변화가 잦은 환경에서, 기업은 다른 조직들과의 유기적인 협력과 의존을 바탕으로 생태계(Ecosystem)를 이루고 있다. 이러한 조직간의 유기적인 형태를 기업생태계(Business ecosystem)라 하고, 기업생태계를 이루는 각 조직들은 기업생태계 전체와 운명을 공유한다. 기업이나 조직은 기업생태계 안의 개체가 되며, 각 개체는 생태계 안에서 고유한 역할을 하고, 생태계를 유지하는데 중요한 역할을 한다. 기업 전략의 범위를 기업 내에 한정하지 않고, 해당 기업이 속해있는 기업생태계의 범위로 확대하여 보고자 하는 이러한 관점에서, IT는 중요한 역할을 한다. 첫 째, 기업생태계는 기업 네트워크의 확장된 개념으로 파악할 수 있는데, 이러한 기업생태계에서 개체간의 상호작용에 IT가 중요한 역할을 한다. 두번째, 기업생태계에서는 외부의 자극이나 개체의 상태가 전체 건강성에 영향을 미치는데, 기업생태계를 다이나믹하고 건강하게 유지시키는데에 IT가 필요하다. 본 연구는 기업의 전략적 운명 공통체로써의 기업생태계에 대한 기존연구를 통해, 기업생태계 관점에서 IT 역할을 파악해야 할 필요성을 제시하고, IT역할 구분 시에 필요한 지침에 대해서 논의하여, 추후 수행될 연구의 기반을 마련하는 것을 목적으로 한다.

As the complexity of business environment increases rapidly the use advanced information technology start to affect not only the business processes of individual companies but also the fundamental nature of business and industrial ecosystem. The changes observed at the level of business and industrial ecosystem encompasses a broad range of transformation. This unit of analysis is not sufficiently dealt with by existing information systems research. This research attempted to analyze the changes in business ecosystem caused by digital transformation using a relatively new approach called ecosystem mapping. We developed and suggested an ecosystem mapping methodology step by step and applied the methodology to film industry. The film industry is chosen because it is an industry very sensitive to the changes in technology and has gone through massive transformation during the last three decade by way of using modem information technology.

본 연구에서는 사람중심 조직문화 특성이 중소기업의 비지니스 생태계와 회사탁월성에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지, 비지니스 생태계와 회사탁월성은 기업성과에 어떤 영향을 주는지를 연구하는데 목적이 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 기업의 사람중심 조직문화 특성을 공감, 역량개발, 권한위임, 업무몰입도로 구분하고 각각의 독립변수들이 매개 변수인 비즈니스 생태계와 화사탁월성에 미치는 영향과 비니니스 생태계와 회사탁월성이 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 살펴보는 인과관계 분석이 주된 연구대상이다. 연구의 결과를 자세히 제시하면 다음과 같다. 사람중심 조직문화 특성과 비즈니스 생태계 간의 인과관계에 대한 실증 연구결과를 요약하면 공감, 역량개발, 권한위임, 업무몰입도는 비즈니스 생태계에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 사람중심 조직문화 특성과 회사탁월성 간의 인과관계에 대한 실증 연구결과를 요약하면 업무몰입도는 회사탁월성에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 공감, 역량개발, 권한위임은 통계적으로 회사탁월성에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 기업역량인 비즈니스 생태계와 회사탁월성과 경영성과 간의 인과관계에 대한 실증 연구결과를 요약하면, 비즈니스 생태계는 경영성과에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났으며, 회사탁월성는 경영성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 연구결과와 함께 본 연구를 통해 다음과 같은 두 가지 시사점을 제시할 수 있다. 첫째, 기존연구와 사람중심 조직문화 특성을 활용하여 중소기업을 대상으로 실증연구 했다는 점에서 본 연구의 학문적 기여점을 찾을 수 있다. 중소기업은 대기업이나 공공기관에 비해 사람중심 경영에 대한 인식이 낮을 것으로 추측되었으나 분석결과 사람중심 조직문화 특성이 기업역량과 기업성과에 중요한 영향을 미치고 있음을 확인하였다는데 큰 의미가 있다고 하겠다. 둘째, 기업은 기존의 사업중심의 전통적 기업가정신과 사람중심경영이 잘 융합되어 중소기업 핵심역량에 영향을 주고 이는 다시 기업성과로 이어지는 결과를 낳는 선순환 모형이 된다는 점에서 의미가 있다.

This paper proposes policies for developing ICT ecosystems so that Korean ICT companies can have a competitive power under the changing ICT industry environment. It analyzes the changes of user characteristics, their consumption trends and ICT industry environment. It also examines problems of domestic ICT industry and overseas ICT policies. In addition, it investigates the ICT ecosystem strategies of Google and Apple based on the theory of business ecosystem. This study suggests government policies for establishing a smart ecosystem, incubating a strategic ecosystem, and maintaining a sustainable ecosystem. The findings of this study provide additional insights and guidelines for policy makers to develop effective ICT ecosystems.

A facility is built by participating of various parties who are connecting each other by network of contract. Domestic construction industry has been suffering with high cost and low efficiency due to lack of cooperative relationship among companies who participated in the project. The government has tried to resolve this problem by diverse policy support, but practical result has not been realized in the level of satisfaction. This paper defined construction business ecosystem in the aspect of business ecosystem as a network among construction companies based on diverse production system, and diagnosed cooperative business ecosystem in construction industry. For construction business ecosystem to be more cooperative business ecosystem, the result of diagnosis shows that the type of cooperation based capacity and value sharing should be developed and interdependence among companies and cooperative relationship should be durable and reasonable price for construction should be guaranteed for the participant to have a profit from the project.

In response to changes in the global market environment, companies in the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) industry have begun to pursue cooperation and competition on a business ecosystem level. In particular, to become a leader in the new growth engine industry of Internet of Things (IoT), companies around the globe aim to consolidate vertically up the value chain through a solid establishment of their platforms. This paper looks at Samsung and Xiaomi, whose strategies for creating an ecosystem based on their own platforms differ in accordance to the ecosystem in which they compete. An analysis of these two companies indicate that Samsung pursues a strategy to become the market standard by openly sharing its platform with complementary companies, whereas Xiaomi pursues a strategy that achieves value as a channel owner through the restriction on which companies may become partners. This paper concludes that as Samsung and Xiaomi strive to become IoT industry leaders, each company pursues a variant of a platform-based value chain integration strategy based on the specific nature of the ecosystems in which they compete, thereby creating value through a symbiotic relationship with their partner companies.

국내 경제를 포함한 글로벌 경제에서 플랫폼 기업이 지니는 중요성이 매우 커지고 있다. 많은 연구에서도 플랫폼 기업이 이끄는 디지털 경제를 통해 혁신이 창출되고 이들이 경제 성장의 동력으로 작동한다는 것을 강조하고 있다. 하지만, 플랫폼 기업에 대한 모호한 정의로 인해, 플랫폼 기업이 자리잡고 있는 플랫폼 생태계에 대한 정확한 현황 파악이 제대로 이루어지지 않고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 플랫폼 기업에 대한 정의를 내리고 플랫폼 기업의 유형을 분류하고자 하였다. 더불어 플랫폼 생태계의 현황에 대한 분석을 통해 향후 생태계의 발전과 활성활르 위한 정책적 제언을 제시하고자 하였다.

버블붕괴 이후 한동안 침체기에 있었던 벤처들이 최근 실적 호전을 보이고 있다. 그러나 아직 벤처생태계의 회복을 낙관하기는 무리다. 벤처생태계의 회복까지는 상당한 시간이 걸릴 전망이다. 국내 벤처생태계의 복원은 관련 업계와 정부가 함께 힘을 모아 해결해 나가야 할 중장기적 과제이다.

The aim of this paper is to identify the components of the sustainable regional ecosystem of social economy enterprises (hereafter 'regional ecosystem'), and to explore the principles of reciprocity, regard and public policy, which have a fundamental impact on the development of such regional ecosystem. The regional ecosystem is an interactive system of the stakeholders who are related to the process of planning, producing, distributing and selling goods and services, and the agents who maintain and spread their social value orientation. This system operates through the interaction of 'local network (business relations and social relations)', 'intermediary organization' and 'public role.' On the basis of the conceptual framework on the regional ecosystem, the result of the in-depth analysis on the case of Gorang-erang Coop shows the interaction of reciprocity and public policy with respect to regard within the context of a characteristic of the regional ecosystem.
