개인화된 IT 서비스의 트렌드는 학습자를 위한 튜터링 시스템에도 학습자의 능력과 수요를 고려한 개인화된 서비스를 요구하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 지능형 튜터링 시스템을 위해 사용자 프로파일 에이전트(UPA, User Profile Agent) 모델을 제안한다. UPA는 프로세스, 메타데이터, 사용자 인터페이스로 구성되어 있으며, 사용자의 기본 정보와 학력 및 경력 정보, 학습 영역 지식, 개인 능력 측정 정보를 메타데이터에 기반으로 저장한다. 저장된 사용자 프로파일 정보는 에이전트의 프로세스에 의해 가공되어 학습자에게 유용한 정보를 제공할 수 있도록 기여할 수 있다. 향후 본 논문의 모형 설계를 기반으로 이러닝 기술 환경의 변화를 반영한 지능화된 지능형 튜터링 시스템 개발에 기여할 수 있도록 연구 발전시키는 것을 목표로 한다.

차세대 임베디드 시스템은 언제 어디에서나 통신, 방송 등의 통신 인프라를 통해 정보를 주고 받을 수 있으며, 다양한 서비스를 사용자에게 편리하고 안전하게 제공할 수 있는 휴대 가능한 IT 장치를 말하며, 이러한 장치상에 탑재되어 서비스 제공자, 콘텐츠제공자, 인프라 운영자, 서비스 개발자, 단말 개발자 등의 단말 사용자에게 개방형 서비스를 가능케 하는 프레임워크가 차세대 임베디드 시스템을 위한 소프트웨어 플랫폼이다. 대표적으로 차량을 기반으로 다양한 서비스를 제공하는 텔레매틱스 단말, 개인의 휴대성을 지향하는 스마트폰, 멀티미디어 정보를 개인화하는 PMP 및 홈네트워크연동을 통하여 다양한 서비스를 제공하는 가정용 지능형 로봇 등이 있다. 본 고에서는 상기 단말에 대한 소개를 통해 개념을 살펴보고, 부가가치를 창출하기 위한 서비스 제공이 가능하도록 하는 소프트웨어 플랫폼의 제공 요소에 대해 언급하고, 소프트웨어플랫폼의 현황과 동향을 파악하기 위해 관련 단말의 시장 현황을 살펴봄으로써 차세대임베디드 소프트웨어 플랫폼 기술이 나야가야 할 방향을 알아보고자 한다.

As the ubiquitous technology has been widespread, the u-service development driven by the private sector is increasing these days. In this paper, a new development methodology of interactive u-services for a mixed-use complex in u-City is proposed. The current state-of-the-art IT, Web2.0, assumes that information must be communicated in both way, not only from service provides to users but also from users to service providers. Here the user-driven u-service will be utilized for service providers to customize user services. By this interactive u-service paradigm, the information users become the information providers so that the mixed-use complex will take advantage of massive information. Also, admitting that the mixed-use complex is limited in terms of the space size, the network effect of information and shared contents created through the interactive u-services can be maximized.

IT 서비스의 안정적인 공급과 IT 서비스의 품질 개선을 이루고자 하는 SLA(Service Level Agreement)에 대해 많은 연구와 시도가 지금까지 진행되어 왔다. SLA 시행에 있어서 측정 지표와 그 평가 기준 선정은 매우 중요하나, 대부분 SLA 측정 지표들은 기술관점의 항목들로 구성되어 있기 때문에, SLA 시행 결과가 사용자 중심이 아닌 서비스 제공자 중심으로 나타나고 있다. 이는 사용자의 불만족을 초래하고 서비스 제공자와의 의사 소통을 어렵게 만들고, 결국 SLA 도입 실패로 이어지는 원인이 되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 기존의 SLA 측정 지표들에서, 사용자 중심의 SLA 측정 지표로 활용할 수 있는 항목들을 BSC 의 인과관계모델을 통해 추출하고, AHP 기법을 통해 SLA 평가 기준들과 측정 지표들에 대한 가중치를 도출하였다. 이를 통하여 사용자 관점의 SLA 지표 선정 방법에 대한 명확한 기준을 제시하였다.

Three-party authenticated key exchange protocol based on smartcards using XOR and hash function operation instead of the public key operation has been proposed in 2006. Recently, it is doing for research because of increasing interest in privacy. This paper pointed out that proposed three-party authenticated key exchange protocol in 2006 has some problems; it is user anonymity and slow wrong input detection, and then we proposed new one to overcome these problems.

음성 통화와 데이터 통신을 결합하는 기술의 발전으로 다양한 통신 환경이 제공됨에 따라, 사용자의 온라인 여부를 알려주는 Presence 시스템이 새로운 통신 서비스 요구를 충족하는 기반 서비스로 등장하였다. Presence는 사용자의 온라인 여부와 접속 방법을 알려 줌으로써 통화 성공률을 증가시킨다. 본 고에서는 Presence 시스템의 구현을 위하여 기반 프로토콜로서 SIP(Session Initiation Protocol)를 채택하고 시스템을 설계 및 개발하는 방법을 제시한다. SIP는 음성 통신을 데이터 패킷망에서 구현하는 VoIP(Voice over IP) 시스템을 지원하기 위하여 제안되었다. 응용 레벨의 프로토콜인 SIP는 사용자가 통신망에 접속하는 지점을 변경하거나 다른 단말기를 사용하여 동일한 구별자(identifier)에 의하여 세션을 연결함으로써 사용자 이동성을 지원한다. 그러므로 SIP를 기반으로 하여, 온라인 사용자의 위치를 확인하는 Presence 시스템을 효율적으로 구현할 수 있다. 이와 같은 방법으로 개발한 Presence 시스템은 송신자에게 수신자의 상태 정보를 알려 줌으로써 통화 성공률을 증가시키며, 수산자가 때에 따라 수신 환경을 지정할 수 있도록 함으로써 통화 편리를 제공한다. 또한 이동 통신에서 위치 정보를 기반으로 하는 응용 서비스를 구현하는 기반 서비스로 적용 가능하다.

현재 교육 융 복합 콘텐츠 서비스는 사용자의 용도와 목적에 대응하지 못하는 고정된 사용자 인터페이스를 제공하여 사용자의 필요에 의한 것이 아닌 제공자 기준의 단방향 서비스만을 제공함에 따라 서로 소통은 이루어졌으나 직접적인 커뮤니케이션이 불가능하다는 단점이 있다. 이러한 단점을 보완하고자 본 논문에서 제시한 스마트퍼걸러(Smart-Pergola) 시스템은 증강현실의 주요 기술인 디스플레이기술, 마커인식기술, 영상합성기술을 적용하여 사용자로 하여금 보다 친숙한 현실감 속에서 상호작용이 가능하며, 자발적인 학습참여 유도, 부모와 자녀사이의 교감학습증대 등 양방향 소셜 네트워크를 구축하여 적극적이고 활동적인 참여와 정보교류의 장이 될 수 있도록 시스템을 설계하였다.

The amount of information on the Web is explosively growing as the Internet gains in popularity. However, only a small portion of the information on the Web is truly relevant or useful to the user. Thus, offering suitable information according to user demand is an important subject in information retrieval. In e-commerce, the recommender system is essential to revitalize commercial transactions, raise user satisfaction and loyalty towards the information provider. The existing recommender systems are mostly based on user data collected at servers, so user data are dispersed over several servers. Therefore, web servers that lack sufficient user behavior data cannot easily infer user preferences. Also, if the user visits the server infrequently, it may be hard to reflect the dynamically changing user's interest. This paper proposes a novel personalization system analyzing the user preference based on web documents that are accessed by the user on a user device. The system also identifies non-content blocks appearing repeatedly in the dynamically generated web documents, and adds weight to the keywords extracted from the hyperlink sentence selected by the user. Therefore, the system establishes at an early stage recommendation strategies for the web server that has little user data. Also, user profiles are generated rapidly and more accurately by identifying the information blocks. In order to evaluate the proposed system, this study collected web data and purchase history from users who have current purchase activity. Then, we computed the similarity between purchase data and the user profile. We confirm the accuracy of the generated user profile since the web page containing the purchased item has higher correlation than other item pages.

무선통신 기술과 정보 기술을 이용해서 사용자 무선 단말에 다양한 정보를 제공하는 텔레매틱스 서비스는 차량 운전자, 탑승자 및 보행자 등 사용자에 따라 다양한 형태의 서비스로 진화하고 있다. 또한 무선통신망의 발전으로 인해 광대역 통신의 대용량 텔레매틱스 서비스로의 발전이 기대되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 텔레매틱스 서비스 중에서 대중교통의 편리한 사용을 위한 보행자 위주의 길안내 서비스에 대해 논한다. 보행자 대중교통 안내 서비스를 위한 요구 사항을 기반으로 서비스 기능을 정의하고 서비스를 분류함으로써 보행자의 도보 및 대중교통 안내 서비스를 제안한다. 보행자 대중교통 안내 서비스는 보행자 도보 길안내 기능, 출발지와 목적지 기반의 One-Stop 대중교통 안내 기능, 대중교통 정보 제공 기능, 경로 예약 기능, 개인화 기능으로 분류할 수 있으며 각 기능의 정의 및 구성 요건들을 제안한다.

통신 기술과 모바일 기술의 발달로 인해, 이 두 기술을 융합된 모바일IPTV가 탄생하였다. 하지만, 모바일IPTV는 기존의 IPTV와는 달리 방대한 종류의 디바이스와 그에 따른 제공하는 비디오 포맷과 같은 제약들이 존재한다. 하지만 기존의 서비스는 다양한 이기종의 모바일 장치의 특성을 고려하지 않고 서비스 제공자가 모든 사용자에게 같은 서비스를 제공하기 때문에 사용자는 콘텐츠의 포맷이나 용량으로 인하여 장치에 알맞은 컨텐츠를 받지 못할 경우가 있으며 혹은 신속하게 서비스를 제공받지 못할 경우가 있다. 위와 같은 문제를 해결하기 위해서, 본 논문에서는 CC/PP(Composite Capabilities / Preference Profile)를 이용하여 이기종의 모바일IPTV 장치들의 규격 및 특성을 분석하고, 이를 통해 다양한 기종의 모바일IPTV 사용자들에게 장치의 특성에 맞는 맞춤형 서비스를 최적화하여 제공할 수 있는 시스템을 제안한다.
