(사)한국포장협회(회장 임경호)가 지난해 9월 2일부터 11월 22일까지 총 11주간 진행한 제32기 포장기술관리사(Packaging Professional) 통신교육을 진행한 결과, 57명의 포장기술관리사를 배출했다. 이번 제32기 포장기술관리사 통신교육에서는 손봉철 씨가 총 1백점 만점에 97.5점을 획득해 최고 성적우수자로 선정됐으며, 성안기계(주)의 장양대 과장이 96.5점으로 2등, 세미산업(주)의 이종환 사원이 95.4점으로 3등으로 수료했다. 다음에 제32기 포장기술관리사 우수성적 수료자들로부터 포장기술관리사 통신교육에 대한 견해를 들어보도록 한다.

Efficient Professional Engineers(PE) play an important role in development of the scientific technology and the national industry. Recent technologies have been more complicated, fusionized and globalized. Thus it is required to establish total system doing the PE more competitive and specialized. This study is to Propose 'an improvement system for the current Specialized Engineer System(so-called recognized PE)' and 'an Unifying method of managing PE' by the professional Engineers Act for Korean PE so as to meet the global standards. As Improvement policy for the Specialized Engineer system, some alternatives are suggested including removal or change of the recognized PE. And two improved alternates were also suggested in order to manage the PE more systematic and competitive. One of the two is that the Ministry Of Science and Technology(MOST) have an authority to manage every activities associated with PE system for example PE qualification, PE exam, PE CPD(continuing professional development), PE employment, and so on.

(사)한국포장기술사회(회장 김기태)는 한국산업인력공단이 실시한 제90회 기술사 자격시험 결과 총 7명의 포장기술사가 합격했다고 전했다. 올해 탄생한 포장기술사는 $\blacktriangle$(주)테크팩솔루션 박진호 차장 $\blacktriangle$삼성전자 김동중 수석 연구원 $\blacktriangle$한국중량물포장 박영철 대표 $\blacktriangle$한국생활환경시험연구원 오재영 과장 $\blacktriangle$KANG DI DTADING 이근중 지사장 $\blacktriangle$롯데중앙연구소 포장연구팀 양제우 책임연구원 $\blacktriangle$대상 패키지연구센터 박종원 매니저이다. 포장기술사는 포장분야 최고 기술전문가로 일상생활에 밀접하게 연관되어 있는 포장의 기술적 발전과 적합한 사용을 위해 노력하고 있다. 현재 국내 포장기술사는 (사)한국포장기술사회를 중심으로 국내 포장 문화 진흥에 주력하고 있다. 2010년도 포장기술사 합격자들의 수상소감 및 향후 계획을 들어보았다.

In order to respond the opening of technology market by the agreement with WTO, the mutual authentication of professional engineers (PEs) by nh, and the promotion and encouragement of education in technology, the preparation of robustic regulation and regal system to secure the authority of PEs and to enhance their quality is required. And a scheme to train PEs with the advanced country level of quality and secure the practical use of PE's expertise should be developed to cope with current issues after the survey of supply and demand for PEs. In this paper, the problem of supply and demand of construction PEs is surveyed under the current regal system and the idea to regulate the supply and demand with the improvement of the regal system is suggested. The result of this research is used for building the supply and demand system of quality PEs and the efficient training and practical arrangement system. Furthermore, the result would be used for the fundamental data to establish the government policy about PEs.

(사)한국포장협회(회장 윤영욱)가 3월 17일부터 6월 7일까지 11주간 진행한 제21기 포장기술관리사(Packaging Professional) 통신 교육 결과, 총 100명의 포장기술관리사를 배출했다. 이번 제21기 포장기술관리사 통신교육에서는 (주)엘지생활건강 박수연 연구원이 총점 100점 만점에 94.1점을 획득, 최고성적 우수자로 선정됐으며, (주)정식품 이승구 과장과 (주)필맥스 이헌재 주임이 각각 2등과 3등으로 수료했다. 한국포장협회는 정부의 산업기술기반 조성사업의 하나인 인력양성(포장분야)을 목적으로 포장기술관리사 통신교육을 실시해 오고 있으며, 금번 제21기 포장기술관리사를 포함, 그동안 총 1천7백22명을 배출했다. 본 고에서는 제21기 포장기술관리사 통신교육 우수 수료자들의 활약상을 살펴본다.

(사)한국포장협회(회장 윤영욱)가 올해 4월 1일부터 6월 15일까지 총 11주간 진행한 제19기 포장기술관리사(Packaging Professional) 통신교육 결과, 총 99명의 포장기술관리사를 배출했다. 이번 제19기 포장기술관리사 통신교육에서는 (주)남경 김소영 실장이 총점 1백점 만점에 93.9점을 획득, 일반부문 최고 성적 우수자로 선정됐으며, (주)아이마켓코리아 전자계열 2팀 조형래 과장이 93.2점으로 2등, (주)남경 한강수 사원과 롯데중앙연구소 안경목 연구원이 92.7점으로 공동 3등으로 수료했다. 또한 학생 부문에서는 강릉원주대학교 식품가공유통학과 위경일 학생이 1등으로(88.0점), 유영현 학생이 2등85.5점, 나윤진 학생이 3등(85.3점)으로 수료했다. 한국포장협회는 정부의 산업기술기반 조성사업의 하나인 인력양성(포장분야)을 목적으로 포장기술관리사 통신교육을 실시해 오고 있으며, 금번 제19기 포장기술 관리사를 포함, 그동안 총 1천5백35명을 배출했다. 본 고에서는 제19기 포장기술관리사 우수성적 수료자들을 소개해 본다.
