This study examined the effects of simulation training for nursing students who completed one year of basic nursing education. The study focused on effects of simulation training exercises on areas including self-resilience, self-efficacy, and satisfaction during the course of study. The raw experimental study of a single group was a pre-post design. The general characteristics and ego resilience were measured to analyze the effects of simulated training, self-efficacy, a major pre-acquisition and satisfaction. The improvements of the self-resilience (t=-7.38,p<.001) and self-efficacy (t=-4.93,p<.001), Major satisfaction (t=-5.28,p<.001) were statistically significant. Therefore, the simulation training has a positive effect on nursing students in terms of the self-efficacy, major satisfaction. The purpose of this research is significant in that it is presented before the nursing college students begin clinical practice as the starting time of simulation training.

This research is to analyze what kinds of relationships exist between child care teachers' concerns and their role in improving children's creativity and their teaching efficacy. There are two research questions. First, what kind of relationship is shown between child care teacher's concerns and their role in improving children's creativity? Second, what kind of relationship can be shown between child care teacher's concerns and their teaching efficacy? A survey was carried out with 156 public kindergarten teachers in the J region to research these questions. The conclusions are as follows: First, child care teachers' concerns and their role in improving children's creativity had a static correlation in total as well as in part. Second, child care teacher's concerns and their teaching efficacy had a static correlation in total as well as in part. In this study, we have concretely discussed the content and methods of child care teachers' education by analyzing child care teachers' requirements.

The purpose of this study wat to investigate relationships of learning motivation and self-efficacy according to participation in a motivational program for university freshman studying physical education. A total of 66 university freshman participated in the current study and divided into experimental group and control group. Questionnaires were distributed before and after motivational program. Statistical methods used in this study were descriptive analysis, paired t-test, ANOVA, and ANCOVA. The results showed the following. First, There was a significant difference in the external motivation variable of learning motivation of the experimental group. Second, the experimental group showed a statistical difference between pretest and posttest in the confidence variable of self-efficacy. positive attitude influenced on leisure satisfaction.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationships between self-leadership(rehearsal, self-goal setting, self-respect) and empowerment, self-efficacy and innovation. In order to verify the relationships, data obtained from 305 employees working in Seoul were analyzed by using SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 8.0. This study reports findings as follows: First, the relationship between the self-leadership(rehearsal, self-respect) and the empowerment is positively related. Second, there was also a positive correlation between the self -leadership(rehearsal, self-goal setting, self-respect) and the self-efficacy. Third, the empowerment is positively related with innovation, however self-efficacy has no correlation with innovation. Implications of these results for research and practice were discussed.

The purpose of this study is to identify the influence of users' satisfaction with the Automatic Writing Evaluation(AWE) on learners' sense of learning achievement through self efficacy in English writing class. AWE is a tool that automatically provides feedback on writing outputs by AI technology. College students were asked to write essays for each topic and use AWE to get feedback on their drafts, and finally revise them referring to the feedback. A questionnaire survey was conducted for the data collection. The data was analyzed using SPSS, and smart PLS-SEM along with bootstrapping techniques, The results of the study reveal the followings: 1) the convenience and usefulness of AWE had a positive effect on the willingness to reuse it; 2) the satisfaction with AWE had a positive effect on self-efficacy; 3) self-efficacy had a positive effect on learning achievement in terms of emotional and linguistic aspects. With the development of the 4th industry and A.I. technology, it is recommended to introduce new materials or programs such as AWE in English education.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between the service quality of entrepreneurship education, academic self - efficacy, and learning commitment in college students. The results of the study are summarized as follows. First, the difference of entrepreneurship education with professors of entrepreneurship education has a significant influence on the learning commitment, and the operation of entrepreneurship education has no significant influence. Second, the difference of entrepreneurship education and the operation of entrepreneurship education have a significant effect on academic self - efficacy, while the entrepreneurship professional instructor has no significant influence. Third, academic self - efficacy has a significant effect on learning commitment. Fourth, in the relationship between the service quality of entrepreneurship education and learning commitment, the academic self-efficiency was found to have a mediated effect.

The purpose of this study was to identify the groups of nursing college students according to their work preference, into 4 groups according to their internal and external motivation level and to identify differences in creative leadership and self-efficacy according to group differences. The main research results are as follows. First, four groups(All, INT, EXT, NOT) with different levels of motivation according to work preference showed a significant difference in creative leadership (p<.01). The group with the highest creative leadership was the group with both internal and external motivation high, while the lowest group was the group with both internal and external motives low. Second, the difference of self-efficacy according to work preference type showed significant difference according to the level of internal and external motivation(p<.05). This result shows that creativity has a bipolar structure as studied by Amabile and that external motivations can play a synergistic role in the expression of creativity.

The purpose of this study is to verify the effectiveness of community-based learning(CBL) on career decision-making self-efficiency of junior college students and explore the meaning. This study was conducted on 68 students and 10 departments participating in the CBL, which was supported by the D University Faculty Learning Development Center in Busan. First of all, does CBL affect the career decision-making self-efficiency for junior college students? Second, what is the meaning of CBL for career decisions for junior college students? The effectiveness of the CBL's before and after application surveys has shown statistically significant changes in the career decision-making self-efficiency. The meaning of CBL for learners' career decisions was derived from "improving understanding through on-site application of theory and creating confidence and commitment in their career paths by providing an opportunity to study." Through this, it can be seen that CBL is worth applying as a teaching method suitable for career guidance of junior college students.

This study quantitatively analyzed the effects of self-efficacy in the workplace on job-stress and work-life balance (WLB) using a structural equation model (SEM) to seek ways to increase the WLB. Because the current government promotes the 52-hour weekly policy, WLB that refers to the balance between work and life that is used throughout society. In addition, self-efficacy, which was used mainly in the home and education system, has expanded its scope of application, and efforts to increase it in the workplace are working as demand for the times. The observation variables to be included in the SEM were collected from a questionnaire of 5,454 adults, and AMOS 21 was used for statistical analysis. As a result of the analysis, self-efficacy in the workplace has a negative correlation with stress, and a higher self-efficacy means a higher WLB. The results of this study did not show that the more workers are passionate about their work in the workplace due to work-oriented thinking and behavior rather than home had a lower WLB. In addition, these results can be used to analyze the WLB policy in the ROK Army.

This study is hair salon satisfaction and self-efficacy in major college students preparing course is to identify the factors that affect the action. The subjects of the study were 173 male and female college students attending the College of Hair and Beauty in G region from March 10 to 25, 2021, and 150 of them were finally SPSS.It used the WIN 22.0 program. First, it has been verified that the satisfaction of hair and beauty college students' majors directly affects career preparation behavior. Second, the hair salon for preparatory actions in the course of major college student satisfaction and self-efficacy turned out to be a very important influence. Third, action represents a direct impact on career preparation is college student's hair salon self-efficacy and research to do significant impact. Based on the results of this study, students with high satisfaction with their majors suggest that they are preparing for a systematic professional life for career preparation when they are self-efficacy in college.
