The digital bio-healthcare industry is one of the three major fostering industries of the Korean Moon Jae-In government. The purpose of this study is to compare and analyze the ripple effect and investment effect in digital bio-healthcare industry. Analyzing the ripple effects of the digital bio-healthcare industry is very important to induce policies on industry and technology development. First, the research methods were reclassified into 33 industries in the standard industry classification and rewritten into 35 industry classification tables. Second, various trigger coefficients and ripple effects coefficients were rewritten by the analysis framework of the industrial association table. Third, we compared the ripple effects of related industries in the production, investment, value-added and jobs sectors of the digital bio-healthcare industry. Finally, in terms of investment effects, the effects of in-house and related industries were compared. The result of this study would be helpful in the establishment of industrial policy and technology development policy.

VR/AR 관련 산업은 신산업 창출, 일자리 증대, 국민 생활 향상 등을 목표로 VR/AR 산업의 육성과 활성화를 위해 부처 차원에서 진행하고 있다. 국내 VR/AR 산업은 글로벌 시장과 비교 시 기술력, 산업 현장 인력 부족, 기존 산업과의 접목 등 여러 요소가 필요하다고 평가하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 VR/AR 관련 분야의 산업 활성화를 위해 최근10년 동안의 국가R&D 과제와 참여인력 정보 등을 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 참여 인력은 년도 별로 증가하지만, 특정 지역에 집중되어 있으며, 석·박사 수준의 고급 인력이 부족한 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 매년 정부의 연구비 투자가 증가하였고, 기업과 대학에서 공동 연구가 활발하게 이루어지고 있었다. 이러한 분석 정보는 정부가 추진하는 VR/AR 산업 활성화를 위해 앞으로의 정부 재정적 지원, 산학연 협력관계 구축, 실무에 적합한 전문인력 양성 등 정책결정에 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

가상 화폐 분야의 핵심 기술로 소개된 블록체인(Blockcahin) 기술은 4차 산업혁명에서 중심이 되는 기술로 주목받고 있다. 본 논문에서는 블록체인 시스템의 구조도와 대표적인 합의 알고리즘, 즉 증명(PoW: Proof of Work), 지분증명(PoS: Proof of Stake) 그리고 PBFT (Practical Byzantine Fault Tolerance)을 조사하였다. 합의 알고리즘의 특성을 분석하기 위하여, 보안성, 에너지 소비량, 거래 처리속도를 지표로 세워서 합의 알고리즘들에 대하여 전체적으로 비교 및 분석을 하였다.

캐나다는 우리나라와 경제규모, 기술수준, 관련 산업의 발전 및 고급인력의 공급 등 여러 측면에서 비교가능하다. 하지만 항공기산업의 경우, 캐나다는 낮은 군수의존도에도 불구하고 민수기 개발을 중심으로 정부는 산업의 육성을 위해 효율적이고, 지속적인 정책을 추진한 결과 세계 5위 수준의 산업성과를 보이고 있으며, 대표적인 기업인 Bombardier는 브라질의 Embraer와 함께 세계의 중소형 민수기 시장을 양분하고 있다. 한편 우리나라는 세계 13위의 경제규모와 세계 10위권의 군용기 보유로 인한 매우 큰 규모의 잠재적인 항공기 군수수요를 보유하고 있다는 점 등을 고려할 때 산업 발전을 위한 양호한 환경과 기회를 갖추고 있다고 볼 수 있다. 일국의 항공기산업의 발전 정도는 그 나라의 전반적인 산업 및 경제규모와 그 기술수준에 밀접하게 관련되어 있다는 점을 감안한다면 우리나라 항공기산업의 성과는 캐나다는 물론 여타의 국가에 비해서도 여전히 미흡하다고 볼 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 캐나다 항공기산업이 발전해 온 과정과 성장배경 및 정부의 육성지원 정책을 분석하고, 우리나라의 그것과 비교함으로써, 향후 우리나라 항공기산업의 발전의 방향에 대한 시사점을 얻고자 한다.

The hypothesis suggested by Porter and van der Linde claims that innovating firms operate in a dynamic competitive situation which allows global diffusion of environmental-friendly technologies. Therefore, countries that are subjects to more stringent environmental regulations may become net exporters of environmental technologies. In the context of Porter hypothesis, this study investigates the impact of importing countries' environmental regulation on Korea and Japan's export flows of technologies for renewable energies and energy efficiency by estimating the gravity equation. The estimation result shows that : (1) our results are consistent with the Porter hypothesis where environmental regulation represents a significant source of comparative advantages, (2) Korea's export flows of technologies for renewable energies and energy efficiency with respect to the importing countries' environmental regulation are more sensitive than Japan's, and (3) the adverse relationship between export flows and importers' environmental stringency in developing countries does not hold in the renewable energies and energy efficiency related sector.

본 논문에서는 기업 비즈니스 분석을 위해 한국표준산업분류에 근거하여 국내 사업체의 산업군을 분류하는 앙상블 분류 모델 구축 방법론을 제시한다. 기업 평가 및 보고서 자동화 시스템 구축을 위해 기업의 재무제표 정보, 기업등록부와 같은 신고 정보, 사업체 조사 정보에 포함된 텍스트 정보를 이용하여, 각 기업이 속해 있는 산업군 정보를 분석해야 하며, 이를 통해 동일한 산업군에 속해 있는 다른 기업에 대한 현황 파악 및 비교 등 비즈니스 정보를 분석할 수 있다.

최근 4차 산업혁명이 많은 관심이 불러일으키며 기술발전의 속도가 점점 빨라지고 있다는 것에 많은 전문가들이 동의하고 있다. 하지만 정량적 데이터로 이를 증명한 논문은 찾기 어렵다. 최근 연구결과를 보면 오히려 일반적으로 기술발전 속도에 반비례한다고 알려진 TCT값이 과거에 비해 점점 커지고 있음을 확인할 수 있다. 실제로 사업화가 되어 산업에 영향을 미치는 특허는 매우 소수이기 때문에, 실제 산업발전에 기여 할 것으로 예상되는 핵심특허만 뽑아 분석하면 특허 전수를 분석한 것과는 다른 양상이 나올 것으로 가정하고 이들의 기술수명주기를 전체 특허의 기술수명기기와 비교하였다.

We examined the relationship between innovation capability of R&D and the firm's performance by mainly comparing regional strategy industry with non-regional strategy industry. Also, this analysis involved comparing the relationship by regional strategy industry. For the purpose of this study, we divided innovation capability of R&D into input, process and output. The first of main results in this study was that regional strategic industry was significantly higher than non-regional strategy industry in innovation capability of R&D with the exception of the CEO's mind for technological innovations. However, we found no significant difference in the firm's performance. Second, in the results of comparing innovation capability of R&D and the firm's performance by regional strategy industry, electronic-information equipment industry was significantly superior to other industries. Third, it was found that the relationship between innovation capability of R&D and the firm's performance was different by regional strategy industry. Also, R&D manpower and R&D process were more significant factors affecting the firm's performance rather than R&D input and output.

Considering the similarity in legislation and long-term industrial trend of Korea and Japan, continuous attention to the Japanese situation is useful for the development of a domestic construction strategy. In order to compare the current on-site construction management practice of the two countries and analyze the reasons for discrepancy, a literature review, expert interview, and site investigation were executed. A detailed survey of experts with experience in both countries revealed that overall, Korea's level of competitiveness is gaining on that of Japan. However, the Japanese construction industry was still evaluated as maintaining higher competitiveness, due mainly to comprehensive planning for operation, well-established design documents, and effective total quality safety environment management, all of which are combined with institutional support and a cooperative attitude by labor. Adjustments should be made for advanced technologies considering the attributes of a typical Japanese construction prior to establishing and implementing application strategies according to the suggestion of experts. Based on the results of this study, a benchmarking of Japanese strength should be conducted, and this is eventually expected to contribute to establishing green construction, enhancing safety, improving culture, and reinforcing the capabilities of participants.

필자는 지난 6월 1일부터 6일까지 6일 동안 한국가스신문과 한국도시가스협회가 공동으로 개최한 싱가포르 및 말레이시아의 가스산업을 시찰하고 싱가포르에서 개최된 GASEX2004 전시회에도 참관하는 기회를 가졌다. 필자는 이 경험을 통해 국내와 해외의 가스산업을 비교 분석해 보는 좋은 계기가 되었으며 아울러 해외의 가스산업기술이 어느 정도로 발전했는가를 알아보는 좋은 경험이 되었다.
