  • Recently, in Korea, financial institutions such as banks are most severely affected by the universalization of the Internet and smartphones. On the other hand, the use of online systems by financial institutions keeps increasing; the convenience of online services has a significant influence on the attraction and the retention of financial customers; consumer needs are also diversely expressed. This paper deduces from the precedent researches a mechanism that online financial system enhances the trust of customers -the medium of the online system and other customers- and its perceived easiness affects its perceived effectiveness and then all these internal variables induce satisfaction. Plus, this paper aims at verification of the hypothesis in terms of an extended technology acceptance model, based on the hypothesis that word of mouth and repurchase are significantly linked to this mechanism. Through this study, the researchers tried to check how the online service quality and emotional factors of financial institutions affect the users in accordance with the trend of changes in the service usage method of financial institutions, and confirmed that the hypothesis was not rejected.

조직적 환경에 따른 ERP 구축방법이 변화관리와 성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

  • 90년대부터 많은 ERP를 도입하여 회사의 전체 업무를 통합시키고 실시간으로 모든 업무를 동시에 처리함에 따라 경영환경과 정보기술의 급격한 변화에 대처하고 있다. 이러한 ERP 시스템을 도입하던 기존의 업무 수행절차와 방법대신 ERP 패키지가 제공하는 프로세스와 기능을 적용하여 기업 내 업무기능을 혁신한다는 특징을 가지고 있어 조직변화를 수반하게 된다. 따라서 효과적인 ERP 구면을 위해서는 기업의 환경에 적절한 구축방법을 정하고 변화관리 이행 프로그램을 필요로 하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 ERP를 구축하는데 어떠한 조직적 환경요인이 영향을 미지고. ERP 구축방법에 따라 변화관리의 특성이 어떻게 달라지며. 변화관리가 ERP 성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 파악하기 위한 프레임워크를 제시하고 이틀 근간으로 하여 상이한 구축방법을 통하여 ERP틀 구면탄 두 기업을 대상으로 심도있게 비교 분석함으로써 ERP 구축환경의 특성과 ERP 구축방법에 따른 변화관리 특성 및 ERP성과를 살펴보았다. 연구결과 ERP 구축방법은 ERP 구축환경에 따라 차이를 보였으며, ERP 구축 방법에 따라서 변화기법이 달라진다는 사실을 알 수 있었다. 그러나 변화관리 방법 중에서도 최고 경영자의 리더십과 현업 직원의 적극적인 참여 및 전사적인 커뮤니케이션은 ERP 구축방법과 관계없이 중요한 요인으로 나타났다. 그리고 ERP 구축방법에 있어서 변화관리 활동은 ERP 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 본 사례연구로 얻은 시사점은 ERP의 구현하고자 하는 국내 기업들이 ERP 구축방법을 선정하고 적합탄 변화관리 방법의 전개를 위하여 실질적인 도움을 줄 것이다.6 전문가 그룹을 통해 시범적으로 적응하는 것으로 시작해, 학교 및 연구소를 통한 정보지식 공유 그리고 기업 정보화 솔루션으로 활용 될 수 있다.을 제시한다. 이렇게 함으로써 최대한 고객 납기를 만족하도록 계획을 수립할 수 있게 된다. 본 논문에서 제시하는 계획 모델을 사용함으로써 고객 주문에 대한 대응력을 높일 수 있고, 계획의 투명성으로 인한 전체 공급망의Bullwhip effect를 감소시킬 수 있는 장점이 있다. 동시에 이것은 향후 e-Business 시스템 구축을 위한 기본 인프라 역할을 수행할 수 있게 된다. 많았고 년도에 따른 변화는 보이지 않았다. 스키손상의 발생빈도는 초기에 비하여 점차 감소하는 경향을 보였으며, 손상의 특성도 부위별, 연령별로 다양한 변화를 나타내었다.해가능성을 가진 균이 상당수 검출되므로 원료의 수송, 김치의 제조 및 유통과정에서 병원균에 대한 오염방지에 유의하여야 할 것이다. 확인할 수 있었다. 이상의 결과에 의하면 고농도의 유기물이 함유된 음식물쓰레기는 Hybrid Anaerobic Reactor (HAR)를 이용하여 HRT 30일 정도에서 충분히 직접 혐기성처리가 가능하며, 이때 발생된 $CH_{4}$를 회수하여 이용하면 대체에너지원으로 활용 가치가 높은 것으로 판단된다./207), $99.2\%$(238/240), $98.5\%$(133/135) 및 $100\%$ (313)였다. 각각 두 개의 요골동맥과 우내흉동맥에서 부분협착이나 경쟁혈류가 관찰되었다. 결론: 동맥 도관만을 이용한 Off pump CABG를 시행하여

  • 홍수기에 안전하고 정확한 유량측정을 통하여 물관리에 필요한 기초수문자료를 확보하고자 한국수자원공사에서 1993년도부터 홍수유량측정기술 확보를 위한 연구를 시작하였다. 그간의 연구성과를 바탕으로 1999년도에 하천의 유속을 비접촉식으로 측정할 수 있는 홍수용 전자파표면유속계를 개발하여 특허등록하였고 그와 동시에 이의 상품화를 추진하여 2010년도까지 75대를 보급하여 실무에서 이용하고 있다. 이동식인 홍수용 전자파표면유속계를 바탕으로 2001년도에는 고정식 실시간 홍수유량측정측정시스템을 개발하여 특허등록하였고, 이 시제품을 현재 용담 수자원시험유역의 동향지점에서 시험운영하고 있다. 또한, 현장 유량측정실무자들의 홍수용 전자파표면유속계 개선요구에 따라 편각용 전자파표면유속계 시제품을 개발하였으며, 이는 임의의 한 지점에 설치한 한 대의 장비로 좌우 여러 측선의 유속을 동시에 측정할 수 있는 다점 측정기능을 갖도록 성능을 개선하였다. 이에 따라 홍수시 유량측정에 소요되는 시간이 줄어들어 신속하게 유량측정을 완료할 수 있는 계기를 마련하였다. 이와 더불어 유속측정 범위를 확장하여 홍수시의 고유속 뿐만 아니라 0.5 m/s 이하의 저유속까지 측정할 수 있는 범용 전자파표면유속계의 시제품을 추가로 개발하였다. 이 장비는 최저유속 0.03 m/s의 측정을 실내시험을 통하여 입증하였다. 범용 전자파표면유속계는 상품화 시제품의 개발을 목표로 기존 시제품의 현장시험을 통하여 현장적용상의 문제점에 대한 해결에 주력하였다. 첫째, 평갈수용 전자파표면유속계의 사용편의를 개선하기 위하여 소형화 및 경량화를 추진하였고, 이를 위하여 사용주파수를 기존의 10 GHz에서 24 GHz로 변경함으로써 $35{\times}35\;cm$ 크기의 기존안테나를 $22{\times}22\;cm$ 크기로 소형화하였으며 송수신부의 무게는 기존 18 kg에서 3.3 kg으로 혁신적으로 줄이는데 성공하였다. 이를 위하여 안테나는 기존의 반사형안테나에서 도파관슬롯배열안테나로 변경하였다. 둘째, 측정값의 안정화를 위하여 안테나의 특성을 개선하여 부엽(side-lobe) 레벨 30 dB 이하 그리고 전후방비(front-back ratio) 50 dB 이하로 개선하여 안테나가 지향하는 방향 이외의 위치에서 반사되는 불필요한 신호를 줄였다. 또한 적응형 이득제어(adaptive gain control)기법의 채택으로 미소 신호에 대한 안정적 측정 및 과다 신호에 대한 능동적 감쇄를 할 수 있도록 시스템을 구성하여 전 유속범위에 대한 안정적 측정을 가능토록 설계 및 제작하였다. 셋째, 자가점검 기능을 탑재하여 유속측정 전에 기기의 상태에 대한 self test기능을 통하여 측정자가 기기의 상태를 사전에 파악 가능토록함으로써, 기기 오작동에 대한 능동 대처할 수 있도록 하였다. 이외에도 저전력 회로설계를 통하여 배터리 사용시간을 확장하였고, 기존의 전자파표면유속계가 가지고 있던 방습 및 방수에도 내성을 갖는 제품으로 설계하였으며 스마트기기를 이용한 무선측정 및 세련된 디자인 등 사용자의 요구사항을 충분히 반영하였다.

  • Smart phone based navigation applications are very useful in everyday life. Cost-effective and user friendly navigation can be provided to the user by many applications available in market. Using the Smart phone these navigation applications provide accurate navigation for outdoor locations. But providing an accurate navigation underground space such as subway station is still a challenge. It is hence more convenient and appropriate for mobility services if the visitors could simply view the guidance of the subway station on their mobile phone, wherever and whenever it is needed. This study develops a algorithm for indoor navigation with the help of Augmented Reality(AR) and QR marker code from the entrance to the train platform for users. This indoor navigation uses AR and QR maker codes for two purposes: to provide the user link to the subway station location and to provide the current guidance details to the user. This Smart phone algorithm that uses a smart phone optical tool to decode the QR marker to determine the location information and provide guidance to the AR without indoor Maps. This algorithm also provides a module to guide mobility vulnerable to the Barrier Free route to destination.

A Study on Outplacement Countermeasure and Retention Level Examination Analysis about Outplacement Competency of Special Security Government Official (특정직 경호공무원의 전직역량에 대한 보유수준 분석 및 전직지원방안 연구)

  • This study is to summarize main contents which was mentioned by Beomseok Kim' doctoral dissertation. The purpose of this study focuses on presenting the outplacement countermeasure and retention level examination analysis about outplacement competency of special security government official through implement of questionnaire method. The questionnaire for retention level examination including four groups of outplacement competency and twenty subcategories was implemented in the object of six hundered persons relevant to outplacement more than forty age and five grade administration official of special security government officials, who have outplacement experiences as outplacement successors, outplacement losers, and outplacement expectants, in order to achieve this research purpose effectively. The questionnaire examination items are four groups of outplacement competency and twenty subcategories which are the group of knowledge competency & four subcategories including expert knowledge, outplacement knowledge, self comprehension, and organization comprehension, the group of skill competency & nine subcategories including job skill competency, job performance skill, problem-solving skill, reforming skill, communication skill, organization management skill, crisis management skill, career development skill, and human network application skill, the group of attitude-emotion competency & seven subcategories including positive attitude, active attitude, responsibility, professionalism, devoting-sacrificing attitude, affinity, and self-controlling ability, and the group of value-ethics competency & two subcategories including ethical consciousness and morality. The respondents highly regard twenty-two outplacement competency and they consider themselves well-qualified for the subcategories valued over 4.0 such as the professional knowledge, active attitude, responsibility, ethics and morality while they mark the other subcategories below average still need to be improved. Thus, the following is suggestions for successful outplacement. First, individual effort is essential to strengthen their capabilities based on accurate self evaluation, for which the awareness and concept need to be redefined to help them face up to the reality by readjusting career goal to a realistic level. Second, active career development plan to improve shortcoming in terms of outplacement competency is required. Third, it is necessary to establish the infrastructure related to outplacement training such as ON-OFF Line training system and facilities for learning to reinforce user-oriented outplacement training as a regular training course before during after the retirement.

  • Concern about air pollution is gradually rising up in domestic and foreign, automotive and fuel researchers are trying to reduce vehicle exhaust emissions, through a lot of approaches, which consist of new engine design and innovative after-treatment systems, using clean (eco-friendly alternative) fuels and fuel quality improvement. This research is proceeding by two main issues : exhaust emissions and PM particle emissions of gasoline vehicle. Exhaust emissions, non-regulated emissions and PM (particulate matter) particles of automotive are causing many problems which ambient pollution and harmful effects on the human body. The main particulate fraction of automotive exhaust emissions consists of small particles. Because of their small size, inhaled particles can easily penetrate deep into the lungs. The rough surfaces of these particles make it easier for them to combine with other toxins in the environment. Thus, the hazards of particle inhalation are increased. Based on the oxygenated fuel additive types (MTBE, Bio-ETBE, Bio-ethanol, Bio-butanol), this paper discussed the influence of oxygen contents on gasoline vehicle exhaust emissions, non-regulated emissions and nano-particle emissions. Also, this paper assessed exhaust emission characteristics at 2 type test modes. The test modes were FTP-75 and HWFET. All measurement items be verified less than the value of regulated emissions. It could be known difference increase and decrease by each measurement item depending on increase the oxygen contents.

  • The purpose of this study is to understand attributes, stress and burnout related to job environment of healthcare facilities workers for the aged, care-givers, analyze the effect of these factors on job satisfaction, and improve their organizational task to help advance the quality of life and the healthcare facilities for the aged. A survey was made on 129 care-givers working in the healthcare facilities for the aged(care facilities, in-home facilities for the aged) located in Jeonbuk Gunsan area. This study showed that sub-factors of care-givers' job environment such as human environment, compensation system and job expertise have a significant effect on the job burnout, stress and satisfaction. This means that a well-organized compensation system, which is proportionate to the job expertise and ability for human environment, and achievement of innovative thinking, will make a positive relationship, reduce the job burnout and stress, and improve the job satisfaction at the same time. Compared to the rapid increase of old aged patients for long-term care and care-givers' real role and job in the facilities, the job specialization has to be guaranteed to improve job environment of care-givers as various beneficial workers for welfare - professional workers - and the compensation system needs to be properly systematized according to their job capacity. Consequently, the production and participation of professionals with high self-esteem may raise organizational commitment through the maximization of job satisfaction by the participation and devotion to the organization of more professionals by removing factors, which can reduce the frequent job burn-out and stress of care-givers.

  • Kunsan port based on the selection of Kunsan Free Trade Area is expected to develop into a regional beach-head port and foreign investment area, and as the result it will play a great role in accelerating the coming age of the west sea. To promote the foreign competitiveness of Kunsan port as a central container port it can be pointed out that 1) to raise up the utilization ratio of Kunsan port as the front base of export and import by multinational corporations, 2) to hustle up the development of Kunsan container port toplay the central role as the composite container linkage central port, 3) to strengthen the attraction activities of foreign investment into the Kunsan Free Trade Area for the balanced development between regions in nation, 4) the support of both central and local governments to accelerate the comingage of the west sea are necessary.

  • The purpose of this research is to analyze the performance of national R&D projects and to find out measures to improve the performance indicators, focusing on energy HRD projects. The main analysis target is 86 energy manpower projects supported since 2010. The performance indicators of the energy HRD projects are related to the research capacity, the number of emission workers, industry-university linkage, job creation and so on, and analyzed by using the 11 indicators of human resource performance index called KPI index. As a result of analyzing the attainment level of the proposed target by task, the index with the highest achievement level is the corporation linkage rate, and the index with the lowest achievement level is the participating company employment. As a result of examining the effects of job creation in company - linked activities, it was found that the greater the number of participating companies in the business, the greater the employment creation effect of the number of internships. As a result of the above analysis, the following policy alternatives are proposed. First, it is necessary to consider adding indicators that can express the quality performance of the business and performance indicators that can express actual business linkages. Second, it is necessary to strengthen the management of differentiated performance indicators according to policy performance targets and major target groups. Third, it is necessary to improve information input and accumulation system along with improvement of performance index.

Military Security Policy Research Using Big Data and Text Mining (빅데이터와 텍스트마이닝 기법을 활용한 군사보안정책 탐구)

  • This study utilized big data, one of the new technologies of the Fourth Industrial Revolution as a policy direction study related to the military security of the Army. By utilizing Text mining and analyzing military security trends in domestic and foreign papers, it will be able to set policy directions and reduce trial and error. In this study, we found differences in domestic and international studies on military sucurity. At first, Domestic research has shown that in the course of the fourth industrial revolution, there is a strong interest in technological security, such as IT technology in security and cyber security in North Korea. On the other hand, Foreign research confirmed that policies are being studied in such a way that military sucurity is needed at the level of cooperation between countries and that it can contribute to world peace. Various academic policy studies have been underway in terms of determining world peace and security levels, not just security levels. It contrasted in our immediate confrontation with North Korea for decades but suggest complementary measures that cannot be overlooked from a grand perspective. Conclusionally, the direction of academic research in domestic and foreign should be done in macro perspective under national network cooperation, not just technology sucurity research, recognizing that military security is a policy product that should be studied in a security system between countries.
