바야흐로 4차 산업혁명의 시대가 도래하면서, 4차 산업혁명과 관련된 기술에 대한 관심 또한 나날이 높아져 가고 있다. 이런 시대적 상황에 맞춰, 본 연구에서는 웹 검색트래픽을 활용하여 4차 산업혁명 관련 기술의 국내 외 트렌드를 비교하고 관련된 기술에 대한 국내 정부R&D 과제 현황에 대해 분석해 보고자 한다. 본 분석은 먼저 관련 기술에 대한 정부 R&D 현황 과제 현황을 네트워크 분석하고 분석된 기술을 4차 산업혁명의 3가지 카테고리로 구분한다. 이후 카테고리별로 선별된 각각의 기술에 대해 구글의 웹 검색트래픽을 활용하여 관련된 기술의 국내 외 트렌드를 비교 분석한다. 본 연구를 통해 4차 산업혁명 관련 기술에 대한 과거와 현재의 관심 동향을 확인할 수 있을 것으로 예상된다. 또한, 해당 기술과 관련된 정부 R&D 과제 현황을 네트워크 분석하고 시각화하여 4차 산업혁명 관련 R&D 현황에 대한 직관적인 정보를 제공하고자 한다. 본 연구는 인류 최대의 혁명으로 정의되는 4차 산업혁명 기술에 대한 국내 외 트렌드 정보와 함께 현재까지 진행되어온 정부의 R&D 현황을 직관적으로 볼 수 있게 제공함으로써, 4차 산업혁명과 함께 다가오는 미래에 대한 올바른 정책 방향 설정에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

전세계 국가는 21세기 메가 트렌드인 기술 융합(Technology Convergence) 추세에 발 맞춰 미래비전 및 전략수립에 몰두하고 있다. 그리고, 공통적으로 정보통신(IT)기술 및 서비스를 기반으로 한 자국의 국부 증대와 신산업 창출을 시나리오 기법을 활용하여 이야기 하고 있다. 하지만 국내의 경우 비전연구 및 전략수립에 대한 연구가 초보단계로 기존의 IT 단독 기술에 의한 연구개발 방법을 그대로 활용할 경우, 기술 융합 메가 트렌드 연구개발에 능동적으로 대처하기에는 미흡하다는 지적이다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 시나리오 기법을 활용한 비전연구 사례를 분석하고, 향후 시나리오 비전연구 방향을 제시한다.

With advances in topic detection and tracking(TDT), automatic trend analysis from a collection of time-stamped documents, like patents, news papers, and blog pages, is a challenging research problem. Past research in this area has mainly focused on showing a trend line over time of a given concept by measuring the strength of trend-associated term frequency information. for detection of emerging trends, either a simple criterion such as frequency change was used, or an overall comparison was made against a training data. We note that in order to show most salient trends detected among many possibilities, it is critical to devise a ranking function. To this end, we define four properties(change, persistency, stability and volume) of trend lines drawn from frequency information, to quantify various aspects of trends, and propose a method by which trend lines can be ranked. The properties are examined individually and in combination in a series of experiments for their validity using the ranking algorithm. The results show that a judicious combination of the four properties is a better indicator for salient trends than any single criterion used in the past for ranking or detecting emerging trends.

As the information and communications market goes more uncertain, foresight activities becomes more important. A number of foresight activities, such as trend analysis, have been used to predict customer needs. However previous studies tend to lack objectivity and systematization. In this study, we suggest a meta analysis methodology which combines both top-down and bottom-up approach in order to systematize the analysis process. Secondly, we applied this approach to ICT market to identify essential future technologies. Based on the result from the meta analysis, we have constructed the future technology roadmap.

급변하는 산업 환경에서 창업에 대한 지속적인 수요 증가는 창업기업의 생존과 성장을 위한 정부의 실효성 있는 지원과 체계적인 창업 육성정책 수립의 필요성이 강조되고 있다, 이를 위해 새롭게 변화하는 창업 트렌드와 창업기업의 특성에 적합한 창업업종 분류기준이 요구된다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 체계적인 창업 육성정책 수립을 위하여 최근 '4차 산업혁명시대'에 떠오르는 융합기술기반 창업 트렌드를 반영한 새로운 창업업종 분류체계에 대한 기준을 제시하고자 시도되었다. 창업 생태계 동향과 창업업종 분류 체계의 관련 선행연구 고찰을 통하여 전문가 집단을 대상으로 델파이 기법을 활용하여 창업업종 분류체계를 개선하였다. 연구결과 창업업종 분류는 크게 기술창업과 일반창업으로 구분하고, 기술창업은 ICT 서비스, ICT 제조, 일반제조, 문화콘텐츠, 바이오 분야로 로 구분하며 일반창업은 유통과 서비스로 재분류하였다. 이러한 연구결과는 기존 산업별 분류체계에서 벗어나 창업기업의 업종 분류체계의 새로운 기준을 마련하여, 향후 창업 트렌드를 반영한 효율적인 창업지원정책 마련에 있어 시사점을 제시한다.

The aim of this research is to find out the flows of mega-trends and design trends by analyzing the factors that influence trend and design trends in the late 20th century. Moreover, it is to forecast and recommend design color trends by evaluating color trends in design trends for the near future. Secondary and primary research were used in parallel. In the late 20th century, mega-trends were analyzed from secondary research based on PEST. Design trends were analyzed from case studies in fashion, space, product and visual design. On this basis, design color trends were analyzed. Also, color trends were forecast for the near future. The results are as follows. Firstly, the main trends in the late 20th century were 'female thinking', 'back to the nature' and 'heaven of peace'. Second, main design trends in the 1970s were modernism, post-modernism and high-tech. In the 1980s, with those of the 1970s, ecology was introduced In the late 1980s. In the 1990s, modernism rose again and ecology had an influence. The trends of 'female thinking' and 'back to the nature' controled the design in the early 2000s. Third, design colors in the late 20th century changed from Red to Purple Blue. Tones changed from 'grayish' to 'dull' Finally, it was forecast that Purple Blue, Yellow Red and Green colors with 'grayish', 'dull' and 'deep' tones were going to be used mainly in the near future. Also, achromatic colors with female and warm nuances would be reflected in design parts. This research will be very useful in that it has built a concrete database reflected on design trends forecasting in the near future by organizing academically a methodology to identify trends reflected on design and identifying relation between mega-trends and design trends based on analyzing factors that influence trend.

패션은 지속적으로 변화하며 이는 새로운 패션 트렌드의 출현을 의미한다. 특히 지난 1990년대 패션은 사회, 과학, 경제, 문화 등 사회환경의 급격한 변화로 새롭고 다양한 가치의 추구로 패션분야에서도 새로운 것에 대한 욕구가 급증하였다. 따라서 본 연구는 1990년대 패션 트렌드를 분석하여 패션의 특성을 파악하여 미래의 패션을 예측하고 대응하기 위한 자료를 구축하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 패션트렌드는 향후 예측되는 유행테마, 스타일, 색채 , 소재 , 디테일 등을 제시하고 있는데 , 본 연구에서는 시대상을 보다 심층적으로 파악하기 위하여 패션테마만을 집중적으로 분석하고 고찰하였다. 일반적으로 패션테마로 제시되는 개념 이 나 용어들은 동시대의 사회현상과 패션 분야에서 요구될 것으로 예상되는 내용이 비교적 자유분방하게 제 시 하고 있으므로, 패션 테마의 분석과 고찰은 패션의 실체를 이해하는데 매우 유용하다 하겠다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 패션테마로 제시된 용어들을 수집하고 분석하여 , 패션경향는 물론 패션의 실체를 파악하고자 하였다. 연구 대상은 1990년대 10년간의 패션트렌드로 설정했으며, 분석자료는 구체적으로 국내패션정보사인 K·F·S와 S· F·I에서 제시한 트렌드지를 사용하였다. 연구결과 1990년대 패션은 종래의 상식적인 디자인 개념을 넘어서서 여러 가지 다채로운 스타일들이 역사적 시간과 여러 문화의 공간을 오가며 교류되는 포스트모더니즘적 인 특성을 강하게 나타냈으며 , 이러한 경향은 매우 깊고 광범위하게 1990년대 의 패션트렌드에 반영되어 나타났다. 최근의 첨단 과학 기술의 발달과 이에 반하는 자연으로의 회귀욕구와 인간의 본질을 추구하는 인식의 전환 또한 패션 트랜드에 영향을 주었다. 이들을 포용하는 패션 주제는 크게 자연주의, 세계주의, 미래주의, 복고주의 등으로 분석되었다. 이 와 같은 패션 테마들은 각각 독립 적 이 기보다는 서로 상호 보완하고 조화를 이루는 가운데 1990년대 패션으로 형상화되었다. 이러한 1990년대 패션 경향의 분석 결과는 동시대의 사회상을 반영하는 동시에 패션의 특징인 주기성과 반복성을 그대로 보여주고 있었다. 이러한 연구 결과는 패션의 특징을 파악하고, 21세기 패션 경향을 보다 정확하게 예측하고 제시할 수 있는 중요한 자료로 사용될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.
