The Purpose of this study is to investigate the problems arising during the investment decision making on maintaining and improving Manufaturing information systems. The detailed problem considered in this study is to determine the priorities of various investment alternatives on improving Manufacturing systems. For this purpose, this study suggests a systematic procedure in which the analytic hierachy process is used to fix the important weights of alternatives, together with a normalization step, and then an integer programming model to select the optimal set of alternatives that maximize the total priority while satisfying the allowable budget and the time limitation.

업무흐름 관리 시스템은 기업, 연구소 등에서 BPR 이나 IT 투자에 대한 효과를 가시화할 수 있는 시스템으로서 그 중요성이 점차 증대되고 있다. 업무흐름 관리 시스템은 점점 복잡해지는 기업의 업무흐름을 체계적으로 관리하고 자동화하기 위한 소프트웨어이다. 이 시스템에서 정의한 업무흐름을 실제로 수행하기 위한 소프트웨어 서비스를 업무흐름 수행 서비스(Workflow Enactment Service)라고 부른다. 본 논문에서는 실제 개발한 업무흐름 관리 시스템의 구조와 업무흐름 수행 서비스의 설계 모습과 구현에 대하여 기술한다.

Aerospace and Defense(A&D) industry is the representative extended enterprise that develops products by collaborating among suppliers operating individual information system(IS). Efficient collaborative working environments are essential component to achieve successful business and collaboration environments based on IS have been applied to support coherent process usage and securely share the information through the entire product lifecycle phases. This paper describes the status of information system management of the leading A&D enterprises and their information management processes. It also introduces the case studies of enterprises implementing product lifecycle management(PLM) solution to realize stable collaborative tools between customer and supplier.

Recently, in the process of globalization of companies, the use of third party logistics providers (3PL) has been strengthened. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to test the effectiveness of the logistics information system provided by 3PL companies. This study is to test the relationship between the effect of the characteristics of the 3PL logistics information system on the shipper's supply chain performance, that is, logistics performance, customer performance, and organizational performance, and the shipper's loyalty to the 3PL company, that is, 3PL corporate performance. In addition, long-term relationship orientation is to test whether there is a moderating effect between the shipper company and the 3PL company. Through this, this study aims to provide strategic implications for improving the competitiveness of 3PL companies. In this study, a total 205 data were collected and used for analysis of shippers companies for hypothesis testing, and analyzed using SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0 statistical programs. The results of the study are summarized as follows. First, it was found that the accuracy, timeliness, and usefulness of the 3PL logistics information system all had a significant positive (+) effect on the performance of the shipper's supply chain. Second, it was found that the accuracy, timeliness, and usefulness of the 3PL logistics information system all had a significant positive (+) effect on 3PL corporate performance. Third, it was found that the performance of the supply chain of the shipper company had a significant positive (+) effect on the performance of the 3PL company. Finally, it was found that long-term relationship orientation had a moderating effect on the relationship between the performance of the shipper company's supply chain and the performance of the 3PL company. The purpose of this study is to provide academic and practical implications for securing competitive advantage through the logistics information system of 3PL logistics companies.

최근 기존 정보시스템에 고객이나 사용자의 다양한 요구사항이나 기업의 환경 변화를 반영하여 새로운 정보시스템으로 재구축하는 경향을 보이고 있다. 이를 통해 기업들에서 경쟁 우위를 선점함으로써 보다 우세한 경쟁력을 갖출 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 정보시스템 재구축을 위한 프로세스 모델링(Process Modeling)과 데이터 모델링(Data Modeling)을 체계적으로 수행하는 방안을 제시하고, 이를 실제로 적용한 사례를 보여준다. 정보시스템의 전체적인 관점에서의 요구사항 및 기존 정보시스템의 미비사항을 분석하여 정보화 대상을 추출하는 프로세스 모델 분석(Process Model Analysis) 단계와 정보화 대상을 개념 모델로 전환하는 논리 데이터 모델링(Logical Data Modeling) 단계, 실제 컴퓨터에 저장하여 사용하는 물리 데이터 모델링(Physical Data Modeling) 단계로 구성된다.

In the radical char]go of the business environments that the existing facilities can not guarantee the business-frosts anymore, enterprises have been importing ERP system. In Korea, Sam-sung Electronics did it for the first tin in the latter half of 1994 and other enterprises succeeded. Currently, government and public enterprises as well as most of the large enterprises are employing ERP system to sharpen the competitiveness and to win the business transparency. On the other hand, it is harder for small and medium enterprises shaded by the large enterprises to be well-equipped with information system such as ERP, because they have already suffered from chronic financial difficulties and shortage of many resources. Most of all, they prefer the short-term project that does not need much tine for them to make decisions and to carry out fully. Grounded on the above factors, in this work, I suggest the suitable ERP model for the small and medium enterprises and the successful importing process of ERP, which is derived from the previous researches made by other masters' thesis. If necessary information and human resources are interchanged pertinently between local education institute and small and medium enterprise, the latter could not only deal with the confronted difficulties successfully inside and outside but attain the goal of being proficient in up-to-minute high technology. Besides, giving the students the opportunity of researching into the practice of the business they have not ever known, local universities could help their students accumulate knowledges and acquire ideas which could not be achieved in pure academic studies. When the above-mentioned procedure is over, the students might get the intellectual faculty to ponder on the future more concretely and enter a profession more carefully. In the result, we would raise up the percentage of the employment among the graduates. And active participation of university professors is the last important factor that assists the small and medium enterprises for introducing ERP system successfully. Their scholarly attainments play an important role in strengthening local economy and make the business competitiveness balanced between the capital and the local economy.

국내 무역업무 환경이 EDI 시스템 도입 및 정부의 적극적인 활성화 정책에 힘입어 급속도로 변화하고 있다. 이러한 변화와 함께 EDI 시스템 도입, 활용방법, 성과측정 및 표준화에 대한 연구들이 다각적으로 이루어지고 있다. 이 중에서도 기업에게 있어서 EDI 도입에 따른 성과향상 및 성과측정이라는 이슈는 대단히 중요한 의미를 가질 뿐만 아니라, EDI 시스템 도입의 궁극적인 목표이기도 하다. 이러한 배경하에서 EDI 시스템도입에 따른 기업성과를 향상시키기 위한 EDI 시스템 구현 및 활용방안 등에 대한 기존연구들이 많이 소개되어 있다. 그러나, 실제적으로 EDI 시스템을 활용하면서 시스템에 대한 통제요인의 개발 및 통제요인간의 인과관계 확인과 요인들간의 상관성 조절을 통해서 기업 전체의 성과를 향상시킬 수 있는 EDI 통제모형의 개발에 관한 연구는 부족하다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 EDI 성과를 향상시킬 수 있는 통제요인 및 이들간의 상관관계를 밝히고, 이를 퍼지인식도 (FCM: Fuzzy Cognitive Map)와 연계하여 효율적으로 EDI 시스템을 통제할 수 있는 통제모형을 제시하고자 한다.

오늘날 e-비즈니스의 주요 동인이라 할 수 있는 인터넷은 우리의 일상생활뿐만 아니라 상거래의 형태도 변화시키고 있다. 특히 전자상거래는 시간적 공간적 제약을 극복하고 편리하게 거래를 할 수 있다는 이점으로 그 시장이 급격히 성장하고 있다. 이렇게 기업의 환경을 급변시키며 새로운 시장을 형성하고 있는 인터넷의 활용분야는 매우 다양하다. 특히 대기업과 비교하여 상대적으로 인력과 자본이 부족한 중소기업에서는 전자상거래를 판로개척, 판매, 광고, 기업 홍보, 고객에 대한 서비스 등 기업의 다양한 프로세스 도구로 활용할 수 있다. 중소기업에서 성공적인 전자상거래를 실현하기 위해서는 무엇보다도 전자상거래의 관문이라 할 수 있는 웹사이트의 개발에 크게 심혈을 기울여야 할 것이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 전자상거래의 관문이라 할 수 있는 중소기업의 웹사이트 개발에 영향을 미치는 조직의 내${\cdot}$외적 요인이 무엇인지를 밝혀내고, 조직의 웹사이트를 개발 수준에 따라 분류하여 현재 중소기업의 웹사이트 개발의 수준을 알아본다. 그리고 조직의 웹사이트 개랄 수준을 향상시키기 위해 고려해야 할 요인들이 무엇인지 살펴본다. 본 연구의 구성은 I장에서는 연구의 필요성을 제시하고, II장에서는 관련 논문들의 고찰을 통해 웹사이트 개발 수준에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 탐색해본다. III장에서는 연구모형과 가설을 제시하고, IV장에서는 이를 토대로 실증분석을 한다 마지막으로 V장에서 본 논문의 결론을 맺는다.

This study researched the relationship of effect of management awareness of corporate members, system buildup and strategic operation on corporate performance through industry-university collaboration networking. The result of the study are as follows. First, as the importance of industry-university collaboration, system buildup networking was proved to provide the greatest influence on the corporate performance. Second, it presents to form the bond of sympathy with members on corporate management which is built through industry-university collabora-tion. Third is the importance of strategic operation. Strategic operation was prove to have high influence on corporate performance. Fourth is to prove the relationship between system buildup and strategic operation of industry-university collaboration networ- king. The system buildup provides an important impact on corporate strategic operation. Fifth is the system buildup through management awareness by through industry-university collaboration. Lastly, the relationship between management awareness and corporate performance was found to be significant. Management awareness of members can be presented as an important variable on corporate performance. This study is to present the fact that it is important to secure competitiveness of small and medium-sized businesses, to develop a way for creative improvement and to secure a way for strengthening the competitiveness, and to strengthen the corporate competitiveness through reinforcement of industry- university collaboration networking.
