  • This paper is to represent the cross-border mobility of experienced Professional Engineers by establishing and maintaining an EMF International Register of Professional Engineers which is based on confidence in the integrity of national assessment system and a system of mutual recognition secured through continuing mutual inspection and evaluation of these systems.
