Personal Recommendation Service Design Through Big Data Analysis on Science Technology Information Service Platform (과학기술정보 서비스 플랫폼에서의 빅데이터 분석을 통한 개인화 추천서비스 설계)

  • Reducing the time it takes for researchers to acquire knowledge and introduce them into research activities can be regarded as an indispensable factor in improving the productivity of research. The purpose of this research is to cluster the information usage patterns of KOSEN users and to suggest optimization method of personalized recommendation service algorithm for grouped users. Based on user research activities and usage information, after identifying appropriate services and contents, we applied a Spark based big data analysis technology to derive a personal recommendation algorithm. Individual recommendation algorithms can save time to search for user information and can help to find appropriate information.

  • This study is to prove the effect of raising the value of the expert knowledge of technical experts or researchers that obtained systematic education on finance and management, on the individual's performance, and to do so, BSC(Balanced ScoreCard) is to be used to analyze how the individual's performance was affected. The results indicates that development and management of substantial programs on finance and management-related educations, with the purpose of inspiring management mind on professional employees, are demanded.

  • 본 연구에서는 지방자치단체에서 실시하고 있는 단기 창업교육프로그램 참가자들의 학습동기와 창업의지, 교육 만족도, 자기 유능감이 창업교육성과에 미치는 영향을 문헌적으로 고찰하였으며, 설정된 연구가설의 검증을 위하여 서울시와 인천시가 주관하는 단기 창업교육프로그램 참가자들을 대상으로 실증적 분석을 실시하였다. 실증 분석 결과를 요약하면, 첫째 단기 창업교육프로그램 참가자의 학습참여 동기는 교육만족도와 자기유능감에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 단기 창업교육프로그램 참가자의 창업의지는 교육만족도에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 참가자의 교육 만족도는 자기유능감에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 넷째, 학습자의 만족도와 자기유능감은 교육성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 연구 결과를 종합해보면 지방자치단체의 단기 창업교육프로그램 참가자의 학습 참여 동기와 창업의지가 높을수록 창업에 대한 다양한 지식과 기술 습득을 의미하는 자기 유능감과 만족도가 높아지며, 아울러 단기 창업교육프로그램에 대한 학습자의 교육성과 또한 높게 나타났다. 본 연구가 시사하는 바는 최근 들어 증가하고 있는 지방자치단체의 단기 창업교육프로그램이, 비교적 장기간에 걸쳐 진행되는 정규교육기관의 창업교육과는 달리, 짧은 기간 내에 효과적인 창업교육 성과를 달성하기 위해서는 교육 참가자들의 학습동기 및 창업의지 등 개인적 특성을 사전에 충분히 파악하여 적합한 대상자를 선발하여야 하며, 교육내용에 대한 만족도 제고를 통해 예비 창업자들이 스스로 다양한 창업관련 지식과 기술 등에 관한 자기 유능감을 향상시키는 데 주안점을 두어야 한다는 점이다.

  • This research was conducted for an acquisition of the ramjet engine test facility design technique which are concerned about freejet type test facility. In this research, we concentrated on the design technique and the construction technique of the vitiation air heater(VAH), test section, diffuser and ejector. Based on the operating modes of the basic test facility, ten operating modes in coordinates "Altitude-Mach number" was regenerated from Mach 2, Altitude 0km to Mach 5, Altitude 15km. In this operating modes, we calculated a design parameter of the supersonic nozzle, VAH, diffuser and ejector and acquired a technique for the ramjet test facility operating and repairing.

ICT중소기업의 기업가 정신과 혁신역량이 기업성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 : 사회적 자본의 조절효과 분석을 중심으로

  • 우리나라의 중소기업은 국가경제의 근간을 이루고 있으며, 고용창출, 기술혁신, 산업의 다양성 등 여러 측면에서 국민경제 발전에 있어서 실질적인 원동력이 되고 있다. 이로 인해 중소기업은 기술혁신을 통해서 혁신역량을 확보하는 것이 더욱더 중요해졌으며, 내부자원의 한계로 인해 경영에 필요한 다양한 정보와 여러 가지 도움들을 외부와의 협업과 다양한 네트워크 활동을 통해 습득해 나가고 있다. 더 나아가서 시장기회를 포착하고 조직 성장을 위한 수단들을 모색하기 위한 수단으로 기업가 정신 또한 필요하다. 본 연구는 ICT중소기업의 기업성과에 영향을 미치는 요인에 있어 기업가 정신과 기업의 혁신역량이 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보고자 했으며, 사회적 자본이 기업가 정신과 기업성과 간의 조절역할을 하는지 살펴보고자 1,200개 기업을 대상으로 실증 분석을 했다. 분석 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기업가 정신은 기업성과에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인됐으며, 사회적 자본 변수가 기업가 정신과 기업성과 간의 조절효과가 있다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 둘째, 혁신 역량이 기업성과에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 또한 사회적 자본 변수가 조절효과를 한다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 연구 결과를 통해, 기업가 정신이 기업성과에 영향을 미치는데 있어서 사회적 자본이 중요한 역할을 하고 있다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

The Study about the Job Satisfaction and Independent Establishment of Physical Therapy of Working Physical Therapist in Gyeongnam Region (경남지역 물리치료사의 직무만족도 및 자립개설에 대한 조사연구)

  • This study aimed to suggest basic data required to improve the awareness of physical therapy and examine physical therapists' awareness of the independent establishment of physical therapy clinics. To do so, 175 physical therapists in Gyeongnam areas were surveyed. Their general characteristics were statistically analyzed using SPSS 10.0, and their current workplace, working conditions and job satisfaction were analyzed using chi square distributions. The awareness of independent establishment was analyzed using the Excel program. The statistical significance (a) in this study was set at 0.05. Their interest in physical therapy was surveyed by gender, and 52.2% of males showed interest, higher than that of females. The satisfaction level of those who work in general hospitals with self-development was 32.8%, higher than that of those who work in clinics. To the question about independent establishment, 83.4% agreed to independent establishment, and 57.5% answered that the first thing to do before independent establishment is acquiring professional theoretical knowledge and clinical treatment skills. In terms of the areas of establishment, 45.2% answered physical therapy for the musculoskeletal system, and 39.7% answered that the awareness of doctors is the biggest obstacle to independent establishment. It will be necessary to ensure physical therapists acquire professional theoretical knowledge and clinical treatment skills and to improve awareness between physical therapists and doctors. In addition, it is considered that departments related to physical therapy need to be unified as a four-year course, and the independent establishment of physical therapy clinics is required to be legalized.

A Study on the College Adaptation and Core competencies of Students in Post Corona Era (포스트 코로나 시대 대학생들의 대학생활적응과 핵심역량에 대한 연구)

  • The aim of this study is to provide basic data for college life adaptation support measures at the college level by identifying college life adaptation status, the relevance of university life adaptation and the core competencies. In order to ahieve this aim there are three objectives. This study is a research study to understand the relationship between college life adaptation and core competencies of college students before and after the coronavirus. The subject of this study was 171 university students from Seoul, Gyeonggi, and Honam. Data was collected through an untact questionnaire, and data analysis was performed using the SPSSWIN 25.0 program for mean, descriptive statistics, frequency analysis, T-test, correlation, and regression analysis. As a result, first, the difficulty of "emotional adaptation" before the coronavirus was high, and the difficulty of "academic adaptation" was high after the coronavirus. Second, the core competencies of college students were highest in the order of 'interpersonal relationship competency', 'problem solving competency', and 'information communication competency'. Third, as a result of analysis of the relationship between core competency factors and adaptation to university life, difficulties in social adaptation were found both before and after the coronavirus. After the corona, difficulties in adapting to school and learning new skills appeared. In conclusion, in order for university students to adapt to university life in the post-corona era, university-level support is needed to reinforce interpersonal relations competencies in unrect situations, reinforce information and communication competencies to promote academic adaptation, and reinforce new skills acquisition competencies.

The Necessity for End-of-Life Care Education: A Preliminary Analysis with Interns at Two University Hospitals (임종돌봄에 대한 교육의 필요성: 2개 대학병원의 인턴을 대상으로 예비 분석)

  • Purpose: This study was performed to explore the current state of end-of-life (EoL) care education provided to new interns at two university hospitals. Methods: A questionnaire was given to incoming interns (N=64). The levels of acquired knowledge and experience of clinical observation were measured. Seven areas for self-assessment questions were identified and used to analyze the interns' attitudes towards EoL-related education and practice. Results: On average, participants learned five elements (nine in total) from EoL-related classes and two (seven in total) from clinical observation. The most frequently educated element was how to deliver bad news (96.9%) in the classroom setting and how to control physical symptoms (56.5%) in clinical observation. Less than 20% received training on EoL care communication, including discussion of advanced directives. Compared with participants who had no EoL training, those who had EoL training showed positive attitudes in all seven categories regarding overall satisfaction, interest and preparedness in relation to EoL-care classes and practice. Conclusion: Although interns are responsible for caring of dying patients, their EoL training in classroom and clinical settings was very insufficient. Further research should be conducted to establish an education system that provides sufficient knowledge and training on EoL care.

Effects of Forest Healing Programs Using School Forests on Language Acquisition and Ego-resilience of Multicultural Background Students (학교 숲을 활용한 산림치유프로그램 활동이 다문화배경 학생들의 언어습득 향상과 자아탄력성에 미치는 영향)

  • As the number of students in the multicultural background grows, the interest in their education is also increasing. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of forest healing factors on the improvement of language ability and ego-resilience of students from multicultural families. We conducted an after-school forest healing program of ten male and ten female middle school students of a multicultural preparatory school located in ${\bigcirc}{\bigcirc}$-dong in Cheongju, Chungnam Province. The experiment consisted of a total of 12 weekly one-hour (60 minutes) programs from April 12, 2018 to June 26, 2018. The forest healing program is an activity that uses the various environmental factors that exist in the forest to increase the immunity of the human body and restore physical and mental health. To determine the difference in ego-resilience before and after the program, we conducted a paired t-test and analyzed with the SPSS 18.0 program. The results showed that the ego-resilience significantly improved in all sub-factors including the positive thinking ability, problem-solving ability, intimacy ability, emotional adjustment ability, and autonomic behavior ability (p<.001). The descriptive statistics of the language ability showed the improvement in writing errors, pronunciation errors, sentence errors, tense errors, and errors in research and connection. We expect the results of this study can be used as the basic data to improve ego-resilience and language acquisition ability of middle-entry children and students from multicultural families.

DC-DC Converter for Low-Power Power Management IC (저-전력 전력 관리 회로를 위한 DC-DC 변환기)

  • In this paper, design of high-efficiency DC-DC converter is presented for low-power PMIC (power management integrated circuit). As PMIC technologies for IoT and wearable devices have been continuously improved, high-efficiency energy harvesting schemes should be essential. Since the supply voltage resulting from energy harvesting is low and widely variable, design techniques to achieve high efficiency over a wide input voltage range are required. To obtain a constant switching frequency for wide input voltage range, frequency compensation circuit using supply-voltage variation sensing circuit is included. In order to obtain high efficiency performance at very low-power condition, accurate burst-mode control circuit was adopted to control switching operations. In the proposed DC-DC buck converter, output voltage is set to be 0.9V at the input voltage of 0.95~3.3V and maximum measured efficiency is up to 78% for the load current of 180uA.
