  • 공급체인관리는 개별적 기업 에이전트(마케팅, 자재, 구매, 생산, 유통등)를 통합하여 운용하도록 하는데, 이러한 통합은 한 기업에서 국한되는 것이 아니라 공급자로부터 소비자까지의 공급체인의 모든 에이전트에게 적용된다. 공급체인의 에이전트들 간의 통합이 실질적으로 효과를 나타내기 위해서는 상호 정보 공유 및 조정된 방법으로 운영되어야 한다. 전자거래에 대한 요구가 증대되면서 새로운 변화에 유연하게 대처하고 예측하지 못했던 상황, 즉 Order에 대한 주문량 변경/취소, 새로운 고객 등장(긴급을 요구하는 Project등)으로 새로운 Order 생성, 계절적 요인으로 인한 주문량 폭주, Event에 의한 특정 상품에 대한 Cost Down 및 Cost 복원, 원자재/제품의 불량처리에 대한 Delivery 일정 수정 등과 같은 사건에 능동적으로 대처할 수 있도록 공급체인 내에서 Intelligent 기능을 가진 Coordination Agent의 도입이 요구되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 전자거래와 공급체인을 연계한 e-SCM에서의 조정 에이전트 시스템을 구현하고 Agent의 Coordination 능력을 분석한다.

Analysis of Accounts Receivable Aging Using Variable Order Markov Model (가변 마코프 모델을 활용한 매출 채권 연령 분석)

  • An accurate prediction on near-future cash flows plays an important role for a company to attenuate the shortage risk of cash flow by preparing a plan for future investment in advance. Unfortunately, there exists a high level of uncertainty in the types of transactions that occur in the form of receivables in inter-company transactions, unlike other types of transactions, thereby making the prediction of cash flows difficult. In this study, we analyze the trend of cash flow related to account receivables that may arise between firms, by using a stochastic approach. In particular, we utilize Variable Order Markov (VOM) model to predict how future cash flows will change based on cash flow history. As a result of this study, we show that the average accuracy of the VOM model increases about 12.5% or more compared with that of other existing techniques.

  • 기업간전자상거래 (B2B)의 활성화에 따라 주요 IT 업체들은 B2B 를 위한 다양한 솔루션을 개발하고 있으며, 그 과정에서 데이터 교환 표준으로 XML 이 널리 적용되고 있다. XML 은 인터넷상에서 구조화된 문서를 자유롭게 교환 및 정의할 수 있는 특성을 갖는다. 본 연구에서는 XML 이 최근 급속히 적용되고 있는 요인을 주목하여 기업의 도입의향을 중심으로 연구를 수행하였다. 우선 '조직간 시스템 도입 관련' 선행 연구를 참고하여 설문에 의한 실증분석방법을 통해 XML 도입의향을 연구하였다. 더불어 부차적 방법으로 XML 과 관련 언어 (SGML/HTML/EDI 등)의 특성 비교 과정을 통해 XML 의 특징으로부터 e 마켓플레이스의 등장으로 대표되는 기업 경영 환경 변화 요소를 추론을 시도하였다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 분석 결과 XML 의 도입 의향에 영향을 미치는 요소를 분석하였고, 새로운 IT 기술인 XML의 적용에서 기업환경의 중요 변화 특징에 대한 시사점을 얻을 수 있었다.

  • 오늘날 우리사회는 컴퓨터기술과 통신기술의 발달로 인하여 정보사회로의 이행이 급속히 진전되고 있으며, 기업들은 치열한 경쟁에서 살아남기 위하여 정보기술을 이용한 경영혁신에 많은 노력을 기울이고 있다. 정보기술의 급속한 발달에 따라 정보시스템의 기능이 조직의 내부에서 점차적으로 조직외부의 고객과 공급자 그리고 경쟁자 등으로 그 초점이 이동되어가고 있는 실정이다. 기업조지간에 통신망기술로 연결하여 정보를 교환하는 조직간정보시스템(Interorganizational System : IOS) 은 산업의 구조를 변화시킬 뿐만 아니라 , 기업에 잠재적 경쟁우위를 제공하는데 중요한 역할을 수행한다. 조직간정보 시스템이 특수한 형태인 전자자료교환(Electronic Data Interchange : EDI) 시스템은 표준양식에 의한 기업간의 거래문서를 전자적으로 컴퓨터와 컴퓨터간 통신 네트워크에 의해 교환하는 것으로서, 기업간 정보거개의 혁신적인 개선과 업무절차의 간소화에 의한 생산성의 향상 및 업무의 효율성 증대 등 획기적인 성과를 가져온다. 본 연구의 목적은 EDI 시스템의 성공적 구현에 영향을 미치는 주요요인에 대한 중요도 순위를 설문을 통하여 조사하고자 하는 것이다. 우선 EDI 시스템의 개념을 살펴본후, EDI 시스템구현의 성공요인에 대한 선행연구들을 고찰하고, 선행연구에서 도출된 주요요인들을 연구자별로 분류하여, 본 연구에서 조사하고자 하는 요인들을 설정한다. 다음으로 EDI를 이용하고 있는 국내기업의 70여개 기업체를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 자료를 수집하고 본 연구에서 조사하고자 하는 19가지 주요요인에 대한 중요도를 실증적으로 분석하고자 한다.

Integrated E-Catalog Registry System Based on XML (XML 기반의 통합형 전자 카탈로그 등록 시스템)

  • At present, the electronic catalog format and the process system which are used in B2B (Business-To-Business) electronic commerce are applying different system architectures according to their businesses and industries characteristics. B2B business corporations using the electronic commerce started to consider the importance of standard electronic catalog format to enhance their interoperability. As a result, the necessity of unified electronic catalog system gathered strength in exchanging and managing enormous information of electronic catalog process system constructed in each corporation and industry. Therefore, we suggest data format to improve interoperability using XML (eXtensible Markup Language), as a standard document format in electronic catalog document and define the structure of electronic catalog document in processing the information of goods using XML Schema. In addition, we presents the integrated electronic catalog registry system which provides the service of searching and registering using the electronic catalog document defined through XML for each corporation to use it in electronic marketplace. Furthermore, we exhibits a model of the electronic catalog document that improves its interoperability and reusability in electronic commerce and a model of integrated electronic catalog system.

Antecedents of Trust and Effects on Committment in B2B e-Marketplace (B2B 마켓플레이스에서 신뢰의 선행요인과 몰입에 미치는 영향)

  • As the interest in the business-to-business(B2B) electronic commerce is increasing, many companies are participating in the B2B e-Marketplaces. The e-Marketplace is defined as the virtual market that many players take part in to transact. The e-Marketplace has an influenced on the manner in which organizational buyers and sellers interact. As a result, it is important to develop an understanding of the behaviors of firms that use these electronic marketplaces. The purpose of this study is to develop a comprehensive model for trust and commitment of B2B e-Marketplace and empirically to examine their structural relationships. Drawing from trust and commitment theory in the interorganizational relationship and B2B electronic commerce context, this study identifies network externality, interactivity, justice, quality of information sharing, institutional assurance as the determinants of trust and commitment of e-Marketplace. The proposed model hypothesized that (1) trust is a function of network externality, interactivity, justice, quality of information sharing, institutional assurance, (2) attitudinal and behavioral commitment is a function of trust, (3) behavioral commitment is a function of attitudinal commitment. The proposed model is tested using organizational-level survey data from 187 buying organizations that conduct business in MRO e-Marketplaces. The data were tested by reliability test, correlation analysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and covariance structure analysis. The results indicate that (1) trust is influenced by network externality, interactivity, justice, institutional assurance, (2) attitudinal commitment and behavioral commitment is influenced by trust (3) behavioral commitment is influenced by attitudinal commitment. Also, the empirical results confirmed that trust play a strong, central role in determinging e-Marketplace commitment. The key theoretical contribution of this research is that it begins to extend interorganizational information system literature in areas such as B2B Internet e-Marketplace. Managerially, this study contributes tn the understanding of the role of B2B e-Markeplace providers in Internet situation. And Limitations of this study and guidelines for future researches are also discussed.

  • This paper suggests a business process between the collaborative companies that want to extend globally sales and delivery service with restricted physical branches in their own areas. The companies integrate their business processes for sales and delivery services using a shared product taxonomy table. In order to perform the collaborative processes, they need the algorithm to exchange their own products. We suggest a similar product finding algorithm to compose the product taxonomy table that defines product relationships to exchange them between the companies. The main idea of the proposed algorithm is using a multi-attribute decision making (MADM) to find the utility values of products in a same product class of the companies. Based on the values we determine what products are similar. It helps the product manager to register the similar products into a same product sub-category. The companies then allow consumer to shop and purchase the products at their own residence site and deliver them or similar products to another sites.

  • Though many corporations are operating their logistics information systems, standard document forms for the connection of logistics information systems between transaction companies are not provided. Therefore, the standardized logistics information connection is needed for the efficient management. In this study, we Provide a prototype for logistics information systems connection by using e-mail which contains RFID and product information. This study could be a basis for logistics information system connection with the advance of RFID.

  • This paper proposes a new concept of inter-organizational systems (IOS) visibility, considering the key role of IOS in IT-enabled supply chain (SC) cooperation. Further, antecedents and consequences IOS visibility have been studied. Antecedents of IOS visibility are identified from the two conflicting theories of inter-organizational relationships, i.e., RDT(resource dependence theory) and RV(relational view). Investigating SC cooperation from the perspectives of both partners (buyers and suppliers) is important, especially when channel partners depend on each other and when asymmetries in IOS visibility can exist. Hence, this study attempts to accommodate both partners' perspectives in IOS visibility and to look into the consequences of IOS visibility from each participant's perspective.

  • In recent years, the number of public e-Marketplaces have grown according to the leap-frogging advancement of network technology based on open communication architecture named Internet. However, the transaction volume through public e-Marketplaces have been an immaterial increase, and some well-known sites closed their businesses. This study proposes the public e-Marketplace as an e-Business system which has been recognized the most strategic application of business information technologies (Barrett & Konsynski, 1982; Cash & Konsynski, 1985), and suggests some future strategic and technological direction which supports a firm's transaction infrastructure under internet architecture. For this purpose, it reviews evolution of business information technologies.
