지중송전라인에서 전압등급의 상승은 선로손실을 줄이면서 밀집된 전력수요에 대응하거나 특별히 고전압 수요를 맞추기 위한 것으로 이것은 XLPE Cable의 제조기술이 향상되면서 지속적으로 진행되어온 초고압송전계통의 일반적 추세이다. 이러한 경향으로 해외에서는 케이블 도체의 송전용량을 증대시킬 수 있는 방법으로 케이블 도체에 에나멜 코팅을 하여 집합을 한다. 그러므로써 기존 케이블에서 발생되는 표피현상 및 근접효과에 의한 AC 저항 요소를 줄여 요구하는 전류용량을 기존 비소선절연 케이블에 비해 더 많이 송전할 수 있다. 하지만, 소선절연 케이블이 전류 용량을 증대 시킬 수 있는 장점은 있으나 접속재의 경우 도체의 에나멜 코팅을 제거해야 하는 문제점이 있다. 당사는 에나멜 코팅을 제거하는 방법을 개발 완료함으로써 본 접속재의 개발을 앞당길 수 있었다. 당사는 쿠웨이트 400kV MEW/C/3931 Project에 400kV XLPE 1C${\times}$2500SQ 소선절연 초고압송전라인을 적용하였는데 본고에서는 여기에 적용된 400kV XLPE 1C${\times}$25000SQ 소전절연 케이블 부속재의 신뢰성을 높이기 위한 설계방법, 시험 및 시공에 대하여 요약하였다.

The problem of library space has long been discussed in various aspects such as library relations, architecture, and space design. The purpose of this study is to examine the change of the concept of the complex space of the library according to the development of advanced technology and the social paradigm, and to present the direction of constructing the complex space of the future library by analyzing each case. All concepts such as mediatheque, information commons, larchiveum, and the maker space that is recently introduced into the library are important elements of the complex space presented as a problem of library construction and space. The future library reflects these concepts and serves as a mediator between information and users, users and users, users and media to support reading, information, learning, rest, community-oriented culture and creation, start-up and collaboration. It should be constructed as a multi-space platform to create new value through.

This paper deals with the efficient management for the intelligent distribution system related with the renewable energy sources, using the wire-wireless monitoring and control device. This device is mainly composed of 2 sections. One is monitoring device with the Autobase S/W and the other is control device using PLC. This paper proposes a wire and wireless monitoring and control device which can monitor and control the 50Kw PV system installed remotely (about 1Km) in the campus of the Korea University of Technology and Education. By the analysis of PV output characteristic using the device proposed in this paper, it is confirmed that the device can contribute the maintenance of PV system and also the establishment of Smart Grid.

This study was to investigate the related convergence factors of periodontal disease in adolescents from Korean multicultural families. Participants were 698 adolescents belong to multicultural family who in the using a web based survey 2015 NKYR. It was defined in this study as one having an immigrant mother. Descriptive analysis and a chi-square test were conducted to determine the factors. Finally to investigate the associations among oral disease symptom, Binary logistic regression analysis was performed. Bleeding gums was not significant higher in female 0.67(0.64-0.71), high school 0.84(0.80-0.88), poor economic status 0.86((0.82-0.90), and was higher in happiness 1.53(1.43-1.64), academic performance 1.08(1.03-1.13), toothbrushing( /day) 1.18(1.13-1.23). Taking into account of social and economic levels, in the multicultural families adolescents, further education and support will be needed for oral prevention.

EDI(Electronic Data Interchange) works by providing a collection of standard message formats and element dictionary in a simple way for businesses to exchange data via any electronic messaging service. Open-edi is electronic data interchange among autonomous parties using public standards and aiming towards interoperability over time, business sectors, information technology and data types. The number of Internet services using XML/EDI has grown rapidly since it is easily expansible and exchangeable. To use this service, the client does not have to install EDI S/W but only needs internet browser. Consequently, it became much easier and faster to handle the trading process in an office. eBusiness SML (extensible markup language) electronic data interchange. eXedi is the service that realizes B2B of XML/EDI. eXedi can be used easily in small and medium sized companies. Companies in any place can access to eXedi using the existing Internet connection. XML/EDI provides a standard framework to exchange different types of data -- for example, an invoice, healthcare claim, project status -- so that the information be it in a transaction, exchanged via an Application Program Interface (API), web automation, database portal, catalog, a workflow document or message can be searched, decoded, manipulated, and displayed consistently and correctly by first implementing EDI dictionaries and extending our vocabulary via on-line repositories to include our business language, rules and objects.

In this paper, we will provide the critical success factors(CSF) for successful northern american co-op programs which are very important and crucial for a unique Korean long-term Co-op(Co-Operative education) education model developed and will be implemented by Korea Tech by benchmarking US and Canadian universities' Co-op eduction model that has 100 years of history. We will discuss and analyze the education systems, strong and weak points of Co-op programs of University of Waterloo, Northeastern University and Drexel University by analyzing the information from various Co-op reports, Co-op manuals, 1:1 interviews with students, faculties and Co-op staff of those universities, etc.

Recently, self-adaptive system researches have been done to solve the problems occurred in the dynamic environment. Designing requirement in the self-adaptive system is necessary to recognize and solve the problem for the system, and if a developer reuses existing adaptation strategy to design the requirement, the designing time and cost would be reduced. Therefore, this paper proposes the system which extracts reusable adaptation strategy from the existing self-adaptive system. For the proposal, this paper conceptualizes the self-adaptation elements, defines the adaptation strategy ontology and target system ontology, and presents the process of extracting reusable strategy. This paper also implements proposed system and evaluates the reuse rate of the extracted strategy. As a result, the adaptation strategies extracted by proposed system are exactly operated, and the extraction method of proposed system shows higher reuse rate than a previous method.

The increasing complexity and shorter life cycle of software have made it necessary to reuse software. Object-oriented development had not provided extensive reuse and computing infrastructures are evolving from mainframe to distributed environments. However, components provide more advanced means of structuring, describing and developing system, because they are more coarse-grained and have more domain-specific aspects than objects. And they are also suited for distributed environment due to their reusability and granularity. In this paper, we present a process including the static metrics and guidelines that can be applied to transform object-oriented systems into component-based systems. Our process consists of two parts: First, basic components are created based upon composition and inheritance relationships between classes. Second, intermediate system is refined into component-based system with the static metrics and guidelines we propose.

The KURT (KAERI Underground Research Tunnel) is a research tunnel which is located in KAERI (Korea Atomic Energy Research Institute) site. At KURT, researches on engineering and natural barrier system, which are the most important components for geological disposal system for high level radioactive waste, have been conducted. In this study, we synthesized the site characteristics obtained by various types of site investigation to introduce the geological model for KURT site, and induced the 3-D hydrogeological model for KURT site from the geological model. From the geological investigation at the surface and boreholes, four geological elements such as subsurface weathered zone, upper fractured rock, lower fractured rock and fracture zones were determined for the geological model. In addition, the geometries of these geological elements were also analyzed for the geological model to be three-dimensional. The results from 3-D geological model were used to construct the hydro-geological model for KURT site, which is one of the input data for groundwater flow modeling and safety assessment.

Magazines in this 21st century which is most influenced by digital medium are in the middle position widely between traditional one; broadcastings & newspapers and new one; the mediums based on internet. Although most of the people said magazines were disappeared by growth of the digital technology, contrary to their expectations, magazines have more fixed position now by professionalizing itselves with more diverse themes. However, digital media such as Internet became a part of every day life that cannot be ignored, and digitalization of magazines was not an option but an indispensable stipulation. Especially, web version development of existing magazines is becomes an urgent issues. Therefore, the study of type of expression that can be used for existing publishers to keep their identity on digital medium is a necessary result. As the study which it sees regarding the notion and an intergral part of the Magazine Identity it leads, it materialize the construction phase of the Magazine Identity. With this categorization which will reach domestic, it compares and analyzes an outside instance, presently it constitute the expression type of a magazine that is published.
