과학사를 살펴보면 아리스토텔레스만큼 엉터리 물리학으로 사람들의 믿음에 절대적인 영향을 준 인물도 드물 것이다. 그는 무거운 물체가 가벼운 물체보다 더 빨리 떨어진다고 주장했는데. 그의 이러한 생각은 거의 2천년 동안 진리처럼 받아들여졌다. 갈릴레이가 사고실험(思考實驗)으로 그의 생각이 틀렸다는 것을 증명하고, 뉴턴이 물리학의 틀을 확고히 세웠지만 오늘날에도 이러한 생각을 가진 사람들은 많다. 이는 아리스토텔레스의 영향력이 오늘날까지 이어지고 있는 것이 아니라 자신의 경험에서 유추한 물리에 대한 잘못된 선개념(preconception)을 가진 사람들이 많기 때문이다. 이러한 엉터리 물리학을 물리 오개념(misconception)이라고 부르는데 이러한 물리 선개념은 쉽게 고쳐지지 않으며, 심지어 과학전공자나 과학책에도 이러한 것들이 종종 발견된다.

Transition from imitation based catch-up to new value creation based post catch-up innovation system is becoming the main issue for Korea. The notion of post catch-up research highlights the understanding of new patterns of innovation and the interrelationship among innovating agents within systems of innovation. More specifically, it is a context specific framework which accommodates discontinuum of technological innovation from the past and a creation of new organizational arrangement and institutions. Moreover, post catch-up approach follows the tradition of development, institutional and evolutionary theories context. This paper, therefore, explores whose focus is on the possibility of new theoretical development and new research agenda.

There are so many research literatures on conceptual change theory and the nature of concepts such as p-prims, mental model, ontological belief, and cognitive structure. Conceptual change means learning (Vosniadou, 1999; Duit;1999). It is necessary to review and elaborate existing conceptual change theories in order to explain the learning process and its implications. Therefore, we derived from reviewing literatures that learners construct new conceptual structure in response to given contexts at the same time activating their beliefs. We reviewed some mental theories that integrated cognitive and affective components and were based on framework/specific theory or information processing theory. We suggest learners' framework of conceptual structure and conflict model of conceptual structure. We expect to obtain effective ways of science teaching and learning and implications for cognitive conflict and conceptual change from using conceptual structure later.

근대화 과정에서 바다에 대한 지식을 가진 국가는 제국을 이루었음을 볼 때, 바다에 대한 지식 획득이 근대화로 가는 중요한 요소임을 알 수 있다. 그러나 조선은 후기에 들어 해방도 작성 등 바다에 대한 나름대로의 지식을 축적하였으나, 서양의 근대 해도 기술의 수용이 부족하여 우리 바다에 대한 지식을 열강과 일본에 빼앗겨 근대화에 실패하였다. 왜 우리는 바다에 대한 지식 획득에 뒤처졌는가에 대한 답을 찾기 위해 바다 지식의 결집체라 할 수 있는 전근대 고지도의 변천 과정을 살펴봄으로써 그 단서에 접근할 수 있을 것이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 해도의 특성이 포함된 고지도를 해도의 범주로 수용하기 위해 古(고)해도라는 개념을 도입하여, 관련된 기존 연구를 분석하고 그 한계를 파악하고자 한다. 나아가 고해도의 개념과 범주의 틀을 제안하고, 이 틀로 한국의 고해도 분석을 통해 고해도의 연구 전망을 제시하고자 한다.

본 연구에서는 기업의 기술 사업화 타당성 평가 시, 기술성, 시장성 및 경제성 평가가 독립적으로 진행되는 것을 제고하고, 평가과정 중에서 자연스럽게 기술성과 사업성을 결합하여 인식할 수 있는 방법론적 틀을 제시하고자 하였다. 여기서는 크게 LSLP 개념을 도입한 기술기여율 분석과, 기술적 난이도 및 부가가치 창출율의 기하평균으로 구성된 기술의 제품기여도 분석으로 이를 파악하고자 하였으며, 이를 통해 도출된 결과들은 기술의 경제적 가치의 상대적 파악, 표적시장 및 기업의 기술 포트폴리오 구축에 활용되었다.

본 연구는 이론적 계보가 다른 다양한 기술평가 방법론을 종합하여 어떠한 기술가치평가에도 적용할수 이는 방법론적인 일관성을 제시한 것이다. 실제 기술평가에 있어서 어떠한 가치개념이 분석 초기부터 설정되어야하고 이어 대상기술의 어떠한 측면이 평가되어야 하며 그에 따른 다양한 이론이나 기법이 어떻게 적용될수 있는지를 언급할 것이다 본 연구에서는 다양한 이론이나 기법의 적용은 공공기술과 민간기술이라는 분석대상의 구분에서부터 출발해야 함을 보였다.

With the advance of information technology, it is possible to build the interactive communication channel among relationship participants with low cost, and this channel makes ties between consumers and company by enabling information sharing and exchange. In order to maintain customer relationship, it is necessary to support customer information that includes of-the-customer, for-the-customer, and by-the-customer information. From the three types of customer information, the proper information for the relationship management like the level and type of commitment can be extracted. Customer Information System (CIS), which includes database, communication channel, application program, should be designed to facilitate the customer relationship management. Since lots of investments to information system are required, it is not easy to implement. This paper develops a framework of dynamic customer relationship management and suggests an effective information technology strategy to support that.

본 연구에서는 기술을 차원으로 한 국가소재기술혁신시스템을 개념틀로 하여 국가 간 비교분석을 추진하였음. 소재기술을 주된 차원으로 하고 관련 산업을 대상으로 소재기술과 제조업 강국인 독일과 일본 그리고 우리나라의 혁신시스템을 공공연구시스템 차원에서 비교분석을 수행함. 동 분석의 강점은 소재기술을 둘러싼 혁신주체(산학연)와 산업 간에서 일어나는 학습활동, 연구개발, 상호작용, 기술의 생성과 확산, 네트워크 등 동태적인 기술혁신 활동을 공공연구시스템 차원에서 분석하고 비교할 수 있다는 것임. 본 연구를 통하여 국가별 시스템의 장단점 분석과 함께 향후 바람직한 국가소재기술혁신시스템을 지향하기 위한 공공연구시스템의 방향을 제시하고자 함.

Only service organizations providing service quality above customers' anticipations have survived and developed in hyper competitive environment. These organizations are more dependent on their customer-contact service employees than those providing tangible products, because of the characteristics of service, intangibility, inseparability, heterogeneity, and perishability. But few researches focused on the efficient managements or controls of service organizations in this context. Therefore, author aimed at understanding of the determinants of service organizations' control system(i.e., characteristics of service), service employees' reaction on control types(i.e., service employees' role stress), and their performance(perceived service quality by customers). First the concepts of service quality and control systems are described. Specially, author explained the differences between service quality and service satisfaction or service attitude, and the control system types and their fundamental ideologies. Second, some propositions are provided according to integrated framework developed in this paper: (1)control types according to the characteristics of service, (2)influences of control systems on employees' reactions and (3)perceives service quality by the customers, and (4)relationships between the reactions and the service quality. This paper concludes with a summary, a discussion of theoretical and managerial implications, and several suggestions for future directions.

본 논문은 세종 전자사전을 구성하고 있는 하위사전의 하나인 세종 용언전자사전에서 사용되는 의미역 기술체계 및 그 목록을 소개하는 논문이다. 본 논문은 2부로 구성되어 있다. 1부에서는 의미역이란 개념을 정의하고 의미역 기술의 의의를 순수언어학적 차원과 NLP의 응용 기존의 비판에 관하여 우리의 응용 차원에서 설명한다. 아울러 1부에서는 의미역 개념에 대한 기존의 비판에 관하여 우리의 입장을 밝힌다. 제 2부는 본론으로서 세종 용언전자사전에서 사용되는 의미여 기술체계 및 목록 그리고 그것이 지니는 의의를 소개하는 부분이다. 제 2부에서는 우선 세종 용언전자 사전이 의미역 기술 및 목록 확정을 위해서 채택하고 있는 원칙을 밝힌다. 그 다음에는 현재 세종 용언전자사전에서 사용하고 있는 의미역 목록을 각 의미역의 정의와 함께 소개한다. 끝으로 세종 용언전자사전의 틀 내에서 이루어지고 있는 의미역 기술이 갖는 의의와 현 의미역 기술체계가 지니고 있는 문제점을 지적한다.
