Requisites for Adopting Electronic Payment Systems in International Trade Transactions (국제무역거래에서의 전자결제시스템 도입에 따른 과제)

  • The technique of information-communication rapidly developed has made it possible for us to do business through Internet. Electronic commerce was increased rapidly by the explosive development of the inter and communication revolution. E-Commerce has created a fundamentally new way of conduction and will change drastically accepted ways of doing business. Normally international trade has been formulated in a way that exporters and importers meet face-to-face and contract and pay by letter of credits. For the global electronic commerce to vitalized, the outstanding matters should encourage the creation of infrastructure of information security and new models in the field of electronic payment systems, electronic commerce agreement for remedy, adapting electronic date interchange in transport documents and negotiability of electronic bills of lading. The payment systems such as electronic fund transfers, tradecard system and electronic letters of credits issued by SWIFT system permit the parties concerned(sellers, buyers ad service providers) to settle payment electronically. Still they are many limitations for complete international electronic transactions. The following measures have to be taken to vitalize electronic trade transactions. It is needed to acquire information security such as authenticity, integrity, non-repudiation and confidentiality. All kinds of documents need to be replaced by electronic date exchange and the legal structure of international convention, national law for electronic payment systems have to be completed. Also a detailed guide of the banking operation and developing rules for electronic letters of credits need to be provided to adopt eUCP rules for the electronic presentation of documents.

고객선호도 모델 기반의 사이버 쇼핑몰 의사결정지원 시스템에 관한 연구

  • 최근 사이버 쇼핑몰에서 기업과 고객간의 제품 구매 활동을 도와주는 검색 에이전트 시스템에 대한 연구가 활성화되고 있다. 그러나 많은 비교 검색 에이전트 시스템들은 고객이 입력한 키워드 기반의 검색 목록만을 체공하고 있으며, 검색된 유사상품 목록 중에서 어떤 상품이 적합한지 선정해 주는 의사결정지원 기능은 충분히 제공하지 못하고 있다 본 논문에서는 인터넷 쇼핑몰 환경을 기반으로 키워드 입력에 의한 제품 검색뿐만 아니라 고객 선호도가 높은 제품 선정을 지원해 주는 의사결정지원 시스템을 제안한다. 제안한 의사결정지원 시스템은 고객이 입력한 각 속성들의 표준계수와 가중치를 점수화 하여 선호도가 높은 상품을 우선적으로 제시함으로써 고객의 상품 선정을 위한 의사결정을 지원하도록 하였으며, 또한 각 속성별 다양한 반영 비율에 따라 어느 제품이 전체적으로 적합한지를 분석하는 민감도 분석 기능을 추가하였다.

  • 본 연구는 글로벌하고 분산된 환경하에서 다중 에이전트에 기반한 공급업자선정과 이를 통한 글로벌 제조를 위 한 프레임 웍을 구축하고자 하였다. 에이전트 시스템을 위해서는 KQML에 기반을 둔 메시지 전달 시스템에 근거하여 에이전트 통신 계층, 메시지 계층 및 내용서술계층으로 구분하였다. 또한 분산된 객체간에 클라이언트간의 통신을 위해서는 고정된 인터넷 프로토콜의 주소를 없어도 통신이 가능하도록 OLE automation서버와 ORB (Object Request Broker)를 이용하여 시스템을 구축하였다. 시스템 구현을 위해서는 스포츠용 신발을 주로 수출하는 중소기업의 업무를 대상으로 하여 정해진 생산계획에 대하여 관련 부품을 생산 납품할 수 있는 외부 공급자를 선정하는 업무에 대하여 프로토 타입을 만들어서 시험하였다. 네트웍시설이 열악한 동남아 등지에 협력업체를 많이 보유하고 있는 한국의 섬유분야나 신발산업 같은 분야에 있어서 본 시스템의 활용 가능성이 기대된다.

A Study on the Success Factors of Partnership in SCM (SCM에서 파트너십의 성공결정요인에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to explore the nature of supply chain partnership, and to find the factors influencing the supply chain partnership success. For this, relationship commitment and trust were used as the basic components of the supply chain partnership. Also we identified strategic fit, interdependence, compatibility, and communication as determinants of supply chain partnership. Based on the statistical analysis of the sample of Korean corporations, it was found that relationship commitment and trust were shown to be significant factors influencing the supply chain partnership success. In addition, the findings reveal that strategic fit, interdependence, compatibility, and communication will facilitate supply chain partnership. More specifically, strategic fit and interdependence have a significant positive influence on relationship commitment. Also, compatibility and communication have a significant positive influence on trust. There result, in short, supported the importance of supply chain partnership for the successful SCM.

  • Web Services are rapidly gaining attention as the service oriented distributed computing paradigm over the Internet. Web services are currently highlighted not only due to its role as an enterprise application integrator, but also as the method of mediating inter-enterprise collaborative works. This research analyzes, categorizes, and provides current status and forecasting of core technology and standardization issues concerning web services. The results of this research could be used as the base information for understanding and establishing strategies concerning the fundamental technologies of web services. Also, the demand and status of domestic markets of web services are thoroughly analyzed. Based on this analysis, guidelines for the adaptation of web services by the government and domestic enterprises are presented. The results of this research provides appropriate alternatives to domestic enterprises by evaluating web service technology trends, and further on provides methods of web services market activation on a national scale

A Context-based Multi-Agent System for Enacting Virtual Enterprises (가상기업 지원을 위한 컨텍스트 기반 멀티에이전트 시스템)

  • A virtual enterprise (VE) can be mapped into a multi-agent system (MAS) that consists of various agents with specific role(s), communicating with each other to accomplish common goal(s). However, a MAS for enacting VE requires more advanced mechanism such as context that can guarantee autonomy and dynamism of VE members considering heterogeneity and complex structure of them. This paper is to suggest a context-based MAS as a platform for constructing and managing virtual enterprises. In the Context-based MAS a VE is a collection of Actor, Interaction (among Actors), Actor Context, and Interaction Context. It can raise the speed and correctness of decision-making and operation of VE enactment using context, i.e., information about the situation (e.g., goal, role, task, time, location, media) of Actors and Interactions, as well as simple data of their properties. The Context-based MAS for VE we proposed('VECoM') may consists of Context Ontology, Context Model, Context Analyzer, and Context Reasoner. The suggested approach and system is validated through an example where a VE tries to find a partner that could join co-development of new technology.

XML기반의 전자상거래 문서양식 관리

  • HTML로 표현된 양식은 데이터 모델을 포함하고 있지 않기 때문에 종이 양식과 같은 전자상거래 레코드를 구성하기 어렵다. XML로 양식을 표현하기 위한 노력은 XFDL이 대표적이다. 전자상거래 언어로서 XFDL의 가치는 데이터, 표현, 계산규칙, 의미 등에 대한 정보를 단일한 XML 문서에 통합하는 능력이 있다. XFDL은 고품질의 배치(Layout), 문서화(Documentation) 지원, 통합 계산, 입력 검증, 복수의 중첩되는 디지털 서명, 감사가 가능한 거래 레크드 등을 지원한다. 그러나, 이러한 특징을 갖는 XFDL은 내용과 표현을 분리하고자 하는 W3C의 정책과는 괴리가 있다. XForms는 HTML 양식의 한계점을 개선하기 위해서 W3C에서 활발히 추진되고 있는 XML기반의 차세대 양식이다. 핵심 아이디어는 사용자 인터페이스와 표현을 데이터 모델과 논리로부터 분리시켜서, 하나의 폼을 이동단말, 텔레비전, PC등 다양한 용도로 사용할 수 있도록 지원한다는 점이다. 이 논문에서는 차세대의 양식 표준으로 예상되는 XForms를 중심으로 기업간의 양식 처리를 위한 방안에 대하여 논한다.

An Opened EDI Document Management System for Electronic Commerces (전자상거래를 위한 개방형 EDI문서 관리 시스템)

  • EDI is being considered as a new way for exchange business data in the form of electronic document, aiming the paperless transaction in business-to-business commerce. However, only a few enterprises select and practically use EDI accepts the closed and complicated method based on exclusive protocol for electronic document exchange. There, second, is insufficient regulation and system that support it. Last, the cost for operating is too high. In this paper, Open EDI Document Information Management System (OEIMS) was designed for solving the problem that mentioned above. We represented exchange document in code from as XML DTD. OEIMS that makers feasible to transfer their document through the web with low cost and, manage and search the information more efficiently and effectively using object-oriented database. We suggest OEIMS that provide efficiency to reposit and manage a system by modulized design of structural feature from EDI unlike other systems.

A Study on Integrating UDDI and ebXML Registry Using Ontologies (온톨로지를 이용한 UDDI와 ebXML 레지스트리의 통합에 관한 연구)

  • ebXML and Web Services provide UDDI and ebXML registry for storing and managing the business and Service information of companies, respectively. Recently, W3C have released the OWL(Web Ontology Language) to Recommendation, and OWL-S proposed to describe the semantics of Web Services using the OWL ontologies. In this paper, we compared the OWL-S with the registry information model(RIM) of ebXML and the data structure of UDDI, and directly connect ones, which that of ebXML similar to that of UDDI; we extend the structure of the OWL to connect the rests. Consequently, our system enables to construct the ontologies of services and discover their semantics by using the information stored in the registries, and tintegrate UDDI, ebXML registry and OWL-S registry. By using the extending OWL-S documents in our system, agents can utilize for the semantic matchmaking.

Workflow based storing model for XML documents (워크플로우 기반의 XML문서의 변경저장 모델)

  • Recent business environments require a company to communicate frequently with other companies. This makes it essential to use XML (eXtensible Markup Language) documents for integration of information systems. Especially in e-Business environments, change management of documents is important to record and trace the history of the documents. In this paper, we propose a new method of storing a document by detecting changes automatically and reconstructing the document version when a user requests. In addition, based on the method, we also propose a model to recover a document into previous state even when system errors occur. A prototype system is implemented on top of a workflow system and an experiment is carried out to present efficiency of our method. Our approach provides efficiency of storage space and convenient management of documents.
