ED COB Package Using Aluminum Anodization (알루미늄 양극산화를 사용한 LED COB 패키지)

  • LED chip on board(COB) package has been fabricated using aluminum substrate and aluminum anodization process. An alumina layer, used as a dielectric in COB substrate, is produced on aluminum substrate by selective anodization process. Also, selective anodization process makes it possible to construct a thermal via with a fully-filled via hole. Two types of the COB package are fabricated in order to analyze the effects of their substrate types on thermal resistivity and luminous efficiency. The aluminum substrate with the thermal via shows more improved measurement results compared with the alumina substrate. These results demonstrate that selective anodization process and thermal via can increase heat dissipation of COB package in this work. In addition, it is proved experimentally that these parameters also can be enhanced using efficient layout of multiple chip in the COB package.

  • 본 논문에서는 자바를 사용한 고화질 MPEG-1 데이터를 전송하는 멀티캐스트 스트리밍 시스템의 구현을 기술한다. 서버는 다 채널의 MPEG-1 스트림 전송을 지원하며 각 채널의 QoS를 보장하기 위한 스케쥴링 정책을 사용한다. 서버 구현에는 실시간을 지원하는 Jave Peal Time 패키지를 사용하였고, 클라이언트는 Sun사의 Java Media Framework 패키지를 사용하였다.

A Study on the Effects of Package Tourism Motives and Tourism Constraints on Attitude and Satisfaction (패키지관광동기와 관광제약이 태도와 만족도에 미치는 영향 연구)

  • The purpose of the research is to propose ways to activate package tours through active promotion by verifying the motives and constraints pursued by customers of package tours, highlighting the advantages of content development and package tours that are revived in their needs. This study verified empirical analysis using SPSS 25.0 for 481 adults aged 19 or older who experienced package tours. The results of the research analysis are as follows. First, the daily escape, external activities, and service appeal of the tourist motivation were all verified with a positive impact on attitude. Second, it was found that the inherent constraints of tourism constraints had a negative effect on the relationship with attitudes, but the structural constraints were not significantly affected. Third, attitudes have shown to have a positive effect on satisfaction. Based on these results, I have described what factors tourists feel important when participating in package tour products, and hope that The factors will be useful in exploring the development of customized products required by tourists. It will need to be expanded to realistic comparative studies needed to revitalize package tours in the future.

  • As the application area of software grows bigger and the importance of software quality increases, software quality evaluation method is also getting a lot of attention. To evaluate the software quality properly, we need an objective and concrete evaluation mechanism. In general, practitioners customize the international standards to their own needs for this purpose. Package software documents plat an important role in software quality evaluation because it provides the information that helps customers use the software effectively and conveniently. h great deal of efforts has been made in terms of international standards for documentation and documentation process. However, those international standards are too abstract to be applied directly to domestic software packages. In this paper, we developed a guidelines and checklists for writing and evaluating package software documents. Our research basically followed ISO 12119, ISO 9127 and some related research results. Also we proved the effectiveness of this research through actual tests with package softwares.

  • In this paper, a package, that is a new type of contents providing new consumer experience under digital broadcasting environments. is introduced. To present various advantages of package that is in standardization process of TV-Anytime Phase-2, a service scenario for personalized educational content is proposed. Then, TV-Anytime Packaging technology to support the scenario is described. It is also shown that the personalized service that provides interactive and personalized consuming experience independent of the types of content and delivery channels is feasible by using TV-Anytime Packaging technology.

  • This paper proposes an architecture to develop a mobile package tour application using geofence technology to increase tourism management effectiveness and efficiency. The proposed application allows the tour guide to set a virtual fence on a map with a certain radius dynamically as the virtual boundary to keep tourists inside both when visiting a place or when the tour is moving. The virtual fences are set up for allowing the tour guide to monitoring the tourist's movement by sending a warning to the tourist to get back inside the fence and a notification for the tour guide. If this geofence technology is applied to the package tour application, the tour guide will able to manage the package tour easily and conveniently.

  • 본 논문은 LCD구동 IC 패키지 제조 분야에서 사용되는 TAB IC블랭킹 금형에 대해 신속하고 합리적인 설계를 수행하기 위하여 금형설계와 관련된 다년간 축적된 경험적지식과 설계지식을 전산정보화하여 지식베이스를 구축하였고, 설계에 필요한 TAP IC 패키지의 형상정보를 제공받기 위하여 표준적인 특징형상 입력모듈을 제안하였다. 또한 지식베이스를 통해 산출된 설계 결과를 3차원 모델러와 연계하여 3차원 형상생성 및 가공도면의 자동화를 실현하여, 기존의 TAB If 블랭킹 금형설계자 뿐만 아니라 신입설계자도 바로 실무에 적용할 수 있는 시스템으로 발전시키고자 한다.

  • ULSI는 대용량화, 고밀도화, 저소비전력화 및 고속 다기능화로 기술발전이 이루어 지고 있다. 기술추세에 의하면 90년 후반에 16MDRAM이 개발될 것으로 보인다. 여기에서 16MDRAM의 예상되는 패키지 형태를 알아본 결과 소비전력 50mW, 칩면적 $120mm^2$에 대응하는 SOJ형이 주로 쓰일것이며 재료로는 세라믹이 유망하다.
