Subjects were 197 caregiver's and data collection was conducted from July 1 to 29, 2022. Data were analyzed using t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe's test, Pearson correlation coefficients and Hierarchical multiple regression analysis using the SPSS 28.0 program. There was a significant positive correlation between caregivers' patient safety knowledge and self-efficacy(r=.653, p<.001), and patient safety knowledge and patient safety management activities(r=.467, p<.001). In addition, the complete mediating effect of self-efficacy was confirmed in the relationship between caregivers' patient safety knowledge and patient safety management activities, and the explanatory power was 46.8%. Therefore, strengthen the patient safety management activities of caregiver's, systematic program development and educational opportunities should be provided to improve self-efficacy.

  • This study focuses on the 'invention technique and practical experience' unit to observe how the colleague mentoring class has its effect on self-efficacy. For this, we have selected experimental group and comparative group and proceeded the experiment. For five classroom hours of the 'technique of invention and practical experience' unit, each group was assigned different method to do the experiment. The experimental group was applied with the colleague mentoring method and the comparative group was applied with the self study method. To observe the differences of how it effects on one's self-efficacy, the questionnaire was distributed before and after class. Then, it was verified for the meaningful differences between the two groups. To summarize, the results are as follows. First, for self-efficacy experiment, the questionnaire before the experiment showed that there were no differences found between two groups. However, the questionnaire collected after the experiment showed great differences. The group with the colleague mentoring showed more meaningful differences at p<.05 significance level than comparative group. Furthermore, by observing the before and after questionnaire, it was found that both groups showed statistically meaningful differences at p<.05 significance level, but the experimental group showed greater self-efficacy improvements than comparative group. Second, when further examining the self-efficacy, the activity start expectation, activity continuation expectation, activity performance expectation, and experience recovery expectation showed the statistically meaningful differences at p<.05 significance level. According to the above results, it can be stated that the colleague mentoring class has more positive effects on the self-efficacy than self-study class. Summing up, the colleague mentoring class is more effective than self-study for fostering student's self-efficacy.

  • With the commercialization of the ADAS functions, the need for the experience of the autonomous driving system is increasing, and the role of the artificial intelligence agent is attracting attention. This study is an autonomous driving experience experiment that verifies the effect of self-efficacy and agent embodiment. Through a simulator experiment, we measured the effect of existence of self-efficacy and agent embodiment on social presence, perceived risk, and perceived ease of use. Results show that self-efficacy had a positive effect on social presence and perceived risk, and agent embodiment negatively affected perceived ease of use. Based on the results of the study, we proposed guidelines for agent design that can increase the acceptance of the semi-autonomous driving system.

  • In the foreign language learning theory, self-regulated learning, subject interest, learning flow, and self-efficacy have been studied as major constructs. With the help of researches regarding these constructs, a research model was set up and the contents were analyzed through SEM analysis in order to grasp the influence of these constructs on each other. Through data collected from middle school students in Gyeongnam, the analysis result shows as follows. First, the subject interest has a positive influence on learning flow. Second, the subject interest has a positive influence on self-efficacy as well as self regulated learning. Third, learning flow has a positive effect on self-efficacy. Fourth, self regulated learning has a positive influence on self-efficacy. Fifth, self-regulated learning has a positive influence on learning flow. As is shown in the analysis, in case of English education, subject specific interest brings forth learning flow and enhances self-efficacy as well as self-regulated learning thus, leading to academic achievements.
