A layered-wise data augmenting algorithm for small sampling data (적은 양의 데이터에 적용 가능한 계층별 데이터 증강 알고리즘)

  • Data augmentation is a method that increases the amount of data through various algorithms based on a small amount of sample data. When machine learning and deep learning techniques are used to solve real-world problems, there is often a lack of data sets. The lack of data is at greater risk of underfitting and overfitting, in addition to the poor reflection of the characteristics of the set of data when learning a model. Thus, in this paper, through the layer-wise data augmenting method at each layer of deep neural network, the proposed method produces augmented data that is substantially meaningful and shows that the method presented by the paper through experimentation is effective in the learning of the model by measuring whether the method presented by the paper improves classification accuracy.

A Study on the Structuralization of Consumer Needs by Analysing Emotional Factors (감성 요소 분석을 통한 소비자 니즈의 구조화에 관한 연구)

  • As the Production technology Progresses, the necessity to consider consumers needs being complex and diverse in the phase of developing product is being more important. However, existing system of consumers needs being structured with the view of marketing is too abstractive and categorical to apply in the phase of developing product. So, the goal of this study is to establish method that structuralize customer's needs for applying practically in the phase of the product concept development and to suggest guidelines to needs structuralization with emphasis on the view of cognitive science/cognitive psychology. The major findings of this study is summerized as follows. First, to structuralize not only customer's needs category which being used as standard to assort needs in existing way but also practical needs features, it must contain the concept of emotion that is actual product's meaning to customers in its structure, and for this reason, the structuralized needs with emotions can be defined as emotional needs structure. Second, categorization of concept will be divided as essential concept and referential concept centering around symbolic concept, and from this supposition, emotional needs structure can be composed as benefit concept(essential concept), customer needs(referential concept) centering around emotion(symbolic concept).

  • Analysis model focuses only on functional requirements and postpones nonfunctional requirements and implementation specific issues until subsequent design activities are undertaken. Based on the analysis models, the design activities are performed by refining and clarifying the analysis models. Thus, the quality of analysis models has a vast impact on the design models. Therefore, much effort should be taken to build correct analysis model. In this paper, we propose a set of structural constraints that analysis models of typical object-oriented development methods should satisfy. Three kinds of constraints are proposed: class related constraints, relation related constraints, and usage related constraints. For each constraint, formal definition and description with OCL are provided. In addition, through a case study with two medium-sired industrial systems, we demonstrated that the proposed approach can help to identify and correct serious deficiencies in object-oriented analysis models.

  • A company regards knowledge shared and used within a corporate organization as intellectual capital linked to corporate competences. A great deal of research has been conducted in the past to identify knowledge sharing among knowledge workers. Some papers focus on information technology for automated, efficient, and explicit knowledge sharing. Other papers emphasize the role of social networks to identify the flow of tacit knowledge. Though the role of CoP(Community of Practice) is emphasized to facilitate knowledge management among workers, it is not an easy task to identify the potential members of CoP without voluntary participation of the workers. In this study we adopt a social network approach to analyze knowledge propagation and to identify the potential members of CoP. We suggest a framework for classifying knowledge workers and the result of feasibility study.

  • This study classified online shopping mall using value as utility and hedonic value based on previous studies. And we examine the effect of online shopping mall value on user attitude and customer loyalty. Meanwhile, variety seeking is a personal tendency that wants to new change over time. The purpose of this study is to investigate the difference of online shopping mall usage value(utility, hedonic), user attitude according to variety seeking. The following are main results of this study. First, utility value and hedonic value have a significant effects on user attitude. Second, user attitude of online shopping mall have a positive effect on customer loyalty. Third, The relationship that online shopping mall using value affect user attitude is differ depending on variety seeking. Based on these findings, in this study examined the significant influence of online shopping mall using value, user attitude, customer loyalty. this study suggested to marketing practitioners the need for different approach by a variety seeking.

Research on Standardization for Survey Control Points (측량기준점 표준화 방안 연구)

  • In any production and construction of geospatial information covering surveying, survey control point is a vital geospatial information. Survey control points in South Korea are currently classified as following: national control points, public control points, and cadastral control points. Each of these different categories of survey control points act as a basis and sets perimeters for the production, management and operation of subjects within the category. Universal standard, the unified format between different survey control points, also, are not yet defined, causing difference in basic information provided by altering categories and disturbance in connecting, managing, utilizing and operating survey control points. Establishment of a standard regarding survey control points, is therefore required for the efficacy of their utilization. This study, to solve such inadequacies, selects management items for creation of standardized survey control point, by investigating domestically and internationally the status of operating survey control points, determining data model for management, establishing TTA and agency standards, and establishing of activation methodology for survey control point standards.

  • Defense reform our military for the globalization of information.   • Midtown redevelopment project is intended for restoration of city's declining function and promoting the utilization of land, but several factors such as participants of different nature in the project, different expectation level from them, high land value accompanied by geographical location as a city and the demand for high density development, nature of business that requires long duration to complete and vast amount of fund contribute to complication of feasibility study. Due to these characteristics of midtown redevelopment project, consideration of various factors involved with it and reliable analysis are required but suggested complication of feasibility study is causing halt in project, preventing from launching it and delaying it. So, this study was undertaken to be a help to feasibility study of midtown redevelopment project by suggesting main elements that need to be dealt with analysing questionnaire survey result attained from related expert in this area and arranging total 45 factors essential to feasibility study for midtown redevelopment project that can be classified into 5 main category such as economic/financial factors, legal/institutional factors, market related factors, technical factors and conflict related factors through documental investigation, case study and interview with specialist concerned.

  • Vibrations induced by traffic loading and construction activities are extremely important due to their potential to cause damage to adjacent structures and toy complaints to the neighbors. Vibration induced damage to the built environment may be caused by the direct transmission of vibrations as well as by the, vibration induced differential settlement. In order to effectively control the vibration related problems, the accurate in-situ vibration monitoring is essential. In this paper, a calibration technique of a geophone which is widely used in practice was described. Once the frequency characteristics of individual geophones were calibrated, the 3fomponent geophone was developed for the in-depth vibration measurement, and the dot ailed calibration and application techniques of the 3fomponent geophone were described. Vibrations caused by blasting, train loading, and pile driving were measured and the applicability of the 3fomponent geophone was assessed.

  • The technique of birdeye image generation of terrain through the use of satellite digital images and digital maps are very important elements and have applications in fanning establishment as well as the actual design of several construction works in complex fields. This paper studies stereo perspective image generation as a possibility through 3-dimensional analysis combined with digital elevation data and remotely sensed images. For this, first of all, ortho-images generated by very accurate GCP and DEM from contour file makes 3-dimensional terrain analysis possible and allows stereo­viewing at the highway construction planning sites. So, we developed the technical methods for the 3-dimensional approach on the planning sites of highways by use of perspective orthoimages. From this research, diverse terrain analysis is possible through stereo perspective image generation, and can leads to various application in road construction through gain study results from access to realtime virtual spatial on the objects area in korea.
