전자광학 기술분야의 선진국들이 다른 나라로의 기술이전에 인색한 이유는 이러한 기술이 현대 국방력을 결정하는 중요한 요소로 작용하기 때문이다. 이와 같이 선진국으로부터의 기술이전을 기대하기 어려우므로, 국내에서의 연구가 절실히 요구되는 이 때에, 본 센터의 연구가 성공적으로 수행된다면 국방력 증강에 크게 기여할 것으로 확신하며, 전자광학 관련 장비의 수입대체 효과를 이룰 수 있다. 뿐만 아니라, 이러한 기술과 관련된 장비의 세계 시장이 매년 급격히 증가하고, 이러한 장비는 대단한 부가가치가 높은 산업으로 수출을 통해 국가 경제 부흥에 기여할 수 있다고 생각한다.

오늘날 우리네 일상은 과학기술로 구성되거나 매개된다. 정보처리기술, 유전공학기술 등 과학기술이 급속하게 혁신됨으로써 새로운 지식정보가 쏟아져 나오고 있다. 그러나 기술문명이 발전할수록 물질적인 풍요는 늘어날지 모르지만 정작 우리의 삶은 점전 불안하고 위태롭고 피폐해지는 상황이 전개되고 있다. 새로운 지식정보를 기반으로 현대사회가 날로 복잡해지고 있으며, 인간의 삶의 질을 위협하는 위험요소가 빠른 속도로 증가하고 있는 것이다. 비행기 사고, 건물 붕괴 및 화재, 도시가스 폭발 등 공학 시설에서의 대형사고, 교통사고와 환경오염, 지하철 안전사고, 식품 및 의약품 위해성, 핵발전소 누출과 화학공장의 폭발위험, 유전공학에 의한 생명조작 등은 끊임없이 우리의 삶을 위협하고 있다.

Various stakeholder's expectations and constraints are to be efficiently resolved into a program consensus prior to the beginning of its substantial design processes. This study focuses on the analysis of the stakeholder's expectations in determining the design requirements at the initial stage of space exploration programs including Naro launcher and currently on-going KSLV-II program. Naro program seems to unilaterally account for the government expectations of accelerating program phase speed without making any efforts to converge various expectations from related sectors. The planning of Naro launcher is also found lack of the concept of operations (ConOps), which is of critical importance by envisaging the operational applications of end products. Similarities are found in KSLV-II program regarding the lack of implementation for stakeholder's expectations. Moreover, the government plan for KSLV-II disclosed without considering all expectations and other comments. The increase in design conflicts and program uncertainties would be unavoidable, if the government plan for KSLV-II would be insisted. It is required to modify the government plan and to establish the ConOps with the convergence of stakeholder's expectations at this early stage of the program.

본 논문에서는 해양 및 수산 분야의 투자용 기술력평가모형 개발을 위하여 민간 VC투자 활성화를 위한 평가기법 선행조사를 수행하며, 국내 관련 전문기관 등의 기술투자 관련 기술력평가 모형개발과 활용수준 등을 조사하고, 해외 관련 전문기관의 기술평가모형 현황에 대한 조사·분석을 수행하였다. 또한 투자용 기술력평가 모형의 용도와 방향 설정을 위하여 국내 기술투자 관련 전문가 그룹을 활용하여 기술공급자와 수요자 관점에서의 견해를 반영한 투자모형의 용도와 방향설정을 제시하였다. 결과적으로 기술투자 목적의 평가요인을 도출하고, 기술투자자 입장의 평가결과 유효성 검증을 통해 평가결과의 실무적 활용성을 제고시키고자 한다. 기술보증기금에서 개발한 기존의 투자용 기술력평가 모형이 많은 타 기관에 파급되어 운영되고 있지만, 활용수준이 미미한 점을 검토하여 VC의 투자의사결정 요소에 관한 연구결과를 기반으로 해양수산분야 투자용 기술력평가 신규모형을 설계하였다.

In the architectural design technologies being changed recently, there is the study to develop the way that will enable the designers to get access logically to the processes of deciding the values of design factors which depend on the experience of the designers. This study, which is one part of those studies, has been carried out to develop the model that can decide the values logically for the design factors having the character that the design values are changed by the time variation out of design factors involved in the building energy saving design. As a result, the structure of the decision model which can decide the design values logically from the computer simulation that solve the problem by interpreting the real world as the probability distribution, has been established through this study. For the application and verification of these decision model, the case study has been carried out for the outdoor climate factors that stand for the design factors having the time variation.

Using the concepts on the need of existence of living things, we investigate students' concepts on interdependence concepts between living things. The purposes of this study are to identify components of conceptual ecologies influencing on students' concepts and to describe the relations between those components and their concepts. The subjects of this study are 4 boys, 2 girls in the 3rd grade of middle school. The sources of data used in this study include a questionnaire, interviews and observation of the discussion class. Then, all data collected through each methods are compared and summarized in the relation to the questions of research. As a conclusion, it reveals that students' concepts are connected with several cognitive or affective components. Especially, the major components influencing on students' concepts are their metaphysical beliefs, conceptions includes other fields. These components function as constraints. Given these results, a teacher who want to teach a new concept to students should consider their characteristics and the components of conceptual ecology.

The components that influence recovery were investigated to understand the recovery lived experience of stroke inpatients. Using the phenomenological research methodology reported by Giorgi, 3 conversation sessions were performed on 12 stroke inpatients. The conversations were recorded through agreement, in which the data were analyzed according to the scientific phenomenological methods. Sixteen summarized meaning units were integrated to deduct 10 main meanings and 6 themes. The themes of the restoration experience included the burden of help, performance of independent roles, self-overcoming, return to society, psychological support, and enhanced motivation for recovery. This can be used as data to predict the difficulty that stroke patients experience during hospitalization and propose a direction of intervention for restoration. Rehabilitation experts must provide intervention for the restoration of stroke patients based on the formation of a therapeutic relationship to strengthen the psychological support and motivation, and make strategies for self-overcoming and a proper cooperation relationship with their family.

It is well recognized that ultrasonic technique is one of the most common and reliable nondestructive evaluation techniques for quantitative estimation of defects in structures. For the quantitative and accurate estimation of internal defects. the characteristics of scattered ultrasonic wavefields must be understood. In this study. the scattered near-field and far-field due to a circular cavity embedded in infinite media subjected to incident SH-waves were calculated by the boundary element method. The frequency response of the scattered ultrasonic far-field was transformed into the time-domain signal by obtaining its inverse Fourier transform. It was found that the amplitude of time-domain signal decreases and its time delay increases as the distance between the detecting point of ultrasonic scattered field and the center of internal cavity increases.

The purpose of this study was to examine the constituents of vocational competency affecting the professionalism of dental hygienists. The subjects in this study were 230 dental hygienists who worked in university hospitals, dental hospitals, dental clinics and public dental clinics. A survey was conducted from December, 2013, to February, 2014. To assess their vocational competency and professionalism by general characteristics, one-way ANOVA and t-test were utilized, and the level of significance was set at p<0.05. To determine what elements of vocational competency affected their professionalism, multiple regression analysis was made, and standardized regression coefficients were calculated to represent the influence of the elements. As a result, it's found that the professionalism of the dental hygienists were under the influence of their self-development skills, organizational understanding and mathematical ability. To foster self-development skills, discussion method should be utilized, and team teaching should be used to improve organizational understanding. Besides, internship and on-the-job training should be managed in a more systematic way.

We looked at the background of how Western dance (Dance Sports, Social Dance) was first introduced as social dance in the past in Korean society with Confucian culture. In addition, we look into the social aspects of dance at the time, such as the spread of social dancing before the Korean War, the path through which the social dancing craze developed in the 1950s after the Korean War, and the decadent trend immediately after the Korean War, and how it transformed into a negative cultural phenomenon. We reexamined the series of events along with their social background. And now, social dance and dance sports have undergone such a significant change in perception in Korean society that they have become an indispensable element of life, to the point where the sentence is no longer unfamiliar in our country. Dancesport is an artistic indoor sport that combines elements of dance and sport. We also studied what changes have occurred in Korean society, including modern artistic elements.
