창업 물류서비스기업의 사회적 교환행동과 경영성과에 대한 실증적 연구

  • 최근의 코로나19 사태로 관광·항공업계가 극심한 어려움을 겪고 있다. 항공업계의 대안 중 하나는 화물운송이다. 항공사들은 여객수요 급감으로 인한 매출감소 폭을 줄이기 위하여 화물운송 부문을 강화하고 있다. 항공화물운송은 타 운송과 구분되는 제반 특성으로 인하여 시장규모가 지속적으로 증가하고 있다. 항공화물운송 대리점(forwarder)은 수출과 수입에 있어서 중요한 역할을 담당하며, 중요한 비즈니스 파트너인 항공사와 수출입자와 우호적인 긴밀한 관계를 구축하고 계속 유지해야 한다. 사회적 교환이론(social exchange theory)은 이러한 관계가 구축되기 위해서는 거래당사자 간의 거래규모나 거래기간, 거래빈도 등의 유형적인 측면도 중요하지만, 신뢰와 몰입, 애착 등의 무형적인 측면의 교환이 선행되어야 한다는 것을 강조한다. 본 연구의 연구목적은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 물류서비스기업의 업무 프로세스를 규명하고 운송기업 및 화주기업과의 사회적 교환행동은 어떻게 이루어지는지 조사한다. 둘째, 이러한 사회적 교환행동이 물류서비스기업의 다양한 경영성과에 얼마나 영향을 미치는지를 분석한다. 셋째, 각 구성원 간의 관계기간에 따라서 이러한 영향력이 달라지는지를 살펴본다. 특히 본 연구는 많은 기존연구에서 구분되었던 신뢰(trust)와 몰입(commitment) 개념을 통합함으로써 연구모형의 간결성(parsimony)과 실용가능성(practicality)을 제고하고자 한다. 결과적으로 본 연구는 운송기업 및 화주기업에 대한 물류서비스기업의 사회적 행동이 신뢰에 기반한 우호적인 관계를 구축하는지, 경영성과에는 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 실증적으로 살펴보고, 관계기간의 조절효과를 규명함으로써 학문적으로나 실무적으로 유용한 시사점을 제공할 수 있으며, 창업 물류서비스기업에 유용한 가이드라인을 제시할 수 있을 것이다.

The Effects of the Corporate Association on Corporate Trust and Attitude: Focusing on Comparison of Corporate Type (기업 연상이 기업신뢰와 기업태도에 미치는 영향: 기업유형 비교를 중심으로)

  • The theory of customer-based brand equity emphasizes the importance of brand awareness and brand image or associations in building a strong brand. Marketing scholars have recently begun to identify the two types of corporate associations, that is, corporate ability(CA) and corporate social responsibility(CSR) associations, which had long been conceptualized as a unidimensional construct of corporate image in the literature. In line with the new research stream, I'm developed a research model concerning how CA and CSR associations are related to credibility-based and benevolence-based trust, which in turn will affect emotional trust and consumer attitudes toward company. As for the hypothesized paths, the results confirm that all of the them are supported(H1-H6). First, CA associations have a significant positive relationship with credibility-based trust, and CSR associations are positively related to benevolence-based trust. Second, both dimensions of trust show strong and positive influences on emotional trust. In addition, credibility-based trust directly affect attitude toward firm in the foreign company. But credibility-based trust not affect attitude toward firm in the domestic company.

Impact of Trust and Asset Specificity between Partner Firms on IJV Performance: A Quadratic Model Investigation of IJVs in Korea (합작파트너 간 신뢰와 자산특이성이 국제합작투자기업의 경영성과에 미치는 영향: 비선형적 모형을 중심으로)

  • This study is to analyse how trust and asset specificity among partner firms affect on performance of international joint venture(IJV). Especially, the analysis was mainly based on a quadratic model. While it assumes that the previous studies was based on linear model in the relationship between trust, asset specificity and the performance, this study proceeds a empirical analysis by setting up a hypothesis; it would be quadratic relationship between trust, asset specificity and performance which are based on social capital theory and transaction cost theory. The survey was held with 74 manufactures who were established as an IJV by Korean and foreign firms together. In the result of the empirical analysis, trust shows an inverted U-shaped relationship with IJV performance. Also, asset specificity shows the U-shaped relationship with IJV performance. The results suggest that it needs to control and maintain the trust level among the partners in order not to lose an appropriate control caused by too much trust. In order to minimize the cost generated by asset specificity and to transform it into positive impact, it needs a control and the operation of monitoring system on the opportunistic action of the partners. Furthermore, it needs to keep organizational flexibility and innovativeness to continuously develop new capabilities.

Influence of Communication on Acquired Company Members in the PMI Process : Moderation Effect of the Business Area Consistency between Acquiring and Acquired Company (PMI과정에서 피인수기업 구성원에 대한 의사소통의 영향력 : 인수기업과 피인수기업 간의 사업영역의 일치도의 조절효과)

  • Post-merger integration(PMI) plays a very important role in the success of M&A. Therefore, based on previous studies on PMI, this study discusses the relationship between communication of acquired enterprise members and uncertainty reduction, organizational satisfaction, organizational trust in the PMI process, focusing on the moderating effect of business area consistency between the acquisition and the acquired company. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, the hypothesis of the relationship between variables was established and an empirical analysis was conducted. In order to collect data, a survey was conducted on members of the acquired company in China, and 317 questionnaires were finally collected and used for empirical analysis. For the collected data, the research hypothesis was verified using SPSS 26.0. The results of the study confirmed that communication has a positive effect on the reduction of uncertainty, job satisfaction, and organizational trust perceived by members of the acquired company, and that the consistency in business areas between the acquisition and the acquired company weakens the relationship between communication and uncertainty. In the positive relationship between communication and job satisfaction, organizational trust, the effect of strengthening the moderating variable has not been confirmed, but rather the weakening control effect was found. Based on these findings, the strategy of communicating with the members of the acquired company in the PMI process is meaningful for the success or failure of the merger and provides theoretical and practical implications for proposing differentiated human resources management measures according to M&A type.

  • This study examined how four domains of corporate social responsibility (CSR) affect the trust and distrust of corporations and contribute to their reputation. In particular, this study examined the mediation role of trust and distrust between CSR domains and reputation. The results showed that ethical responsibility and philanthropic responsibility had influence on trust. Legal responsibility had a significant effect on the distrust. Companies that did not fulfill legal responsibilities were more likely to be distrusted. The influence of trust on corporate reputation was significant. The results of this study indicated that trust was a mediator between ethical responsibility, philanthropic responsibility, and reputation. Economic responsibility had a direct influence on reputation. Theoretical and practical implications for strategic approach in each CSR domain are discussed.

The Impact of Environmental CSR on Trust and Corporate Reputation : The Moderating Effect of Authenticity (기업의 환경적 사회적책임 활동이 신뢰와 기업평판에 미치는 영향: 진정성의 조절효과를 중심으로)

  • So far, there has been a lot of research on CSR, however, not much on the relationship between environmental CSR and corporate reputation and authenticity, The purpose of this study is to empirically examine the relation between Environmental CSR, Trust and Corporate Reputation as well as a moderating role of Authenticity between Environmental CSR and Trust. To achieve the purpose of the study, the hypothesis was established based on prior research and theoretical background regarding environmental CSR, trust, corporate reputation, and authenticity. Samples of this study were collected from 479 general consumers respondents across the country and analyzed based on quantative datas using the SPSS and AMOS statistical models. We find that First, Environmental CSR is positively related with both corporate reputation and trust. Secondly, we find that trust play a mediating role in the relationship between environmental CSR and Corporate Reputation, Thirdly, we also find that Authenticity does not moderate the enfluence relationship between environmental CSR and trust. The study will contribute to both CSR research and marketing strategy.

수주생산방식에서 Web 기반의 기업간 수주처리시스템에 대한 연구

  • 본 연구에서는 수주생산방식의 기업환경에서 수주처리를 위해 기존의 fax 또는 VAN에 의한 방법을 Web 기반으로 하는 판매자 중심의 기업간 전자상거래 시스템 구축 방안을 제사한다. 또한 기존의 off-line 상에서 수주를 얻기 위해 발생하는 각각의 문제점을 정의하고, 이를 해결하기 위한 방안을 본 연구를 통해 제시한다. Web 기반의 주문처리 방안을 적용하기 위해 수주생산방식의 제조환경을 가진 H사의 flange 제품을 대상으로 프로토타입 시스템(prototype system)을 구현한다. 본 연구에서는 제시된 기업간 전자상거래시스템을 이용한 수주처리 업무의 효율성을 보여주며, 고객의 기업 신뢰도 향상에 의한 경쟁력 향상에 기여하고자 한다.

The Mediating Effect of Trust and Customer-Company Identification(CCID) on the relationship between Service Quality, CSR and Behavioral Intention in Insurance Company (보험회사의 서비스 품질, 사회적 책임활동과 고객행동의도 간의 관계에서의 신뢰 및 고객-기업동일시의 매개효과)

  • This research examines empirically the causal relationship among service quality, CSR, trust, customer-company identification(=CCID), customer's behavioral intention as well as the mediating effect of trust and CCID on the relationship between service quality, CSR and customer's behavioral intention in insurance industry. With this background, this study conducted a statistical analysis based on survey data collected from insurance customers. The result of this empirical study is as follows. First, insurance company's CSR activity has a positive impact on customer's trust and customer-company Identification( =CCID). Second, both customer's trust and CCID have positive and significant effect on customer's behavioral intention. Third, we also find that both trust and CCID has a mediating effect on the relationship between service quality, CSR and customer's behavioral intention. This research shows that CSR activity of insurance company can enhance both customer's trust and CCID, in turn, when CSR activity and service quality is mediated by customer's trust and customer-company identification, it could be linked to customer's behavioral intention such as repurchasing, positive WOM(=word of mouth). This study is likely to contribute to CSR and service marketing research of insurance company.

Antecedents of Trust and Effects on Committment in B2B e-Marketplace (B2B 마켓플레이스에서 신뢰의 선행요인과 몰입에 미치는 영향)

  • As the interest in the business-to-business(B2B) electronic commerce is increasing, many companies are participating in the B2B e-Marketplaces. The e-Marketplace is defined as the virtual market that many players take part in to transact. The e-Marketplace has an influenced on the manner in which organizational buyers and sellers interact. As a result, it is important to develop an understanding of the behaviors of firms that use these electronic marketplaces. The purpose of this study is to develop a comprehensive model for trust and commitment of B2B e-Marketplace and empirically to examine their structural relationships. Drawing from trust and commitment theory in the interorganizational relationship and B2B electronic commerce context, this study identifies network externality, interactivity, justice, quality of information sharing, institutional assurance as the determinants of trust and commitment of e-Marketplace. The proposed model hypothesized that (1) trust is a function of network externality, interactivity, justice, quality of information sharing, institutional assurance, (2) attitudinal and behavioral commitment is a function of trust, (3) behavioral commitment is a function of attitudinal commitment. The proposed model is tested using organizational-level survey data from 187 buying organizations that conduct business in MRO e-Marketplaces. The data were tested by reliability test, correlation analysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and covariance structure analysis. The results indicate that (1) trust is influenced by network externality, interactivity, justice, institutional assurance, (2) attitudinal commitment and behavioral commitment is influenced by trust (3) behavioral commitment is influenced by attitudinal commitment. Also, the empirical results confirmed that trust play a strong, central role in determinging e-Marketplace commitment. The key theoretical contribution of this research is that it begins to extend interorganizational information system literature in areas such as B2B Internet e-Marketplace. Managerially, this study contributes tn the understanding of the role of B2B e-Markeplace providers in Internet situation. And Limitations of this study and guidelines for future researches are also discussed.
