A Process Perspective Event-log Analysis Method for Airport BHS (Baggage Handling System) (공항 수하물 처리 시스템 이벤트 로그의 프로세스 관점 분석 방안 연구)

  • As the size of the airport terminal grows in line with the rapid growth of aviation passengers, the advanced baggage handling system that combines various data technologies has become an essential element in order to handle the baggage carried by passengers swiftly and accurately. Therefore, this study introduces the method of analyzing the baggage handling capacity of domestic airports through the latest data analysis methodology from the process point of view to advance the operation of the airport BHS and the main points based on event log data. By presenting an accurate load prediction method, it can lead to advanced BHS operation strategies in the future, such as the preemptive arrangement of resources and optimization of flight-carrousel scheduling. The data used in the analysis utilized the APIs that can be obtained by searching for "Korea Airports Corporation" in the public data portal. As a result of applying the method to the domestic airport BHS simulation model, it was possible to confirm a high level of predictive performance.

  • Recently, according to the development of ubiquitous computing, the u-GIS which not only used in u-Transport, u-Care, u-Fun, u-Green, u-Business, u-Government, and u-City but also used to provides various spatial information such as the location of user is being the core technology of the ubiquitous computing environment. In this paper, we implemented an mobile spatio-temporal Query Processing Systems for handling the Spatio-Temporal Data in mobile equipment.The mobile spatio-temporal Query Processing Systems provides the spatio-temporal data type and the spatio-temporal operator that is expanded by the spatial data type and the spatial operator from OepenGIS "Simple Feature Specification for SQL". It supports arithmetic coding compression techniques that is considered with a spatio-temporal data specific character. It also provides the function of data cashing for improving the importation and exportation of the spatio-temporal data between a embedded spatio-temporal DBMS and u-GIS server.

Senior Citizen Centers Utilization: Role of Socio-Demographic Factors, Life Satisfaction and Health Condition in Korea (경로당 이용과 인구사회학적 요인, 삶의 만족도, 건강상태에 관한 연구)

  • 목적: 한국은 지역사회 기반 통합 돌봄(커뮤니티케어)을 통해 노인들을 위한 보건 및 사회복지 서비스의 확대를 추진하고 있다. 본 연구는 노인의 경로당 이용에 대한 인구사회인적 요인, 삶의 만족도, 건강상태 등이 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 한다. 연구방법: 2017년 노인실태조사 자료를 이용하여, 횡단 분석 연구가 실시하였다. 이용패턴을 파악하기 위해 기술통계를 하였고, 경로당 이용과 관련된 요소들을 결정하기 위해서는 다변량 로지스틱 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과: 지난 12개월간 노인 1만299명 중 22.7%가 경로당을 이용하였다. 경로당을 이용하는 이유 중 가장 많은 응답은 경로당 동료들과 여가를 보내기 위함이었으며, 대상자의 95% 이상이 제공되는 서비스에 만족하고 있었다. 사회인구학적 특성에 대해서는 여성(AOR=1.20; 95% 신뢰 구간(CI), 1.05-1.38), 80세 이상 노인(AOR= 3.94, 95% CI, 3.30-4.71), 문맹자(AOR=5.27; 95% CI 3.80-7.30), 교육 수준이 낮거나 읍면 지역 출신(AOR=6.42; 95 % CI, 5.72-7.20)이 경로당을 이용할 가능성이 가장 높았다. 생활 만족도 부분에서는 재정적 만족도(AOR=1.21; 95% CI, 1.06-1.37), 문화에 대한 만족도(AOR=1.49; 95% CI, 1.24-1.79) 및 친구들과 사회에 대한 만족도(AOR=4.24; 95% CI, 3.17-5.66)가 높은 사람이 경로당을 더 많이 이용하는 것으로 나타났다. 질병이 없다는 응답자에 비해 만성 질환을 2개 이상 보유한자(AOR= 2.01; 95 % CI, 1.60-2.53)의 경로당 이용률이 2 배 더 높았다. 결론: 정부의 지역사회 기반 통합돌봄 정책 수립을 위하여 경로당 이용에 영향을 미치는 인구사회학적요인, 삶의 만족도, 건강상태와 관련된 요인들을 고려하여, 이용률을 높이고, 건강관리를 위한 통합 돌봄 시설이 될 수 있도록 하여야 할 것이다.

  • Computer education currently executed at middle schools showed problems of system of education curriculum, repetition, and lack of consistent system as a result of analyzing index for information and communication technology curriculum, and related literatures, and most of the education contents have difficulty to nurture logic thinking and problem-solving ability since they are composed mainly of software function learning. Concerning this issue, this study suggests an innovated computer education curriculum with reinforced information ethics field with computer principle, algorithm, and programming, in other words, a corrected and supplemented version of former content system based on computer science guidance cases of ACM computer science curriculum model of USA, computer science curriculum of Florida state, and Unplugged Project(http://www.unplugged.canterbury.ac.nz) judging that introduction of computer science factors are desperate to improve computer education curriculum in middle schools.

  • In high-technology digital age that change everyday fast, Web became most familiar and essential tool to public. Since creation of web, web began from the first step web that offer simple information and contents. and now, it have developed to step offer dynamic contents that various multimedia components are combined. In future, it will develop to the next generation, intelligence style Semantic Web that Meta Communication of meaning-base is possible. In this paper, we examine about concept and characteristic of Semantic web that is a point technology in next generation. Also, we studied about example and practical use in personalized contents side that is based on Semantic Meta-Communication system. Semantic web is value industry field that has infinite possibility and has necessary of a lot of studies and development yet. Therefore in digital age, we expect this paper will help for space construction of more mature communication.

  • The soft landing of a lunar lander after the entrance of lunar orbit is an essential prerequisite for the accomplishment of the lander's lunar mission. During the landing process of a lunar lander, efficient shock absorption and stability maintenance are indispensible technology to protect payloads. Therefore, the landing gear is a crucial structural component of a lunar lander, it has to absorb the kinetic energy associated with touchdown and support the static load of the landing module in an upright position. In this paper, various landing gears of lunar landers which are being developed as well as which had been successfully landed on the moon surface are investigated. In the end, the Korean lunar lander, which is being designed for preliminary development model, is presented as an example of the lunar lander development.

Development of Main Wing Structure of Long Endurance Electric Powered UAV (24시간 장기체공 전기 동력 무인항공기 주익 구조 개발)

  • In order to increase endurance flight efficiency of long endurance electric powered UAV with solar cell, the light weight airframe design techniques are important. In this paper, the design of the main wing of electric powered UAV manufactured using Mylar film and fiber reinforced composite was conducted in order to achieve weight reduction and structural integrity of the structure. The shape of spar and size were determined using beam theory analysis. The finite element analysis of the wing was performed under various load condition derived from flight environment of EAV-2H. Finally, the static strength test of the main wing was conducted to verify structural integrity. It was found that the developed main wing weigh less than 42% than the previous EAV-2 and the main wing passed static strength test under ultimate load.

  • The advent of the Internet and development of information technologies have changed the environment of doing business. Accordingly, they expect that the relative importance of electronic commerce in the business becomes growing more and more. Among the areas of electronic commerce, B2B marketplaces that play the roles of linking buyers and suppliers take the important place. This study examines requirements for activating domestic B2B marketplaces by analyzing the literature and the status of the marketplaces. For the analysis, evaluation factors that belong to one of the four categories (i.e., Information step, Agreement step, Settlement step, and the rest) are selected. Results of the study suggest the following activation requirements for domestic B2B marketplaces : 1. Enforcement of services for the Agreement and Settlement steps. 2. Supporting multinational languages. 3. Diversification of income sources. 4. Standardization. 5. Integrating main systems. 6. Satisfying the necessities of buyers and suppliers.

  • A Web crawler is an important Internet software technology used in a variety of Internet application software which includes search engines. As Internet continues to grow, implementations of high performance web crawlers are urgently demanded. In this paper, we study how to support dynamic scheduling for a multiprocess-based web crawler. For high peformance, web crawlers are usually based on multiprocess in their implementations. In these systems, crawl scheduling which manages the allocation of web pages to each process for loading is one of the important issues. In this paper, we identify issues which are important and challenging in the crawl scheduling. To address the issue, we propose a dynamic crawl scheduling framework and subsequently a system architecture for a web crawler with dynamic crawl scheduling support. And we analysed the behaviors of Web crawler. Based on the analysis result, we suggest the direction for the design of high performance Web crawler.

  • According to ISO/IEC 9000, quality to satisfy users' requirements when using the product or service is defined as the characteristics of the synthesized concept. Secure web application coding information systems with the reliability and quality of service is one of the determining factor. Secure coding in order to achieve the quality based on the model is necessary. The reason is that the security is in quality properties in the range of non-functional requirements that necessitates. Secure coding for the design of quality systems based on the quality of the definition of quality attributes, quality requirements, quality attribute scenarios are defined, and must be set. To this end, referring to IEEE 1061 quality model for web application, quality model structure is developed. Secure web application architecture design is composed of coding quality of the model systems, web applications draw interest to stakeholders, decision drivers secure coding architecture, quality attributes, eliciting quality requirements of the security settings, creating web application architecture descriptions and security framework.
