  • EDI는 기업간 거래정보를 컴퓨터 통신기술을 이용하여 전자적으로 교환하는 고도 정보서비스의 하나이다. EDI는 앞으로 기업통신의 핵심적인 도구로서, 또한 기업의 생존과 경쟁력 확보를 위한 전략적인 수단으로 널리 사용될 것으로 예측된다. 본고는 EDI의 출현배경과 EDI 서비스시스템의 구조와 기능 및 EDI 표준화 활동을 알아보고, EDI관련 국내.외 동향을 조사.분석하여, 이에 따른 대응방안을 논한다.

  • 최근 기업들은 글로벌한 가상공간에서 자사가 보유하지 못한 기술. 흑은 더 나은 기술을 가진 우수한 파트너를 찾아 협업을 할 수 있는 새로운 비즈니스 환경을 필요로 한다. 협업을 위해서는 제품의 전 수명 주기에 걸쳐 발생되는 다양한 제품정보가 기업간에 서로 교환되고 공유되어야 하는데, 현재의 기업간 전자거래에서는 이러한 기능을 지원하기에 부족하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 기업간의 이질적인 제품정보를 설계에서부터 폐기에 이르기까지 교환, 공유 및 관리 가능한 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다.

  • In parallel with emphasizing more transparency and social responsibility of businesses, usage rate of XBRL, a XML-based language specific to business reporting, is rapidly increasing. XBRL takes the same approach with the standardization of B2B electronic documents in that it defines components (concepts and their structures) of business reporting documents using XSD(XML Schema Definition). However, it is fundamentally different from the standardization of B2B electronic documents because it restricts concepts to specific types and it defines diverse relationship types for connecting the concepts to themselves and other additional information. As XBRL applications are getting activated, one hot issue is the necessity for standardization of XBRL documents in the national level and reusing the components systematically This paper proposes an alternative based on the problem analysis in order to make it possible to standardize and reuse XBRL documents systematically by applying the UN/CEFACT Core Component methodology.

  • The reason of a today business of the biggest change is commercial transaction through Internet. Day relent, the commercial transaction through such Internet is giving B2B company transaction the biggest influence. The Document for information exchange that need to B2B company transaction through Internet must send efficiently the information, independent in the system and improve a Interoperability between business partners. Existing information exchange document happened problems about information exchange and the entry of XML became the gauge to solve problems that had an existing information exchange document. Also, the e-business based on XML was constructed. Thus, writing out necessary document for the as well as XML document. In this paper, 1 designed and implemented of integration document editing system to create document for e- business.

  • 과거에는 국가의 산업경쟁력이 가격과 품질에 의하여 주로 결정되었다. 그러나 최근과 같이 국제간의 무한경쟁시대에서는 상기 경쟁요소 외에 신속, 정확한 정보획득과 유연성있는 기업체질이 요구되며 이것은 대기업뿐만 아니라 중소기업에 이르기까지 전 산업분야에 걸쳐 필수적인 요건이 되고 있다. 중소기업형 CALS 시범사업 목적은 정보기술이 취약한 중소기업을 대상으로 CALS 시스템을 정착함으로써 중소기업 정보화는 물론 국내외의 산업 경쟁력 강화를 도모하는 것을 목표로 하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 중소기업형 CALS 시범 시스템 추진배경과 미국과 일본의 시범사업 사례를 언급하고, IDEF(Integrated DEFinition)기법에 의한 프로세스 모델을 제시한다.

  • This paper proposed several activation strategies at both the government and company parts for the development of domestic third party logistics(TPL) to pull electronic trade era much earlier. In the government side, it must need to arrange and integrate complex regulation rules on the Logistics for more smooth access and use the TPL market. Also, it has to provide multiple support policies such as tax reduction, technical and financial service providing, and logistics information system to TPL. Finally, it should construct the government levels education system to train and forster a competent man who is well qualified as a electronic and logiscic expert. The TPL company must build up a total logistics information system concerned with an innovative operation system such as SCM, JIT etc. which can provide logistic services on demand to the electronic trade customers to maximize consumer satisfaction. In the shipper company level, it try to join a long-term strategic alliance with TPL to reduce logistic cost and increase logistic service to its electronic trade consumers.

  • 전자상거래는 전자 인프라(컴퓨터 및 통신망)를 통해 기업과 소비자간(Business-to- Consumer;B-to-C), 기업과 정부간(Business-to-Administration; B-to-A), 소비자와 정부간(Consumer-to-Administration; C-to-A)을 포함한 어떤 형태의 업무적 거래나 정보교환을 하는 것을 의미한다고 볼 수 있다. 이 인터넷을 이용한 전자상거래는 기업이 고객에 대한 정보를 실시간으로 수집할 수 있고, 고객취향을 즉시 알아 대 고객 서비스 개선과 인터넷쇼핑몰에서 고객별 차별화 되고 특화 된 서비스를 제공함으로써 판매를 촉진할 수 있으며, 주문 및 물품배송 관련 문서를 웹을 통해 전자적으로 처리한다. 그러나 기존의 가상 쇼핑몰은 이러한 전자 쇼핑몰의 장점을 활용하지 못하고 있다. 즉 소비자를 고려하지 않은 인터페이스 구조, 또한 허술한 관리 시스템으로 인한 소비자의 불신 등이 기존 시스템의 문제이다. 현재 나와 있는 전자 상거래 구축 솔루션에 대한 문제점을 해소하고 좀더 이식하기 쉽고 소비자가 사용하기 편한 시제품을 본 연구에서 개발하였다. ICQ 와 같은 쪽지 개념을 사용한 본 연구의 결과물은 보안이 갖추어진 지불시스템과 연동 가능하며, 대형 인터넷상점 구축 솔루션 및, 소호(SOHO)나 중소 규모의 인터넷 쇼핑몰에 적합한 통합형 전자상거래 솔루션에 대한 연구한다.

  • This study aims to, looking from a standpoint of network, has investigated the shipping industry's B2B e-marketplace, the characteristics that can earn electronic trust from the users, and characteristics of the web-site. It has examined the mechanism whereby electronic trust be earned and how it affects web-site involvement and service transaction intention. Ultimately, The study attempts to make proposals whereby such trust can lead for a cooperative trading community in the shipping industry's B2B e-marketplace The Covalence structural equation modeling was designed and empirically tested for the shipping industry's B2B e-marketplace. The shipping industry employees were given questionnaires and data were analyzed. Except for perceived security of the three characteristic factors on the web-site, the perceived site quality and characteristics factors in operation only affected co-variables. Transaction Fairness was determined to be the most important factor among exogenous factors increasing electronic trust. With regards to transaction rules, if a transaction is beneficial only to one side, then no long term transaction will not take place. If the concerned parties properly recognize that transaction fairness is crucial to electronic transaction, then it will enormously contribute to successful operations of shipping e-marketplace. Also, Perceived efficiency in transaction also affects electronic trust. This reduces transaction costs and speeds up and simplifies the transaction process. It has reduced greater time and costs than existing off-line transaction, and would positively affect electronic trust. By making an open forum for participants to obtain information for transaction, they can gather useful information, and at the same time, the web-site operator can provide information, which, in turn, will increase electronic trust in electronic transaction. Furthermore, such formation of trust in electronic transaction influences shipping companies in such a way that they will want to continuously participate in the transaction, raising web-site involvement. The result of increased trust is that shipping companies in the future will do business with each other and form a foundation for continuous transactions amongst themselves. Consequently, the formation of trust in electronic transaction greatly influences web-site involvement and service transaction intention. The results of the study have again proved that in order to maintain continuous business relationship with the current clients, electronic trust in virtual space, which operates the shipping industry's B2B e-marketplace, is important for the interested parties.

  • Not only Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) within a company but also business-to-business integration (B2Bi) should be achieved for companies to collaborate seamlessly through the Internet. There have been great efforts in this area of EAI and B2Bi, resulting in lots of solutions in the market. However, EAI and B2Bi systems have been designed and operated in independent platforms and environments causing a serious problem of integrating EAI and B2Bi systems. In this paper we have proposed a business integration platform for connecting EAI and B2Bi systems in a uniform architecture and also coping with changes in business environments. In the integration platform proposed in this work, collaboration processes between B2B companies can be performed using Web Services technology widely considered as B2B integration platform. Especially, we have defined basic business execution elements based on a thorough analysis of various business integration standards and developed an efficient and extensible business process engine for B2B collaboration process management. A Web-based order processing system is developed for validation of our integration platform. It is expected that the level of B2B collaboration can be enhanced using the integration platform and furthermore it will contribute to more collaborative B2B commerce.
