The possibility of a super-large disaster is increasing due to changes in national territory, urban space and social environment, extreme weather conditions due to climate change, and paralysis of national infrastructure due to natural disasters. In this study, in order to support the systematic establishment of national territorial disaster prevention strategies for future disasters, alternatives to intelligent national territorial disaster prevention policies for future disasters were considered. Changes in the national environment related to future disasters, domestic and foreign prior studies and policy trends related to national disaster prevention, and studies related to the national disaster management system were investigated, and institutional and technical policy alternatives were derived. As a policy alternative, it was suggested that the creation of a self-adapting national territory for future disasters should be systematized and continuously supported through a technically intelligent decision-making support system.

In this paper, a method is proposed to evaluate a number of alternatives for light-weight rolling stock recommended from experts in rolling stock and to decide an optimal alternative. At first, many customer needs from various fields in railroad are drawn and weights of customer needs are decided by AHP. Secondly, technical requirements that should be real specifications for light-weight rolling stock are set and weights of technical requirements are decided by QFD. Finally, we evaluate some proposed alternatives and conclude an optimal alternative of light-weight rolling stock with TOPSIS.

The Korean government establishes a strategy to develop the Busan New Port as a world ranking two transit-oriented port. This paper aims at presenting an efficient inter-terminal transport (ITT) system in the Busan New Port as a method of achieving the government strategy. First, it presents results of long term forecast for the inter-terminal transportation volume in the port. Second, it proposes two systems to treat ITT in the port; Double stack Multiple Trailer System (DMTS) and Rail-based transportation system. The implementation methods in the port are introduced in detail for the both systems, and the required number of the systems and costs are calculated for implementation of both the systems. B/C for DMTS is analyzed to 3.7, moreover unit-fare per [$ton{\cdot}km$] can is lowered to 67% against current fare. DMTS is shown to highly potential for efficient ITT in the port.

저자들이 국내 열병합 발전소의 실태와 운전상황을 현지근무를 통해 확인하였고 국내외 자료를 통한 세계적인 추세와 우리나라의 미래지향적 에너지 공급을 염두에 두면서 종합적으로 열병합발저시스템의 한층더 높은 보급확대를 위해 본고에서는 그동안의 현황과 경험을 바탕으로 크게 기술 분야와 환경 분야 그리고 제도 분야에서의 과제를 언급함과 동시에 이에 대한 대안을 제시하고자 한다. 이로서 국내 열병합발전시스템의 성장과 발전에 참고가 될 것을 기대하는 바이다.

전문 서비스로봇인 국방 무인 로봇은 무기체계 개발 시, 소요군의 운용개념 미확정, 국내 로봇 기술수준(TRL) 및 기술성숙도 미흡 등으로 무인체계의 소요기획 및 전력화 소요 반영이 되지 않고 장기적인 획득 대안으로 생각하고 있으나, 미국의 미래 전투체계(Future Combat System)에서 보듯이 네트워크 중심전(NCW)으로의 전장 환경변화 등 무인전투체계의 통신 및 소프트웨어(복합체계 공통운용환경(SOSCOE: System of Systems Common Operating Environment))의 중요성은 더욱 커지고 있다. 국가적으로는 국방 무인 로봇을 시장확산분야로 인식하고 있으며, 그동안 해외 도입 위주의 국방 무인 로봇 시장에 대한 중요성이 부각되고 있어, 우리나라 창조경제 발전의 견인차 역할로 무인체계 시장의 선점 및 새로운 고용시장을 창출할 수 있는 기반으로 투자를 확대하고 있다. 따라서, 본 논고를 통하여 무인체계에 대한 체계개발 활성화 방안에 기여하기 위한 선제적인 방법으로 연구개발 방향을 설정하고, 기술개발 방향 및 획득 우선순위 등 개발전략을 수립하고 그 대안을 제시하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect to financial outcome and workers' outcome, using the manufacturing industry database of Human Capital corporate Panel from Korea Research Institute for Vocational Education & Training. Especially, this study used the typology of Lean production and Autonomous team production, that are the typical form of alternative work organization, to analyze. In the case of domestic manufacturing industry, individual participation practices, that have the main characteristics such as QC or suggestion system, is expanded. Therefore, with the reference of Lean production, Autonomous Team Production and the Taylor system are compared and analyzed, considering the characteristics of Socio-technical System. As a result, it is showed that the Lean production and Autonomous Team Production as a alternative work organization are more positive about the organizational performance and workers' outcome than the taylor system. However, when Lean production and Autonomous Team Production are compared, it is showed unsignificant distinction to the effect of organizational performance. Meanwhile, Lean production showed more negative effect on the every dependent variables such as working hours, income, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment as workers' performance than the Autonomous Team Production. Although the common ideas and belief is that the Lean Production is superior for the quality and organizational performance improvement, it is implied the possibility that there is some damaged workers' performance on the hidden side of that mechanism.

This paper introduces the technology roadmapping process. As a needs-driven technology planning tool, technology roadmapping can help identify and select technology alternatives to meet a set of market needs. Thus, it allows increasingly limited R&D investments to be used more efficiently. In this contribution we classify the technology roadmap on the basis of literature review and case survey, and provide the technology roadmapping process.
