소프트웨어는 PC, 휴대폰 등 IT 산업은 물론 자동차, 의료, 국방, 건설 등 다양한 제조업에 접목되어 산업적 가치 혁신을 결정짓는 핵심기술로써 유비쿼터스 사회를 형성하는 핵심요소이자 고부가가치 창출 및 신경제를 주도하는 국가 기반 인프라로서의 역할이 나날이 증대되고 있다. 이러한 SW의 중요성 인식에 따라 미국, 일본, 중국 등 각국에서는 기존 제조업의 공동화와 생산성 하락 방지 등 산업 경쟁력 강화를 위해 SW에 대한 전략적 투자 확대를 실시하고 있으며, 우리나라의 경우도 예외는 아니다.

금융산업에서 인터넷을 본격적인 영업 채널로 활용하는 비중이 높아지고 사이버금융의 확산에 따라 고객과의 거리를 좁히면서 금융기관의 수익성을 높이는 방안으로 eCRM 등 고객 맞춤화 전략이 최근 국내외에서 주목을 받고 있다. 본 논문에서는 금융정보기술의 발전 단계에 있어서 eCRM 의 위치를 살펴보며, 국민은행 인터넷뱅킹의 개발 배경과 그 유형을 논의하며, 고객의 니즈를 찾아내고 이에 맞추어 가치를 창출하는 방법으로서 개인화의 종류들을 살펴본다. 또한 원투원 마케팅의 실현 기법들과 실제로 국민은행의 eCRM 과정에서 이들이 어떻게 구현되었는지를 논의한다.

With the introduction of proptech, this study aims to find out the changes and necessity of introducing blockchain technology, one of the most popular technologies, in real estate electronic transactions. In addition, it is intended to develop evaluation indicators that classify newly created values within real estate electronic transactions and calculate the relative importance of each value area through technology application. To this end, the value that can be created when applying blockchain technology to real estate electronic transactions was classified according to the hierarchy, and considering that the evaluation criteria are complex and the importance can be measured differently depending on various factors, an analysis was conducted according to the AHP method for experts in practical and academic fields. As a result of the analysis, general value showed the highest importance in the first dimension, and digitalization of real estate information showed the highest importance in the second dimension.

본 논문은 온라인 커뮤니티를 통해 사용자들이 정보교류와 의사소통을 활발히 전개하여 사용자혁신 (User Innovation)을 촉진하는 사례들과 이와 관련된 현안 이슈들, 그리고 기업의 사용자혁신 활용 전략을 다루고 있다. 특히 인터넷의 보급과 확산을 통해 사용자들이 온라인 커뮤니티를 형성하고 상호 교류할 수 있는 장이 마련되어 사용자혁신이 더욱 활성화 될 수 있으므로, 휴대기기 산업에서 이러한 사례를 발굴하여 분석하였다. 특히 본 연구에서는 MP3 플레이어 산업에서 기업이 온라인 커뮤니티를 통해 고객정보를 어떻게 획득/처리/활용하는지, 그리고 스마트폰인 블랙잭 제품에서 어떤 과정을 통해 사용자혁신이 이루어지는 지를 사례연구 하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 1)온라인 커뮤니티에서 사용자의 역할과 (정보공유, 아이디어 창출, 문제해결, 정보취합, 제품테스트, 사용의견 제시, 제품홍보 등) 기업의 대응전략, 2)기업과 고객간 커뮤니케이션 패턴 (질문/불평/사용후기 및 피드백/시제품/공지 등) 특성, 3)온라인 커뮤니티 내에서 사용자간 커뮤니케이션 패턴과 현안, 4)온라인 커뮤니티 활성화를 통한 신제품개발 촉진방안 등으로 구분하여 제시되었다. 마지막으로 이러한 사용자혁신 사례를 바탕으로, 사용자혁신을 촉진하고 신제품개발과정에서 사용자의 참여를 강화할 수 있는 정책적 함의를 정리하였다. 특히 개방형 혁신이 강조되는 상황에서 사용자혁신은 개방형 혁신의 한 형태도서도 의미가 있으며, 향후 더 많은 사례연구와 실증분석이 요구된다.

This study empirically examines the relationship between the characteristics of a company and its performance through open innovation. It was intended to accept open innovation as a strategic means to overcome various situations in which companies faced and to understand it as a process of generating corporate performance. In various situations, companies must overcome environmental and internal factors. As an environmental factor, the dynamics of the market and the dynamics of technology allow for the adoption of open innovation, which in turn becomes a strategic tool for generating results. In addition, the internal environment of the company should strengthen the organization's capacity considering the characteristics of the company. In order to reinforce entrepreneurial orientation, openness of organizational culture, delegation and R & D capabilities, which are internal characteristics of the company, open innovation has a positive effect on the performance of the company. In overcoming the environment given to the company, open innovation was found to be an important medium for generating various results for the company. For this study, we conducted a structured questionnaire survey on 176 Korean companies. This study suggests that open innovation is strategically accepted and understood as a management strategic philosophy in order to overcome the environment in which a company is faced and generate results.

3차원 복원 기술은 실세계에 존재하는 물체의 3차원 형상과 표면의 색상을 디지털화하는 기술이다. 일반적으로 가상현실, 게임, 애니메이션 등의 컴퓨터 그래픽스에 기반한 응용에서는 숙련된 디자이너가 수작업으로 3차원 모델을 제작하는데, 이는 시간이 많이 소요되고, 디자이너의 숙련도에 따라서 품질의 차이가 많은 단점이 있다. 뿐만 아니라 실세계에 존재하는 물체를 모델링할 때는 일일이 측정을 하는 과정을 거쳐야 하는 단점이 있다. 3차원 복원 기술은 이에 대한 대안으로 연구되고 있는 기술로써, 이미 많은 응용 분야에서 활용되고 있을 뿐만 아니라 새로운 서비스가 꾸준히 창출되고 있는 기술이다 이를 위하여 본 논문에서는 3차원 복원 기술의 정밀도를 높이기 위한 높이정보 분석에 대하여 연구하였다.

Bluetooth 4.0 is a technology suitable for the Internet of things that is used for communication between various devices. This technology is suitable for developing a service by combining with automobiles. In this study, a security authentication system was designed by linking Bluetooth 4.0 technology and a vehicle system as an implementation example of an object internet service. A procedure was designed for security authentication and an authentication method is proposed using a data server. When the security authentication function is provided, various additional services can be developed using the information collection function of the risk notification and user action history. In addition, BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) technology, which is a wireless communication technology that enables low-power communication and low-power communication in the process of the standardization and development of Bluetooth technology and technology, improves the battery life through the use of RFID or NFC This study expanded the range possible. The security service can be extended by expanding the scope of authentication by the contactless type. Using the proposed system, a customized service can be provided while overcoming the problems of an existing radio frequency (RF)-based system, portability, and battery usage problem.

In this paper, a university curriculum of Automation Robotics Process(RPA) among several goals for digital transformation of companies was developed. In the process of the development of ICT technology and the 4th industrial revolution, the existing analog information has changed through the stages of digitization, digitalization, and digital transformation. Recently, digital transformation has been cited as an essential survival strategy following a disruptive revolution that changes the paradigm of existing industrial systems and business. It is defined as a continuous process by which a company adapts to or promotes disruptive changes in customers and markets by using digital capabilities to create new business models, products and services. To this end, process automation in companies or organizations is an important factor. Accordingly, the need for a curriculum of robotics processes automation in universities has been raised according to these changes, and the related education contents, which have been centered on companies, have been redesigned to introduce the curriculum for universities. Education contents are composed to help students to attain certificates of essential or advanced of AA.

고도의 정보사회가 될 것으로 예견되는 21세기 전 세계는 창의적이고 원천적인 과학기술을 지속적으로 창출하면서 선진적 우위확보를 위해 치열한 경쟁을 벌이고 있다. 우리나라도 지금까지 이룩한 경제성장을 발판으로 이제부터는 더욱 생산적이고 독창적인 세계 일류 지식과 과학기술을 창출해 내야 할 위치에 있다. 세계적으로 새로운 지식은 대부분 학술지와 도서를 통해 발표되고 있으며, 미국의 과학정보기구인 ISI(Institute for Scientific Information)는 세계의 우수 학술지를 평가하여 그 중에서 가장 영향력이 높은 3~4%의 학술지를 SCI(Science Citation Index), SSIC(Social Science Citation Index), AHCI(Arts and Humanities Citation Index)로 전별하여 발표하고 있음은 잘 알려진 바와 같다. 우리 학계에서도 수 년 전부터 연구업적 등의 평가에 이들 분류를 적극 활용하고 있으며, 개개의 연구자들도 연구성과를 SCI 등에 등재된 학술지에 발표하기 위한 노력을 배가하고 있는 실정이다. 그러나 안타까운 것은 우리나라에서 발간되는 학술지 중 과학기술 분야 단 5종만이 SCI에 등재되어 있을 뿐이어서 우리의 학문이 세계적으로 교류되고 인정받는데 상대적으로 불리한 위치에 있다는 사실이다. 국내 학술지가 이들Index에 등재될 경우 우리의 연구성과가 보다 빠르고 쉽게 국제적으로 소개.인정되며, 이는 우리의 과학기술 수준을 한 단계 높이는데 첩경이 될 것이라는 점은 의심의 여지가 없다. 과학기술 평가과정은 측정 가능한 연구투자와 연구결과 현상으로 간주할 수 있는데, 일반적으로 연구투자는 연구투자에 필요한 모든 요소들이 실체적이며 평가하는 데에 있어서 인력, 재정 자원, 장비, 재료, 건물 등과 같이 구체적이고 경험을 요구하지 않기 때문에 그 모든 연구결과보다 평가하기가 용이하나 과학기술의 연구결과는 연구 과정을 통해 보다 비실체적이고 양적으로 측정하기 어려운 지식으로 구성되어 있어 평가하는데 어려움이 뒤따른다. 과학기술 연구결과를 양적이나 질적으로 측정하는데 있어 일반적으로 이용되는 시스템은 없으나 국가의 과학기술 수준은 보통 그 나라 과학기술 활동의 연구결과를 과학기술 생산성이나 연구결과물 즉 논문 등의 출판을 통한 배포나 인용분석 등에 기초한 양적 평가지표를 이용해 측정하는 서지적 방법에 의해 평가되고 있다.연구활동 결과로 발표된 연구논문은 새로운 연구논문의 자료로 인용되게 되는데, 일반적으로 인용이 많이 된 논문일수록 질적인 가치가 높다고 하므로 논문의 발표량과 인용된 횟수는 연구활동을 평가하는 척도로 활용점에 따라 과학기술분야 논문의 국가별, 기관별, 분야별 논문수와 피인용도는 과학기술 수준 평가의 척도가 될 수 있으며 이러한 평가는 과학기술 정책 수립 및 투자, 연구활동에 대한 평가 등의 중요한 자료로 활용될 수 있다. 과학기술분야 전반에 걸친 SCI 기반의 NSI, NCR 데이터베이스를 분석하여 우리나라 과학기술분야의 수준을 평가할 수 있는 지표를 산출하여 우리나라의 과학기술 수준을 정확히 파악하고, 세계 추세를 분석하여 앞으로 나아갈 정책방향을 설정하는데 도움이 되도록 하며, 국내 기관별, 분야별 분석을 통하여 과학기술 수준을 평가할 수 있는 객관적인 자료를 제공함과 동시에 국내 연구 인력간의 건전한 경쟁을 유도하여 과학기술 발전에 기여하고자 한다.

본 연구에서는 건설 사업의 수행과정에서 나타날 수 있는 환경훼손을 최소화하거나 저감하고, 자연과의 조화를 이루기 위한 다양한 기술과 공법, 정책 및 제도를 도출하고자 하였으며, 구체적인 사례로 댐건설 사업에 대한 친환경 기술과 공법을 분석하였다. 이를 위해서 기존 연구사례 및 문헌을 고찰하여 친환경 요소를 도출하였고, 이미 조성되었거나 조성 중인 댐을 대상으로 실제 적용되고 있는 친환경 요소를 분석하였으며, 이를 종합하여 건설사업에 도입될 수 있는 친환경 항목을 설정하고 기술 및 공법을 제안하였다. 그 결과 생태계 보전, 생태계 복원, 새로운 생태계 조성, 친수환경 및 위락, 경관 및 역사문화 등이 친환경요소로 도출되었다. 또한 환경친화형 건설사업의 지속적인 추진과 성과를 위한 정부차원의 정책과 제도적 방안을 제안하였다. 이러한 적극적인 생태환경 보전 및 복원을 위한 노력이 지속적으로 이루어짐으로써 건설사업에 의한 환경파괴를 최소화하고 새로운 생태환경을 창출하는 친환경 건설의 대표적인 사례로 자리매김될 수 있으며, 나아가 건설 분야의 친찬경 사고 확산을 위한 근거가 될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.
