This study examines the effect of previous work experience on the long-lived venture firm called 'Good Quality startup'. The research explores entrepreneurs of 16 mobile application startups that were invested by the venture capital, 'K-ventures', through the resource-based view. The results show that all of entrepreneurs had previous experiences of their business domain. They accumulated human resources such as technology capabilities, knowledge of domain, know-how, networking through learning-by-doing. Entrepreneur's human resources are the key factors for opportunity recognition and realisation process; and it is also on the ground that venture capital determines investment. Venture capital provides financial resources, management support and strong network for venture firm. Technology resources, financial resources, know-how and networking are the core managerial resources to be a long-lived venture firm called 'Good Quality Startup'. This research is an exploratory case study based on previous experience and 'good quality entrepreneurship'. The empirical study hereafter is needed.

현대의 기업에서는 다양한 인적 자원과 비즈니스 솔루션을 이용하여 효율적인 기업 활동을 수행하기 위해 노력을 기울이고 있다. 하지만 현장에서 벌어지는 인적 자원의 능률에 대해 효율적으로 관리하고 상황에 맞게 업무를 배정하는 일은 매우 어렵다. 본 연구에서는 RFID(Radio-Frequency Identification)를 이용하여 현장 인력에 대한 정보를 실시간으로 수집하고 이 정보를 바탕으로 업무가 원활하게 이루어 질 수 있도록 하는 시스템을 제시한다. 전체적인 시스템의 구조와 데이터 모델을 구성하고 실시간 업무 분배규칙을 제시하였다. 본 연구를 통해 현장 작업의 효율성과 작업 배분의 공정성이 향상될 것으로 기대한다.

아파트 소형 열병합발전시스템을 국내에 처음으로 도입한 (주)케너텍(대표 정복임,신동오)은 ESCO 시장에서 항상 두각을 나타내고 있는 중소기업 대표로 통한다. 업계 대기업과 비교해도 손색이 없을만큼 많은 실적을 쌓아온 케너텍은 열병합발전시설의 '24시간 연속난방 시스템'을 가장 먼저 도입, 기술력에서도 높은 평가를 받고 있다. 최근에는 임목폐기물등 버려지는 자원을 연료로 활용한 바이오매스 열병합발전사업을 주도하고있다. 친환경에너지, 해외자원개발 분야에까지 사업을 확장하고 있는 (주)케너텍을 찾았다.

본 논문에서 이론적으로 분석하고자 하는 기술포트폴리오 매트릭스는 기술매력성(계속적 개발잠재성, 응용범위, 호환가능성)과 자원강도(지배범위, 잠재성, 반응속도)에 기초한 기술투자 분석 또는 전략적 기술관리를 위한 유용한 의사결정 수단이다. 즉, 기술포트폴리오는 국내기업뿐만 아니라 현지투자기업의 연구개발과 관련된 의사결정을 위하여 활용될 수 있다. 특히, 본 연구에서는 글로벌 기업에 있어서의 본사 및/또는 현지자회사간의 기술포트폴리오 매트릭스를 분석함으로써 글로벌 기업의 기술포트폴리오 관리를 위한 방법을 제시하고자 한다.

In order to analyze how the entrepreneurship affects the commercialization performance in relation to R&D input factors, technological innovation and technology in the course of technology commercialization process. Korean manufacturing venture companies has been surveyed. The structural equation model showed technology commercialization mechanism driven by entrepreneurship. Innovativeness is one of the most important factors in the success of venture firms. Technology commercialization was dependent on innovation rather than the input of research and development resources. Technological innovation shows mediating effects in the influence of entrepreneurship on commercialization performance, but technology capability has relatively small effect. Commercialization process of new product development and product improvement was different. The government needs to actively support R&D strategies and commercialization infrastructure in order to promote innovation, assist R&D workforce and enhance product commercialization in venture companies.

산업통상자원부가 주최하고 한국생산기술연구원이 주관하는 2015년도 "제9회 미래패키징 신기술 정부포상"수상작이 선정됐다. 미래지식산업인 패키징산업 종사자의 긍지와 자부심 함양의 계기를 실천하고, 패키징산업 종사자의 사기진작과 패키징산업 활성화를 도모하기 위해 매년 진행되고 있는 미래패키징신기술 정부포상은 패키징 산업 기술인의 기술개발 의욕을 고취하고 패키징산업 기술성과 및 산업발전 기여도에 대한 정부포상를 실현하며 패키징산업 종사자간 정보교류 극대화 및 공동체 의식 함양으로 일체감을 조성시켜왔다는 평가를 받고 있다. 미래패키징 신기술 정부포상은 기업부문 및 학생부문, 그리고 공로부문으로 나누어 수상자를 선정, 진행되고 있다. 기업부문은 패키징 완제품, 친환경패키징, 패키징관련기계(설비) 및 관련부품, 패키징인쇄(라벨링), 패키징원부자재 생산 및 가공공정, 패키징디자인 등의 분야에서 신기술 개발 또는 개선으로 수출신장, 매출 수익 증대 및 발명특허 획득을 통해 패키징 기술력 발전에 기여한 기업의 패키징제품 또는 패키징디자인을 대상으로 하고 있으며, 학생부문은 패키징 디자인 관련분야 전공자로 패키징과 연관된 컨셉으로 상품성, 창의성, 표현성, 친환경성, 지속가능성 등이 어우러진 독창적인 패키징제품 또는 패키징디자인을 대상으로 진행하고 있다. 또한 공로부문은 패키징 산업 관련 산업계, 학계, 연구계, 유관기관에 종사하는 자로서 패키징 관련 핵심 기술개발, 경영, 마케팅 면에서 패키징 산업 발전에 기여한 공적이 뚜렷한 자, 패키징산업발전 정책연구 및 패키징산업 육성에 기여한 기업 또는 개인을 대상으로 하고 있다. 제9회 미래패키징 신기술 정부포상 심사 결과 삼성전자(주)의 'Curved UHD TV 용(用) Curved 포장 Box'가 국무총리상으로 선정됐으며, (주)대륙제관의 '폭발방지 맥스부탄'을 비롯해 4개사가 산업통상자원부 장관상으로 선정되는 등 총 29개사가 수상 기업으로 선정됐다. 공로부문에서는 (주)남경의 김선창 회장과 (주)화남인더스트리의 석용찬 회장이 산업통상자원부장관 표창자로 선정됐다. 이 외에도 학생부문에 17개 작품이 선정, 수상이 예정되어 있다. 본 고에서는 기업부문 수상작 및 공로부문 수상자들의 활약상을 살펴보도록 한다.

This study analyzed to strategy and structure of outward foreign direct investment(OFDI) by Chinese Enterprises in 'one belt, one load' countries along the line from the perspective of Dunning's OLI paradigm. Chinese enterprises' investment in 'one belt, one road' countries was largely promoted for two strategic purposes. One is an investment to secure energy resources due to the nature of resource holdings in 'one belt, one road' countries, and the other is a transfer investment to solve the problem of surplus facilities, a problem in China's domestic economy. Chinese enterprises' investments in these 'one belt, one road' countries is evaluated to have been made with Dunning's investment decision conditions in the OLI paradigm, namely, Ownership specific advantages, Location specific advantages, and Internalization specific advantages. only if there is a difference, investment country, investment method, and investment industry are different due to the structure of international relations, religious conflict and cultural heterogeneity, institutional investment environment of the region, and awareness of Chinese enterprises.

This research focuses on what factors determine firm's decisions on R&D outsourcing and how R&D outsourcing affect R&D performance. In recent years many firms outsource R&D activities instead of internalizing it. Thus, further investigation is necessary to find out this recent trend. Based on several theoretical background the study developed three determining factors of R&D outsourcing which are transactional level, firm level, and risk level. Transactional level composes of independent variables such as R&D cost saving, asset specificity and uncertainty which mainly comes from Transaction Cost Economics theory. Firm level composes of openness to technology from outer source, R&D capability, and outsourcing experience. Risk level composes of technological risk, cost-related risk and managerial risk. The result shows that R&D outsourcing is significantly related to cost saving aspect, low asset specific firms, firms without solid technological background, firms which are open to external technology, firms with other types of outsourcing experience, and firms which take technological risks. However, proposed relationship between degree of R&D outsourcing and R&D performance found out to be insignificant. This research is contribute to the field of outsourcing study since it will give guidance to managers who need to make strategic decisions on R&D outsourcing activities.
