현재의 웹은 시각적인 표현을 위한 것으로써 정보를 사람에게 어떻게 보여줄 것인가에 대해서 초점을 두고 개발되었다. 따라서 폭발적으로 증가하는 웹 데이터에서 사용자가 원하는 정보를 신속 정확하게 찾는 것은 점점 어렵게 되었다. 이를 개선하기 위해 자연언어처리, 에이전트, 검색엔진 등과 같은 기술을 개발하였으나 정보와 표현을 위한 태그의 혼합으로 컴퓨터가 정보를 효과적인 추출 및 이해하는데 한계가 있다. 이는 지금까지의 웹 기술로써는 다양한 표현과 사용하기 쉽지만 정보의 의미표현이 부족하기 때문이다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 정보를 온톨로지로써 개념화하고 이를 컴퓨터가 이해하며 이기종 컴퓨터간의 자유로운 정보접근을 위해 1990년 대 말에 시맨틱 웹이 제안되었다. 현재 시맨틱 웹은 RDF(S), OIL. DAML, SHOE 등과 같은 마크업 언어가 연구 개발 중에 있으나 이 역시 지식표현 분야 위주의 연구로 그 한계가 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 시맨틱 웹을 위한 지금까지의 마크업 언어에 대한 분석을 하고, 효과적인 시맨틱 웹의 구현을 위한 객체지향의 마크업 언어를 제안한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 마크업 언어는 이기종의 분산환경에 적합하고 재사용성 및 확정성에 용이하는 등의 장점들을 갖고 있다.

현 시점의 대학에서는 기존의 산업기술을 ICT와 창의적으로 융합해 새로운 부가가치를 창출하는 4차 산업혁명에 대비하여 창의적 인재를 양성해야한다. 이를 위해 많은 대학에서는 모든 강의에 플립러닝을 도입하여 적용시키고자 하는 노력이 이루어지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 산업기술과 ICT의 융합에 기본이 되는 프로그램 개발의 핵심 언어라고 할 수 있는 C 언어 수업에 MOOC 시스템을 기반으로 하는 플립러닝을 적용하는 수업을 설계한다. 플립러닝 수업의 경우 자기 주도적 학습이 이루어지지 않을 경우 수업의 효과가 미미할 수 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 학생들의 참여를 능동적으로 이끌어 내고, 학습 이해도를 높이기 위한 방법을 제시하여 플립러닝 수업의 성공적 적용을 이루고자 한다.

This study is aimed at qualitatively looking into multi-cultual family mothers' experiences in children's bilingual education. The subjects for the study were seven married immigrant Vietnamese women with elementary school children who have recently finished bilingual education. After recording their interviews and then transcribing them, the data was analyzed by utilizing comparative analysis method. The results were divided into three categories of experiences: emotional, identical, and relational aspects. The results of this study will offer information about necessary support for bilingual education to multi-cultural family members.

In universities, programming language-based thinking and software education for non-majors are being implemented to cultivate creative and convergent talent capable of leading the digital convergence era in line with the Fourth Industrial Revolution. However, learners face difficulties in acquiring the unfamiliar syntax and programming languages. The purpose of this study is to propose a software education model to alleviate the challenges faced by non-major students during the learning process. By introducing algorithm techniques and diagram techniques based on programming language thinking and using the EZMKER kit as an instructional model, this study aims to overcome the lack of learning about programming languages and syntax. Consequently, a structured software education model has been designed and implemented as a top-down system learning model.

지능형 정보검색시스템이 효율적으로 운용되기 위해서는 여러개의 서브시스템이 필요하다. 특히, 시소러스와 색인 및 검색시스템용 전자사전은 중요한 지식베이스이다. 본 연구에서는 한글전자사전의 개발에 필요한 이론과 구축기술에 대해 조사하였다. 그 내용은 1)전자사전의 의미, 2)전자사전의 형태, 3) 전자사전개발을 위한 코퍼스 구축기술 및 방법이라는 이론적인 부분과 실제 과기원코퍼스2를 이용한 균형코퍼스를 설계하였다. 한편, 균형코퍼스를 이용한 기본적인 명사사전과 공기사전, 전문용어사전구축방법도 제시하였다.

세종전자사전이 궁극적으로 범용전자사전을 지향한다는 점에 비추어 볼 때, 텍스트 자동 분석과 생성, 정보 검색 및 자동 번역 등에 활용될 데이터베이스로서의 전자사전은 자연 언어 어휘의 내적 구조와 기능방식에 관한 정보들, 가령 음운 통사 의미 화용적 가치와 실현 조건 등에 관한 정보들을 체계적이고도 정교하게 담고 있어야만 한다. 의존명사, 대명사, 수사 범주에 속하는 언어 단위들은 단일 명사와 구별되는 어휘 통사적 속성들을 지니며, 사전의 기술 구조에는 그 정보 값들을 체계적으로 명시화할 수 있는 정보 항목과 표상 구조가 설정되어야 한다. 가령 의존명사처럼 통사 의미적 자율성을 지니지 않는 언어 요소의 경우, 어휘 관계 정보보다는 인접하는 여타 언어 단위들과의 호응관계나 결합제약 조건들이 더 중요한 정보일 수 있다. 본 사전이 체언사전의 하위사전으로 별도로 구축되는 것은 단일어 사전에서 그러한 정보들을 효과적으로 표상하기 어렵기 때문이다. 그러나 본 사전은 실제적으로는 체언사전에 통합되어 운영된다는 점에서 이중적 지위를 누린다고 하겠다.

In this paper, we try to criticize a bias that liberal arts are not practical. First, I introduce holistic models of knowledge and constructivism in education. Second, I suggest 'linguistic turn' as another noticeable phenomenon. Language is an element of culture, but a priviledged one because culture, in itself, is linguistic. So culture is a sort of a text. We can see that liberal arts or humanities to deal with texts, contexts and languages can have an important role to read, understand and construct a world. So the rediscovery of the traditional model of the education of liberal arts like processes of graduating studies of liberal arts or humanities, is relevant to a new 'practical' model of reading and leading recent social transformations. An important point is academic contribution. And current situation called 'Knowledge-Based Society' also supports my point in another way. The situation of rapidly changing knowledge requires an education of problem-solving ability by unifying and reconstructing knowledge supporting with constructivism in education rather than the cramming system of education.

The large scale documents of the data repository are utilized to the diverse applications. In the cross-language information retrieval, if the words of a query contain polymorphic meanings, the system needs multilingual corpus to exactly translate to the target words. We constructed the financial comparable corpus, called KFCM(Korean Financial Corpus corresponding to MLCC Corpus), comparing to the MLCC Polylingual Documents which consisted with the 6 European languages. It is independently constructed under the DTD of MLCC comparable corpus, and can be utilized to the cross-language information retrieval. In this paper, we discussed about the application and construction procedures of KFCM which is public domain data.

가상 기계 개념은 목적 기계에 영향을 받지 않는 컴파일러의 중간언어로부터 시작되었다. 즉, 기존에는 실행 프로그램이 하드웨어와 운영체제에 종속적이었으나 가상 기계는 플랫폼 독립을 가능하게 한다. 임베디드 시스템이란 전용 동작을 수행하거나 또는 특정 임베디드 소프트웨어 응용 프로그램과 함께 사용되도록 디자인된 특정 컴퓨터 시스템 또는 컴퓨팅 장치를 말한다. 임베디드 시스템을 위한 가상 기계 기술은 모바일 장치와 디지털-TV 등에 탑재할 수 있는 핵심 기술과 다운로드 솔루션을 이용한 동적인 실행 기술이 요구된다. 또한 컨텐츠 개발을 쉽게 하기 위해서 다양한 언어를 지원하고 언어들 간의 통합이 가능하다. 본 논문에서는 클래스 파일 포맷, PE 파일 포맷 등 기존의 가상 기계를 위한 파일 포맷들의 분석을 기반으로 하여 임베디드 시스템을 위한 실행 파일 포맷인 EVM 파일 포맷을 제안한다. EVM 파일 포맷은 언어 통합을 지원하고 구조가 간결하며 확장이 용이한 특징을 지닌다. 또한 메타데이터와 중간언어(SIL)가 서로 독립적으로 구성되어 분석이 쉽고 타입 체크가 괸리한 구조이다.
