Despite of a huge amount of GIS data were distributed in the private sectors, they were gradually decayed due to lack of the legal preparation or civilian data distribution channels. In order to solve these problems this study was mainly focused on the civilian GIS data distribution and demonstrated a proposed direction through the requested questionnaire and analysis of the civilian enterprises and public sectors for the favorable civilian GIS distribution flow. The implementation of the civilian GIS data distribution center(provisional name) was proposed fir the civilian GIS distribution flow because of the fact that civilian sectors were seriously requested to build and to operate the civilian GIS distribution organization through the result of the requested questionnaire. The requested questionnaire items were selected as the civilian enterprises distribution, data implementation and management, low and regulations, NGIS distribution network business, and civilian GIS distribution renter build to activate and to participate civilian GIS distribution. Therefore, three implementation models and three implementation operation were proposed to guide a roll of the civilian GIS data distribution center and the distribution boundaries.

검찰과 경찰에서는 압수수색을 통해 조사를 수행하는데, 기업들은 압수수색 수사를 받기 전에 회계 DB 및 회계 관련 파일 삭제, 파손 및 은닉하는 등의 문제점을 발생시키고 있다. 2008년 삼성화재 비자금 조성 사건과, 2009년 교하 복합커뮤니티 센터의 입찰비리 사건 등 기업회계장부의 포렌식 기술적용방법 문제 등이 발생하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 포렌식 수사 도구인 EnCase, FinalData 등을 연구하고, 기업의 회계 서버에 대해 압수수색 준비와 압수 수색, 획득 증거 분석 등의 절차를 연구한다. 기업의 회계 서버 압수수색 후에 디스크에서 포렌식 증거분석에서 실시되는 증거물 원본 파일보관, 원본성이 입증된 사본생성, 삭제 파일 검사 및 복원, 삭제 내용 확인, 원본 파일과의 대조를 실험을 한다. 본 연구 결과는 포렌식 기술발전에 기여하게 될 것이다.

In this research, we developed a scalable resource monitoring system for large scale scientific computing data centers. Usually, there are limitations and overheads for keeping track of every computing nodes because of the huge number of computing nodes. So, this research proposes a layered summarizing techniques during collection of all system resource information. The technique results in improved scalability by reducing the amount of information at higher layer. Our prototype system which is implemented with web service is applicable with the HTML5 mobile web technology on smart devices.

본격적인 국제 사이버 과학기술 R&D 시대를 열어 줄 국제과학기술협업연구망 글로리아드(GLORIAD) 개통을 기념해, 우리 연구원은 지난 9월 5일부터 6일까지 이틀 간 서울롯데호텔(소공동 소재)에서 세계적인 과학기술계 석학들과 함께 '글로벌 첨단 과학기술협업연구망의 발전방안 모색'이라는 주제로 국제 심포지움을 개최했다. 그 첫날인 9월 5일 우리 연구원은 전자신문사와 공동으로 글로리아드 개통의 의의와 앞으로의 발전방향을 진단해 보는 좌담회를 열었다. 좌담회는 우리 연구원 이지수 슈퍼컴퓨팅센터장의 사회로, 미국 글로리아드 사업책임자인 오크릿지 국립연구소(UT-ORNL) 그렉 콜(Greg Cole) 박사, KAIST 전자전산학과 전길남 교수, 세계 핵융합에너지(ITER) 연구의 최고 권위자인 러시아 쿠르차토프연구소(RRC" Kurchatov Institute) 벨리코프(Evegany Velikhov) 소장, 중국 글로리아드 사업 책임자인 중국 전산망정보센터 얀 바오핑(Baopin Yan)센터장, 세계적인 네트워킹 기업 VSNL의 디렉터 빅토르 헤다드(Victor Haddard)가 참가했다.

The objective of this study is to apply Information Resource Management(IRM) methodology to corporate library and information units. The focus of the study fixes how to start, develop and establish IRM in corporations. The methodology of IRM is based on the way of integrating information contents and systems by information technology. The body of this study consists of three parts. Part 1 surveys the review of IRM progress, its definitions, its components, IRM policy, and IRM human resource. Part 2 suggests a modeling for IRM methodology, which includes the inventory for pinpointing each information resource entity(IRE), the analysis of information needs, the measuring cost of IRE, and the evaluation of information value. Part 3 investigates internal and external information resources of certain corporations and analyses the users' information needs.

나용환(羅龍煥) 정보화시스템실장은 공단 내 SixSigma T/F팀장을 겸하고 있다. 지난 81년 입사하여 올해로 25년째를 맞고 있는 나실장은 공단 홈페이지 내 정보교류센터(IEC)를 운영하면서 쌍방향 정보교류를 구상한 끝에 공공기관으로서는 획기적인 것으로 평가되는 '캐쉬마일리지'제도를 시행하고 있다. 사이트 내에 ESCO투자제안방이 따로 있을 정도로 ESCO들에게 거는 기대가 크다고 말하는 나 실장에게 물었다.
