2001년도 도서관계는 매우 힘들었지만, 한 편으로는 새로운 기대를 가질 수 있었던 때이기도 하다. 지식정보화 시대를 맞아 도서관의 역할이 새롭게 요구되는 시점에서 도서관 발전을 위한 도서관계 내부의 역량 강화가 특별히 요청되는 시점에서 지난 한 해 기억할 만한 도서관계 상황을 정리해 봄으로써 2002년의 새로운 각오를 다지는 계기로 삼고자 한다. 2001년 10대 뉴스는 한국도서관협회 간행물편집위원회의 검토를 거쳐 <도서관문화> 편집실에서 선정하였다.

On the musical stage in 2019, there were many works depicting the Japanese colonial period. This is due to 2019 the timeliness of the March 1st Movement and the centennial of the establishment of the Provisional Government of the Republic of Korea. The way of remembering and commemorating historical facts reflects the power relationship between memory subjects and the time, namely the politics of memory. Until now, stage dramas dealing with the era of Japanese rule have focused on the commemoration of modern national and national defense, including feelings of misfortune and respect for patriots. This study analyzed the metaphor of the memorials emphasized to the audience in the commemorative musicals Shingheung Military School, Ku: Songs of the Goblin, and Watch which were performed in 2019, and looked at how to adjust memories and memorials. The above works highlight the narratives of ordinary people as well as those recorded against the backdrop of the Manchurian Independence Movement and Hongkou Park, expanding the object of the commemoration. Through this, active armed resistance efforts, self-reflection and reflection were highlighted. The case of Shingheung Military School revealed the earnestness of ordinary people who led the independence movement through the movement of central figures. Ku: Songs of the Goblin revises memories by reproducing forgotten objects and apologizing through time slip. Watch has strengthened the spectacles of facilities through documentary techniques such as photography, news reels, and newspaper articles, but it also reveals limitations limited to records. In the 3.1 Movement and the 100th anniversary of the establishment of the Provisional Government of the Republic of Korea, devices that actively reveal that the "people's movement" is connected to the present. To this end, the official records reflected the newly produced values and memories and devoted themselves to the daily lives and emotions of the crowd. In addition, both empirical consideration and calligraphy were utilized to increase reliability. These attempts are meaningful in that they have achieved the achievement of forming contemporary empathy.

The theoretical modeling to predict the modulus of elasticity by the shape memory effect of dispersed particles in a metal matrix composite was studied. The modeling approach is based on the Eshelbys equivalent inclusion method and Mori-Tanakas mean field theory. The calculation was performed on the TiNi particle dispersed Al metal matrix composites(PDMMC) with varying volume fractions and prestrains of the particle. It was found that the prestrain has no effect on the Yonugs modulus of PDMMC but the volume fraction does affects it. This approach has an advantage of definite control of Youngs modulus in PDMMCs.

To investigate the neurobiological bases of learning and memory is one of the ambitious goals of modern neuroscience. The progress in this field of recent years has not only brought us closer to understanding the molecular mechanism underlying long-lasting changes in synaptic strength, but it has also provided further evidence that these mechanisms are required for memory formation. Since twenty years ago, several studies for the tests of the hypothesis that NMDA-dependent hippocampal long-term potentiation(LTP) underlies learning have been reported. Also, in the recent year, data from mutant mice showed that a potential role for NMDA-dependent LTP in hippocampal CA1 and spatial learning. Although the current evidence for the role of NMDA receptor in learning and memory is not still obvious, NMDA receptor seems to act as a critical switch for activation of a cascade of events that underlie synaptic plasticity.

강화학습이란 에이전트가 알려지지 않은 미지의 환경에서 행위와 보답을 주고받으며, 임의의 상태에서 가장 적절한 행위를 학습하는 방법이다. 만약 강화학습 중에 에이전트가 과거 문제들을 해결하면서 학습한 환경에 대한 지식을 이용할 수 있는 능력이 있다면 새로운 문제를 빠르게 해결할 수 있다. 이런 문제를 풀기 위한 방법으로 에이전트가 과거에 학습한 여러 문제들에 대한 환경 지식(Domain Knowledge)을 Local state feature라는 기억공간에 학습한 후 행위함수론 학습할 때 지식을 활용하는 방법이 연구되었다. 그러나 기존의 연구들은 주로 2차원 공간에 대한 연구가 진행되어 왔다. 본 논문에서는 환경 지식을 이용한 강화학습 알고리즘을 3차원 공간에 대해서도 수행 할 수 있도록하는 개선된 알고리즘을 제안하였으며, 제안된 알고리즘의 유효성을 검증하기 위해 초소형 비행체의 항공운항 학습에 대해 모의실험을 수행하였다.

The present study was conducted to evaluate the effects of extract from Eriobotrya japonica leaves (EJE) on cognitive impairment induced by scopolamine, a muscarinic antagonist, in rats. Scopolamine injection (1 mg/kg, i.p.) impaired performance in rats in the passive avoidance test as well as in water maze test and severely reduced cholinergic system reactivity, as indicated by reduced acetylcholine levels and increased acetylcholinesterase activity. Daily administration of EJE significantly increased step-through latency in the passive avoidance test, reduced escape latency, and increased time spent in the platform quadrant in the Morris water maze test. EJE protected against scopolamine-induced cholinergic system deficit, including reduced acetylcholine levels and increased acetylcholinesterase activity in whole brain homogenates. These results suggest that EJE provides a significant anti-amnesic effect against scopolamine-induced cholinergic system deficits and cognitive impairment.

The purpose of this study is to identify the factors that constitute the memorable tourism experiences and to grasp the influence relationship between the memorable tourism experience and the tourism destination brand equity and the loyalty of the tourism destination. The scope and method of the research are derived from the survey data collected through the questionnaire survey for foreign tourists who are visiting Korea, the reliability analysis and the feasibility analysis are conducted, and the relationship between the factors is analyzed through regression analysis.
