식품기업 농심의 주요 제품들은 수십 년에 걸쳐 소비자들의 변함없는 사랑을 받아 오고 있다. 신라면, 안성탕면, 새우깡 등 대표제품의 경우 우리 국민이라면 그 이름을 모르는 이가 없을 정도다. 이처럼 농심이 '국민 식품기업'의 반열에 올라설 수 있었던 비결은 무엇일까. 바로 '인재'다. 그동안 농심의 임직원들은 창의적인 기술과 독창적인 마케팅으로 장수식품을 육성하고 시장을 선도하는 신제품을 꾸준히 선보여 왔다. 시장의 흐름을 읽을 줄 알고 고객의 마음을 볼 줄 아는 수많은 인재들이 농심에 몸을 담고 있는 것이다. 이런 우수한 인재를 키워낼 수 있었던 배경에는 '농심연수원'이 있다. 충남 아산시 탕정면 농심 아산공장 내에 위치한 농심연수원은 1997년 건물을 신축한 이래 15년여 동안 농심그룹 임직원을 업계의 리더로 키워냈다. 실시되는 교육의 질도 우수하지만 이곳 연수원은 우수한 안전관리체계로 유명하다. 교육생들의 안전한 생활관리에서부터 건물 및 시설물 관리에 이르기까지 빈틈없는 안전관리가 이루어지고 있는 것이다. 때문에 이곳을 거쳐 간 농심 임직원들은 안전과 건강, 생명을 소중히 하는 우리나라의 전통 식문화를 각인하게 된다. 이것이 곧 농심에서 국민의 사랑을 받는 제품이 쏟아져 나오는 이유다. 글로벌 식품기업 농심의 안전 주춧돌 역할을 하고 있는 '농심연수원'을 찾아가봤다.

"All things possibly could be measured.", measurement is a essential part in all kinds of industry, especially in manufacturing. Korean Industrial Standard has been established and announced in September, 1961. Measurement has been emphasized. But until now, measurement hasn't been located to the core of manufacturing in domestic. So, this study suggests improvement guide line for the multilateral problems of measurement system based on the investigation of 146 small and medium-sized enterprises in April, 2002.

본 일본연수 참가기는 한국과 일본 양국의 재단법인 한·일(일·한) 산업·기술 협력재단에서 연수관련 비용 모두를 지원하고(참가인원 40명) 한국측 중소기업진흥공단과 일본측 재단법인 국제기술협력위원회가 실무기관이 되어 2004년 7월 26일부터 10월 23일까지 총 13주동안 실시한 연수기간중(국내 중소기업진흥공단 연수원 합숙교육 5주, 일본 규슈 KAITA연수원 합숙교육 8주) 일본현지 연수 8주동안의 이론교육과(이론 16 과목, 기업현장연수17개사)현장체험을 통해 느낀바를 요약 정리한 민승찬지도사의 일본연수 참가기이다. 민승찬지도사는 이외에도 2001년도 중소기업청 해외시장개척요원으로 선발되어 영국·아일랜드 등에서 국내중소기업제품들의 유럽시장 개척을 위해 6개월간 활동하였고, 2003년에도 일본CASIWA 생산공장 등 5s 및 TPM 성공기업 현장연수에 참가하여 효율적 생산시스템 운영방식을 현지 연수를 통해 수료하는 등 경영지도사로서의 폭넓은 자질 향상을 위해 노력하고 있다. - 편집자 主-

This paper is to analyse the major impact of the new era of information technology on the changes being made in physical environment of existing corporate training centers through the case of on- and off-line LG academies. By the analysis, some interesting features are to be found which can be a hint for the future planning and design of corporate training centers. Unlike the expectation in the early stage of changes, the rapid growth of on-line education forms a very strong partnership with the existing in-house training programs at all levels. Understanding of such key issues surrounding the use of facilities is specific to the formation of an effective environment for training programmes. After all aspects of the facility uses-not just the class rooms, but also the residential, dining, recreational, and support areas, as well as on-line type of educational services-are carefully examined, a design guideline is identified as considerations for guestrooms, classrooms, public facilities, the recreational areas, and the audio-visual provisions.

해운기업의 ESG는 선박의 자본조달과 미래의 재무성과를 결정짓는 중요한 요소이다. 특히 강력한 환경오염물질을 규제하기 시작한 해운산업에서는 ESG와 같은 비재무적요소가 재무적으로 연결될 가능성이 매우 높다고 추정된다. 본 연구에서는 국내 해운기업의 ESG현황과 근래의 강력한 해운 환경규제에 따른 해운 기초 자료를 분석하였다. 이를 통해 해운기업의 특성을 고려한 ESG와 재무성과를 연결할 수 있는 요소를 식별하여 추정하였다.

국가전문행정연수원은 지난해 8월부터 올 6월까지 약 10개월에 걸쳐 기존의 노후화된 증기난방 보일러와 개별 냉방기를 흡수식 냉온수기를 통한 중앙집중식 냉난방으로 전환하는 ESCO사업을 실시해 막대한 에너지 절감 효과를 보고 있다. 총 4개 건물을 대상으로 진행된 이번 냉난방 ESCO사업은 총 사업금액이 6억2천여만원에 이르며 연간 절감되는 에너지절감금액이 약 1억4천4백만원 정도여서 앞으로 5년 10개월에 걸쳐 모든 투자비가 회수될 예정이다.

The purpose of this study is total analysis which is satisfied factors to users to object of inservice training institute in large enterprise. Common factors are inservice training building, outer space and unit of abode. Those are deduced in the planing stage by important degree. Methods of statistical analysis are enforced by analysis of primary factor, correlation and multiple regression. The result of this shows a difference between important orders to users according to character of influenced factors of the inservice training building and abode.

현대 해운산업에서 성별 다양성은 산업의 경쟁력 및 지속가능성을 높이는 핵심요소로 간주된다. 본 연구는 해운산업에서 성별 다양성을 증대하기 위해 필요한 대안을 식별하고 이를 우선순위로 식별하는 것을 목표로 하였다. 이를 위해 Best-Worst Method를 사용하여 성별 다양성 증대를 위한 다양한 대안들에 대한 우선순위를 정하고, 상대적 중요도를 측정하였다. 본 연구를 통해 도출된 대안들은 해운기업이 성별 다양성을 실제로 실현시키기 위한 구체적인 방안을 제시한다.
