The purpose of this study was to investigate how different priorities were among entrepreneurial components influencing upon performance of firm regarding dynamics of textile fashion industry. For research method, 200 questionnaires were distributed to professionals such as entrepreneurs, and managers of textile fashion business. The returned 122 questionnaires were analyzed by regression analysis with SPSS 10.0. The results of this study were as follows: There were significant differences that the most influential component was fund among entrepreneurial components affecting performance of firm, and business idea, and entrepreneur's characteristics in a descending order. But when considering dynamics of textile fashion industry, the most influential component was business idea, and entrepreneur's characteristics, and fund in a descending order.

최근 딥테크 및 글로벌 스타트업들의 기술경쟁력 제고를 위한 국가적 지원이 증대함에 따라 원천기술을 보유한 기술창업 건 수역대급으로 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 기술 기업들은 사업의 다각화 및 글로벌 진출에 유리하다는 장점이 있으나, 이들의 전략 성공을 위해서는 체계적인 인큐베이팅 및 자금유치는 필수적이라 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 첨단 가술스타트업의 투자유치성과에 중요하게 여겨지는 요인들이 IT 및 BT 산업별로 어떻게 다르게 영향을 미치고 있는지를 연구하는 목적으로 하고 있다. 선행연구에 따르면 기술 스타트업에 대해서는 그들이 보유한 기술 역량(특허), 창업자/팀의 능력, 제휴 등을 중요한 자원으로 보고 있으며, 이는 기업의 퀄리티를 차별화하는 신호로 작용하여 투자유치에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서는 국내 기술 스타트업의 산업별 차이에 따라 기술 스타트업의 특성이 투자유치성가에 미치는 영향을 비교분석하고자 한다. 본 연구는 2022년 기준 서울시 창업지원시설에 입주한 스타트업 122개사를 대상으로, 전 산업을 대상으로 한 회귀분석모델과 글로벌 산업기술 분류 기준에 따라 구분된 BT 및 IT 산업만을 대상으로 한 회귀분석 모델을 설정하여 연구목적을 규명하고자 한다. 본 연구 결과는 국내 기술스타트업의 투자유치 의사결정에 대한 실증분석을 통하여 기존 이론을 검증하였다는 것에 의의가 있으며, 산업별로 투자유치에서 중요하게 고려하는 요소들이 다르게 작용할 수 있음을 밝히고 산업별 특성에 따라 투자유치 시 실질적으로 필요한 요소들을 제시한다는데 실무적인 시사점을 지니고 있다.

The purpose of this study was to examine relationships among health empowerment and health behavior compliance on quality of life and identify the factors that influence on quality of life in patients with coronary artery disease. Participants in this study were 180 patients with coronary artery disease in the Intervention of Cardiology of a general hospital in S city. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearson correlation coefficient, and multiple regression using the SPSS Win. 22.0 program. The result of the multiple regression indicates the health behavior compliance, gender, health empowerment and educational level predict 23.4%(F=5.17, p=.024) in quality of life. Therefore, it is necessary to develop programs a health behavior compliance and health empowerment use specific strategies to improve quality of life for patients with coronary artery disease.

Gaesung was the Mecca of Korean ginseng. Factors that Gaesung has been a leading brand of Korean ginseng were multiplicative. Those were natural conditions and huge commercial capital, red ginseng factory, creative business systems and etc. We can quote BongSang Son, SungHak Kong and JeongHo Kim as a famous Gaesung' ginseng merchants. They, as leaders modern ginseng industry had supplied the method of cultivation, prevention of phyto-diseases, excellent ginseng seed, and prepayment system of farming capital. The Gaesung merchants also adopted modern marketing techniques : commercial advertisement, made-order sales, changing package of the ginseng products. The book 'The Dictionary of Korean Companies and Stores' which was published in 1927 introduces BongSang Son as a great businessman in Gaesung. He was not only merchants but also educator and social worker. He practiced the spirit of entrepreneurship. BongSang Son's role of pioneer contributed to the development of Korean ginseng and Gaesung. Due to such efforts of Gaesung merchants, Korean ginseng industry were took a great step forward. This article considered the development of Korean ginseng industry through the life and achievement of the ginseng magnate BongSang Son who was a representative one of Gaesung merchants.
