 혁신성과 결정요인에 관한 실증적 연구)

  • This study aims to identify the characteristics of the regional innovation system(RIS) and the determinants of innovation performance of SMEs. Data were collected from a questionnaire survey on 64 SMEs in the Daejeon and Chungcheong regions to uncover the relationship between capabilities, regional innovation capacities and innovation performance. The moderating effects of regional innovation capacities on the relationship between firms' innovation capabilities and performance were also tested. Empirical results revealed that R&D, marketing and entrepreneurial orientation had positive effects. The moderating effect of regional innovation capabilities on the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation (risk taking) and performance was also confirmed.
