Enterprise is focused on R&D innovative activities in order to achieve sustainable growth & secure competitive advantage. There are many factors that influence enterprise innovation performance, but enterprise innovation activities do not always have a positive effect. Therefore, this study analyzed the effects of on innovation performance, focusing on innovation acceleration factors and innovation hindrance factors. The research model analyzed 2,081 national manufacturing enterprises that responded to the 2016 Korean Innovation Survey (STEPI). SPSS 25.0 was used to perform reliability, feasibility, and logistic regression analysis. The results are as follows. First, innovation activities have positive effects on enterprise product and process innovation performance. On the other hand, government support had the opposite results. Second, the collaboration of technology showed a positive effect on product innovation performance, independent of innovation acceleration and hindrance factors. Third, innovation activities showed a positive effect on process innovation performance, regardless of the innovation acceleration and hindrance factors. Unlike prior studies limited to technological innovation, this study analyzed the attitudes of enterprises toward innovation acceleration and hindrance factors. This study is expected to contribute to establishing a strategy for reducing the failure and risk of innovation due to its findings on how innovation performance varies by groups.

This study is an empirical study of 'the effect of Technological innovation through environmental factors of an enterprise on the implementation of a Smart Factory'. The purpose of the research is to improve the utilization and effectiveness of the Smart Factory by considering and implementing factors that will be promoted in an internal environment or focus when building. The research method was statistical analysis with SMART PLS by surveying the relevant personnel of the company that implemented the Smart Factory. The results of the study showed that internal organizational factors and self-efficacy have a positive effect on technological innovation, and technology innovation has a positive effect on the key factors of smart factory implementation. And the absorbing capacity, which is a moderating variable, has a positive effect in part on the key factors of smart factory implementation by interacting with technological innovation factors. This study can be used by companies that want to implement a smart factory, and it has the significance of laying the theoretical foundation for research on smart factory implementation through empirical analysis.

정부는 지역의 내생적인 역량을 바탕으로 지역혁신을 활성화하기 위하여 지역별로 연구개발특구 제도를 시행하고 있다. 연구개발특구내 각종 세제혜택과 정책적인 지원을 받는 연구소기업 제도는 지역혁신활성화를 위해 새롭게 등장한 혁신액터이다. 그러나, 이러한 연구소기업의 모형에 대한 연구는 체계적으로 이루어지지 않고 있으며, 대부분의 기업혁신활동에 대한 연구는 수도권과 대전 중심으로 이루어졌다. 본 연구에서는 기업대표를 대상으로 우수 연구소기업 모형 선정을 위한 요소들을 선정하고 AHP(계층적 분석기법)을 통하여 우수 모형을 선정하였다. 그 결과, 우수한 연구소기업 모형을 선정하는 데 가장 중요한 요인은 기술요인으로 나타났으며, 그 중 기술의 우수성을 최우선적으로 선택하였다. 또한, 세가지 연구소기업 모형 중, 합작투자형을 가장 선호하는 것으로 조사되었다. 본 연구는 지역을 기반으로 체계적인 우수 연구소기업 모형을 선정하는 시스템을 확립하고 정책적 시사점을 도출하는 성과를 거두었으며, 특히 제2의 도시임에도 불구하고 혁신클러스터 논의에서 소외된 부산지역을 중심으로 본 연구가 진행된 것에 큰 의미가 있다. 향후 설문범위와 숫자를 확대한다면 더 좋은 정책적 의미를 거둘 수 있을 것으로 보인다. 향후 연구소기업의 모형에 따른 장단점 분석과 함께 지역에서의 기술혁신활동에 대한 연구가 더욱 증가되어야 할 것이다.

세계경제가 범국가적 경쟁에 접어면서 과거보다 지역R&D의 중요성이 강조되고 있다. 국내에서도 지역R&D의 경쟁력 향상을 통해 지역불균형 문제를 해소하고 지역경제발전을 이루고자 하는 노력이 지속되어 왔다. 이러한 문제인식을 바탕으로, 그동안 지역R&D의 효율성을 분석하고 개선점을 도출하기 위한 여러 정책적 학술적 노력이 있어왔다. 본 연구는 지역R&D 효율성을 지식창출과 가치창출의 두 가지 측면에서 진단하고 정책적 시사점을 도출하려는 목적에서 15개 국내 지역의 통계자료를 대상으로 자료포락분석(DEA)을 실시하였다. 본 연구에서 효율성 분석을 위해 사용한 R&D투입과 산출요소의 분포를 살펴본 결과 대부분 수도권과 대전에 양적으로 편중되어 있었다. DEA모형을 분석한 결과, 지식창출 부문의 효율성 점수는 평균 0.869 수준으로 나타났으며, 서울, 대구, 광주, 대전, 강원, 전남, 경북 지역이 효율적이었다. 반면 경남 지역은 0.630으로 지식창출에 있어 가장 비효율이 큰 지역이었다. 가치창출 부문의 효율성 점수는 평균 0.677 수준이며 지식창출보다 지역 간 점수 편차가 컸다. 광주, 대전, 울산, 강원 지역이 효율적인 것으로 나타난 반면 경기 지역은 0.198으로 가장 비효율적이었다. 종합하여 비교하면 광주, 대전, 강원 지역만 지식창출과 가치창출이 모두 1.000점으로 효율적이었고 이를 제외한 지역들은 효율성 개선이 필요하였다. 본 연구는 지역R&D 효율성의 개선방향에 대한 시사점을 제시함으로써 지역발전 정책수립에 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다. 그러나 특정 시점에 한정되어 효율성을 분석하였으므로 생산성 변화에 대한 추가적인 분석과 분석자료에 대한 보완이 필요하다.

산업통상자원부가 주최하고 한국생산기술연구원 패키징기술센터가 주관하는 '제14회 대한민국 패키징대전' 결과가 지난달 초 발표되었다. 코로나19의 영향으로 시상식은 개최되지 못했지만, 7월 27일부터 30일까지 일산 킨텍스 전시장에서 개최된 '코리아팩2020' 특별관에서 수상작들이 소개되었다. 국내 최고 권위의 패키징 종합 행사인 '제14회 대한민국 패키징대전'은 관련 산업 종사자의 긍지를 높이고 기술혁신 분위기를 확산하기 위해 2007년부터 한국생산기술연구원이 매년 개최하고 있는 행사로, 올해에는 (주)컬리의 '보냉기능을 가지는 포장용 골판지박스'가 대상인 국무총리상을 수상했다. 또한 공로부문에서는 이현호 (사)한국패키징단체총연합회 회장/(주)서원수출포장 대표이사와 (주)흥아기연이 산업통상자원부장관 표창을 수여받았다. 다음에 '제14회 대한민국 패키징대전' 기업부문 수상작을 통해 최신 국내 패키징 경향에 대해 알아보도록 한다.

산업통상자원부가 주최하고 한국생산기술연구원 패키징기술센터가 주관하는 '제15회 대한민국 패키징 대전' 수여식이 5월 25일 경기도 킨텍스 전시장에서 개최되었다. 국내 최고 권위의 패키징 종합 행사인 '제15회 대한민국 패키징 대전'은 관련 산업 종사자의 긍지를 높이고 기술혁신 분위기를 확산하기 위해 2007년부터 한국생산기술연구원이 매년 개최하고 있는 행사로, 올해에는 율촌화학(주)의 'ECOBY-OPP(재활용가능한 유니소재용 고차단성 OPP필름)'가 대상인 국무총리상을 수상했다. 또한 공로부문에서는 조기룡 (주)국민피엔텍 대표이사와 김길수 (주)경연전람 전무이사가 산업통상자원부장관 표창을 수여받았다. 다음에 '제15회 대한민국 패키징 대전'기업부문 수상작을 통해 최신 국내 패키징 경향에 대해 알아보도록 한다.

RnD Service firms are the innovative company that supports innovation, determines the healthy ecosystem in the high tech business sector. RnD service also brings up a regional innovation through the business ecosystem. This study conducted a case study RnD Service firms leading to the activation of high tech industry. We analyze the role of the RnD Service firms through reports and interviews with corporate managers. We understand the growth process was RnD Service firms, and identify the cost of organizing. RnD Service firms are independent economy, but was also a problem that appears is dependent on universities and research institutions sometimes. When the subject of a regional innovation take place the RnD Service sector, It should be noted that the emergence of innovative business. RnD Service model should not be developed by universities and public institutions, it should be a technology development model that occur between companies.

This paper focused on fading out the factors of design innovation. Based on the previous studies, several factors were extracted to be tested by Delphi method among 15 experts in the design area. Delphi test showed a convergent result after the second round of questioning. Design mind of managers was conceived as the most important factor among those tested. On the base of importance, capability of design company was the second and industrial design demand was the third. Even though design manpower, design infrastructure and innovation network were ranked below the 4th factors, the absolute differences between high ranked factors and low ranked ones were not much wide. So. relatively low ranked factors were not negligible at all to get a desirable success in design innovation. This study provides some insights for the success of design innovation. First of all, design innovation could be achieved only when factors tested on this study upgraded simultaneously together. Desirable effect could not expected by a simple support such as logo design or kind of simple measure.

Access to computers and the internet and the ability to effectively use this technology are becoming increasingly important for full participation in Korea′s economic, education, and social life. In recent years, access to computers and internet has exploded. Unfortunately, there is strong evidence of "digital divide"-gap between those individual and communities that have access to these information technology and those who don′t. This research focus on the elementary school students in Taejon, Korea. We found that there is digital divide among children and also different result between access to information technology and use of contents to information technology.

지난 4월 23일 국내 패키징 산업 기술개발 및 패키징 산업에 기여한 유공자, 혁신적인 기술 개발·개선 사례 등을 발굴해 포상한 제18회 대한민국패키징대전 행사가 진행됐다. 이번 대한민국패키징대전 시상식에는 한국생산기술연구원장상, (사)한국패키징단체총연합회장상 등을 수여한 김홍석 율촌화학(주) 파트장, 송창헌 LogisALL 기술연구소 전임연구원, 이현석 주식회사 수정실업 차장, 고정호 희성폴리머(주) 차장 등이 수상의 영광을 안아 눈길을 끌었다. 수상자들은 각고의 노력을 통해 빛을 보게 된 부분에 대해 친환경에 도움되는 제품을 알리게 되거나 수요자들에게 도움될 수 있기를 기대한다는 등의 소감과 함께 지속적인 연구개발을 약속했다. 그러면서도 포장 산업 발전과 관련한 아쉬움들에 대한 다양한 의견들을 제시했다. 수상자들에게 소감과 개선·보완할 점, 계획 등에 대해 들어본다.
