After Cloud Computing concept appeared in Google that is Internet search engine company and Famed online bookstore Amazon succeed in online rental business of computer resource, Global IT companies are watched by Cloud Computing. The companies applying Cloud Computing having been many changes, also domestic It business is throwing the spotlight on new paradigm of Cloud Computing. This paper is going to look at concept and trend of Cloud Computing, and describe situation and outlook of Cloud Computing in domestic companies.

We live in a society in which existing legal frameworks are constantly challenged by technological advancements. This creates a need to constantly update and adapt the way. This new technology constitutes a brand new route for the exchange of goods and services that has yet to be fully examined. Whereas much has been written on how the information superhighway affects legal issues, such as substantial questions have yet to be answered in regards to how this new trade route will be treated by various laws of taxation and customs and our policies. Because electronic commerce, is not bound by physical geography provides a fundamentally new way of conducting commercial transactions, this paper analyzes how electronic commerce will be affected by the computer networks, with particular attention to existing international frameworks for taxes and tariffs systems, investigates the reviews and consequences that the electronic commerce environment presents to traditional precepts of taxation and customs.

Currently there is fast flow of America and South Korea FTA negotiation being issued. Aim of FTA, by having free trade between two countries to gain their economical benefit. Few benefits can be expected by Korea joining FTA with America It will increase export as well as increase in overseas investment and this will lead to booming of services industry. After America and Korea FTA Discussion being announced around the world, Australia and EU also has interest of doing FTA with South Korea, which mean that America and Korea FTA has effect of bring in the overseas interest of FTA to South Korea. Expectation of American can be, create the market in South Korea to gain benefit as well as able to check out the economical issue of north east Asia country such as China and Japan. Since American side has high agreement with the make FTA with South Korea, South Korea now has to make own decision about this matter. Since Korean economy highly influence by world trade, to survive from market competition with China and Japan, Korea must involve in Free trade with world.

This paper is to analyzes the recent discussions in the WTO and to draw some basic policy implications for Korea concerning electronic commerce. To foster electronic transactions. the WTO agreement should establish a basic legal framework for international transactions to guarantee a stable and predictable environment. The member countries in the WTO, however, have not formed a consensus on the definition, classification, technological neutrality, and domestic regulations dealing with electronic commerce. Digital transfer and classifications of electronic transfer are the most difficult problems to be solved. The discussions on electronic commerce which had been on hold after the Seattle Ministerial is due to begin in a special working group of specialists. Electronic transactions in Korea have been increased rapidly and the implementation of concrete forms and rules of electronic commerce in the WTO will be influential to international trade as we to adopt them in the transactions. Therefore, we have to open our eyes to the trends of international discussions on this matter and to make our rules and laws of electronic commerce to the international levels.

최근 VPN의 구축이 늘어남에 따라, 안전한 VPN을 구축하는 데 있어 강력한 보안기능과 터널기능을 제공하는 핵심 프로토콜인 IPsec의 중요성은 더욱 부각되고 있다. 현재 사용되고 있는 IKE 프로토콜은 기능이 복잡하고 표준규격의 기술(description)이 난해해서 이를 구현한 이기종 제품간에 상호 연동성이 아직까지도 제대로 확보되지 않고 있다. 또한 서비스거부공격에 대한 취약점을 드러내고 있으므로 이들에 대한 보완이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 이 취약점을 보완하기 위하여 제안된 두 개의 프로토콜 IKEv2와 JEK에 대한 소개와 두 프로토콜의 비교를 한 후, 차세대 키관리 프로토콜로 적합한 것은 이 중 어떤 프로토콜인지 고려해본다.

IPsec is a standardization way for protection of IP packets in network layer and it is composed of three protocols that is AH(Authentication Header), ESP(Encapsulation Security Protocol) and IKE(Internet Key Exchange). Before doing encryption and decryption using AH or ESP protocols, both of communicating entities have to share same key safely. IKE protocol works automatically. But it has less interoperability because IKE protocol is not simple. A work which standardize IKEv2 has been done up to now. In this article, we will examine the Cryptographic Algorithms of IKEv2, and describe the AES usage with IPsec, based on the IETF Draft document.

기존의 NTFS, HFS+, Ext4와 같은 전통적인 파일시스템들은 디스크 사용, 공간 관리, 데이터 암호화 등 여러 측면에서 한계점을 가지고 있었다. 특히 디스크 사용 측면에서 기본적으로 단일 디스크 안에서 동작하도록 설계되었기 때문에 여러 개의 디스크에서 동작하도록 하려면 RAID와 같은 별도의 구성이 필요했다. 이에 따라 주요 운영체제들은 위와 같은 기존 파일시스템들의 한계점들을 극복하도록 설계된 Pooled Storage 파일시스템들을 공개하였다. Pooled Storage 파일시스템에 관한 연구는 2017년 여름 미국 오스틴에서 열린 DFRWS 학회에서 독일의 Jan-Niclas Hilgert에 의해 발표된 이후 디지털 포렌식 학계 및 산업계에서 집중적인 연구개발이 진행되고 있다. 2017년 Hilgert는 ZFS 파일시스템에 대한 분석기능을 공개소프트웨어인 SleuthKit에 추가한 기술을 발표하였고, 2018년 DFRWS에서는 BtrFS 파일시스템에 대한 분석기능을 공개하였다. BlackBag Technologies의 Joe Syle은 APFS 파일시스템에 대한 분석기능을 SleuthKit에 추가한 결과를 DFRWS 2018에서 발표하였다. 노르웨이의 Rune Nordvik은 2019년 DFRWS에서 REFS를 역공학을 통하여 분석한 결과를 공개하였다. 국내에서는 고려대학교를 중심으로 ReFS에 대한 연구가 진행 중이다. 본 논문에서는 주요 운영체제들이 공개한 Pooled Storage 파일시스템 형태의 차세대 파일시스템인 ReFS, APFS, BtrFS를 소개하고 각 파일시스템의 특징과 주요 기능들을 설명한다.

본 논문은 반려동물 강아지를 위한 전용 관리 및 지역 애완동물 병원과의 연동을 통한 긴급 조치 서비스망의 구축, 반려동물 강아지를 키우는 사람들의 커뮤니티 운영을 위하여 필요한 스마트 App.과 Web Site에 관한 설계 연구이다. 먼저, 본 논문은 서론에서 기존의 반려동물 강아지의 관리 및 긴급 구조 시스템에 관련된 상표출원 동향을 조사한다. 본론으로, 본 논문은 한이음 프로젝트로서 반려동물 강아지 서비스/시스템/콘텐츠의 설계, 대학생 멘티들이 참여하는 역할분담을 연구한다. 결론적으로, 본 논문은 반려동물의 평상시 관리와 비상시의 긴급구조에 필요한 IoT기반의 스마트시스템과 Web Page, 스마트 단말기에서 작동하는 App.의 설계, 제작, 시험, 인증에 관하여 필요한 준비사항, 시스템 개발의 절차와 지식재산권, 기술문서의 작성법에 관하여 연구한다.

NTB는 transparent bridge와 공통적으로 독립적인 PCI bus(PCI 또는 PCI Express bus)에 대해서 데이터 전송 경로(path)를 제공한다는 점에서 기능적으로 유사하다. 그러나, NTB와 transparent bridge 간의 가장 큰 차이점은 NTB가 사용될 경우에 bridge의 하향부분(downstream side)에 위치한 장치들은 상향부분(upstream side)에서는 보이지 않는다는 점이다. 이는 bridge의 하향부분(downstream side)에 위치한 인텔리전트(intelligent)한 제어기(예를들면 CPU를 포함하는 컴퓨터)가 자신의 downstream side에 위치하는 서브시스템 내 각종 장치들을 독립적으로 관리할 수 있다는 점이다. NTB는 또한 첫 번째 호스트(primary host)의 PCI bus로 구성된 서브시스템(subsystem) 계층구조(hierarchy)에 두 번째 호스트(secondary host)를 연결하는 데 사용될 수 있다. 이는 두 시스템간 통신을 가능하도록 하는 반면, 두 시스템을 서로 격리시키는 효과도 발생한다. 즉, NTB는 일반적으로 도어벨(doorbell)을 통해서 bridge의 다른 편에 위치한 장치에 대해서 인터럽트를 보낼 수 있으며, 또한, scratchpad 레지스터를 보유하고 있어 bridge의 양측에서 데이터를 상호 공유함으로써 interprocessor communication 할 수 있다.

'08.3월 U-City법이 제정되었고, '09년에 U-City법에 근거한 제1차 유비쿼터스도시종합계획 (이하 U-City종합계획)이 수립되었다. 이후 계획에 따라 U-City R&D, U-City시범도시 지원사업 등이 추진되었으며, 기술, 서비스, 인력양성, 산업지원, 법제도 개선 등 다양한 부문에 U-City 지원 정책이 시행되었다. 이로 인해 국내 U-City 사업이 활발히 추진되었으나 주로 공공 주도의 신도시를 중심으로 구축되어 과도한 건설비용 및 관리운영비 부담, 중복투자 등의 다양한 문제를 발생하게 된다. 결국 신도시 조성 개발이익을 통한 U-City 구축은 건설경기의 침체와 함께 심각한 위기를 맞게 된다. 하지만 새정부 출범 이후 U-City는 창조경제 대표사업으로 채택되어 재도약할 수 있는 계기가 마련되었고 정부는 지역경제 활성화의 일환으로 도시재생사업에 U-City를 접목하는 등 U-City 부흥을 위한 시도를 지속적으로 하고 있다. 특히 신도시 개발로 치우쳐서 발생된 기존도시와의 불균형을 해소하기 위해 다각도로 해결방안을 모색하고 있다. 이에 현 시점에서는 기존도시에 초점을 맞추어 U-City 방향을 살펴보는 연구가 필요하며, 기존 신도시형 U-City가 추구했던 정보통신 위주의 계획에서 벗어나 지역특성 및 수준 등을 고려한 도시계획적 측면으로 접근하는 것이 바람직하다. 본고에서는 국내외 스마트시티 동향을 파악하고 우리나라의 신도시개발형 U-City 구축 현황의 문제점을 진단하여 기존도시형 U-City 구축의 필요성을 도출하였다. 이를 토대로 실효성 있는 기존도시 U-City 구현을 위하여 도시계획적 관점에서의 고도화 방안을 모색하고자 한다.
