Policy base management system that can satisfy various user's request in distributed system environment recently and manage network resources efficiently is required. Described policy base management information consisted of ECA(Event-Condition-Action) rules so that efficient management of various communication network and consistent management policy may be available in this paper. Policy is consisted of Event, Condition and Actions to achieve when condition is satisfied. And we can present formality of dynamic function of management object as applying policy to ATM congestion control model been applying in real environment.

본 연구에서는 주부가 가족자원을 적정하게 지각하는데 영향을 미치는 요인과 주부의 가정관리수행에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하고, 가족자원에 대한 적정지각이 가정관리수 행에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 규명하고자 한다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 주부는 대인관 계자원과 주거자원에 대한 적저지각이 가장 높고, 건강자원, 지식.기술자원, 시간자원, 지역사회자원, 금전자원의 순으로 저정하게 지각하고 있다. 둘째, 전체 가족자원적정지각에 영향을 미치는 변수는 학력, 월평균소득, 취업유무, 하루평균 가사노동시간, 주택소유형태, 내구재소유수이다. 세째, 주부의 대상별 가정 관리수행 수준에서는 기질.성격에 대한 관리수행 수준이 가장 높고, 그 다음은 애정관리이며, 지식.기술에 대한 수행이 가장 낮게 나타났다. 네 째, 주부의 대상별 가정관리수행에 전반적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 변수는 주부가 지각하는 남편의 가사조력도이다. 끝으로, 전체 대상별 가정관리수행은 전체 가족자원적정지각과 정적상관을 가지며, 주부가 지식.기술자원을 보다 적정하게 지각할수록 전체관리수행 수준은 높게 나타났다.

본 논문에서는 ITU-T 권고안에 정의된 장제적 접근제어 모델과 역할기반 접근제어 모델을 상호연동한 모델의 관리객체 상호관계구조를 정의하였다. 또한 관리속성값을 제어하는 관리연산을 연관된 유형별로 묶어 역할로 정의하였으며 관리자와 관리객체에 보안등급을 부여함으로써 무결성을 보장하고 관리자 관리객체 사이에 역할을 배정하므로써 실생활에 적용될 수 있는 접근제어 모델을 제시하였다. 그리고 역할배정규칙과 제약조건을 기반으로 하여 'rule' 관리객체 클래스의 접근제어 결정함수와 접근제어 집행함수의 동작과정을 동적특성 기술언어를 체계적이고 정형적으로 기술하였다.

컴퓨터와 네트워크 기술이 발전하면서 물리적으로 분산되어 있던 시설들이 논리적으로 통합 관리되고 있다. 이 시대에 맞춰 국방부 또한 "국방정보화" 라는 단어를 통해 국방체계를 IT 중심의 군 체계로 전환하고 있는 가운데 네트워크 전체를 마비시키는 사이버 위협은 날이 갈수록 늘어나는 상황이며 사이버 안보에 있어 외부로부터의 침입을 막고 내부로부터의 유출을 막기 위한 실시간 보안관리는 점점 더 중요해지고 있는 상황이다. 또한 군사기반시설에 대한 관리적 및 기술적 환경측면에서 발생할 수 있는 보안 사고에 대응하기 위하여 실시간 보안관리 체계는 수립단계부터 세부적인 평가가 반드시 수행되어야 한다. 이에 본 논문은 국외 관리체계 및 국내기업 우수사례 분석을 통해 보호체계 수립단계에서 세부적인 평가단계까지 실질적으로 보안에서 중요시하는 관리적, 기술적, 개인정보에 근거한 실시간 보안관리 체계를 통하여 군에 효과적으로 적용할 수 있는 국방망의 지속적인 실시간 보안관리 체계를 제안한다.

공공시설 자산관리는 기존의 대응적 유지보수 개념의 시설물유지관리체계에서 예방적 유지보수 개념으로 전환한 시설물 유지보수의 새로운 개념이다. 기존에 운영되고 있는 공공시설관리 시스템들을 효율적으로 관리하기 위해서는 자산관리 모형이 표준화되어 범정부EA 지원시스템에 목표아키텍처로 등록되고 더 나아가서는 범정부 표준시스템으로 만들어 필요한 기관에 보급할 필요가 있다. 이 연구에서는 공공시설 자산관리 정보시스템을 구축하는데 필수적인 참조모델을 시스템의 상호운영성과 정보의 호환성을 확보하기 용이하도록 범정부EA 관점에서 제시하였다. 제시한 자산관리 참조모델이 GEAP에 등록 관리 된다면 이것을 바탕으로 타 기관에서 향후 정보시스템을 구축할 때 사전에 파악하고 활용하도록 제안 할 수 있을 것이다.

Tower Palace III project is the highest residential and commercial high-rise complex building in Korea. In order to construct a high-rise building, advanced construction and engineering technology is required. Therefore, with more developed construction and engineering technology based upon accumulated knowledge, construction speed of 13.4 days per floor including finish work was achieved in this project. To achieve this project successfully, three main advanced construction technology were applied: 1) Construction methods for 3-day cycle of structural work and curtain wall, 2) Tact scheduling method for finish work, 3) Management system of material, labor, work, and information. Also, four main engineering technology were applied: 1) New material such as high -flowing concrete and high strength concrete of 800 kgf/cm2, 2) New method such as a pipe-cooling system of a cool water circulating type, 3) Mechanical system such as smart-fan controlling kitchen-ventilation system, 4) Electrical system such as false car system.

This paper reviewed outline of Strategic Niche Management(SNM) and its usefulness and limits as policy tool. SNM is based on Multi Level Perspective(MLP) that traces technological innovation and makes transition of lock-in socio-technical system. This approach is one of systematical then traditional one, market failure approach. SNM had get a attention not only as a analytical frame of technological development, but also tool of radical innovation, although its limits of theoretical and empirical immaturity. SNM could provide a new perspective to analysis and action within urgent needs of alternative innovation policy for aging society, news energy policy for sustainable and disaster policy in danger society.

As Korea's industrial competitiveness and technological prowess increase, collaboration and technical exchanges with contracting companies are increasing. In an environment where cooperation with the contracting company is unavoidable ordering companies are also striving to prevent leakage of technologies through various security systems, policy-making and security checks. However, although the contracting companies were assessed to have a high level of security management the leakage of technical datas are steadily increasing. Issues are being raised about the effectiveness of the security management assessment and the actual security management levels. Therefore, this study suggested a security management system model to improve security management efficiency in the general contract structure. To prove this, analyze the efficiency of 36 contractor companies for the technical datas security management system using the DEA model. The results of the analysis are reflected in the assessment results. Lastly, suggestions for improving the effectiveness of the technical datas security system are proposed.
