19세기의 기술시대 이후, 20세기 전반은 과학의 시대, 20세기 후반은 과학과 공학이 연합한 세 련된 기술의 창조시대였으며, 21세기는 정교한 공학과 과학의 지식이 요구되는 시대라고 한다. 이러한 논리는 현대공학이 기술주도와 과학주도 공학분야의 결합체로서, 공학적 수련(engineering practice)을 위해서는 과학이 원리에 기본을 둔 지시과 수련과 기술에 의하여 주도된 경험적 지 식을 모두 요구하고 있기 때문이다. 공학은 응용과학과는 다르며 과학적인 원리와 경험적 지 식을 사용하여 기술적인 해를 추구하는 방법임에도 불구하고 오늘날의 세계적인 공학교육의 추 세는 아직까지도 과학적 원리에 중점을 두어왔으며, 따라서 공학의 요체라 할 수 있는 수련과 기술에 의한 경험적 지식은 대학교육에서 도외시 되어온 반면, 많은 부분이 산업체에 축적, 존 재하게 되었다. 특히 현대의 고도기술 경쟁사회에 있어서 창의적 기술개발은 상대적 기술우위를 점하기 위해 필수적인 요소가 되고 있으며 '기술에는 과거가 있어도 기술자에게는 과거가 없고 오직 미래만이 있다'는 아이러니가 통용되고 있는 실정이다.

최근 인터넷쇼핑몰은 판매자 중심에서 구매자 중심으로 변화하고 있으며, 새로운 사용자 경험(User Experience)의 요구하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 웹 표준 및 접근성을 고려하여 사용성(Usability)과 효율성을 기반으로 상호작용하는 동적인 Web Application 기술을 적용하여 새로운 사용자 경험(User Experience)을 제공하고 전자상거래의 새로운 패러다임을 제시할 수 있는 사용자(구매자) 및 관리자(판매자)의 동적인 유저인터페이스(UI : User Interface)가 가능한 Web Application을 제언 하는 데에 그 목적이 있다.

In the modern society, as development innovative technology consumers could access various information. It make consumers empower in the market, and information asymmetry problem were solving more and more. In the technical information, however, there are still information asymmetry because technical information is very difficult to understand, and those are related with professional knowledge such as financial information. This study used the dataset which was collected to track Korean consumers consumption index by KCA(Korea Consumer Agency) which included consumer's problem experience at financial field. The results are followings. Firstly, consumers want to get exact and important information to decide purchase or not and comparative information in technical information area. Secondly, age is the influence variable to experience more problems in technical information section. Thirdly, consumer's subjective financial competency is major influence factor to reduce problem experience.

우리 나라는 '70년대 이후 이미 군사용로켓에 대한 개발경험과 기술축적을 갖고 있으나, 기술개발과정에서 시스템중심의 설계기술 위주로 확보하였고, 개발비용이 많이 들어가는 핵심기술이나 부품 및 첨단소재는 전량 외국에서 수입해서 사용하는 형태로 기술혁신이 이루어졌기 때문에 꼭 필요한 핵심기술의 확보가 부족한 실정에 있다. 대부분 선개발국가들은 초기 발사체 개발에 있어 임무지향적인 목표하에 군사기술과 연계해서 추진체계를 확립하고 막대한 예산과 시설투자 그리고 필요한 전문인력을 확보하여 연구개발중심의 제작과 시험과정을 통한 많은 시행착오를 거치면서 발사경험의 축적과 기술축적을 가져왔다

본 연구에서는 치과치료를 무자격 의술자에게 받은 사람들의 특성을 파악하고자 하였다. 2006년 국민구강건강 실태조사 자료를 이용하였다. 본 연구 대상자는 755명으로 치과 무자격시술 경험 유무에 따라 그룹을 나누었다. 무자격 시술 예측 모형을 기 분석에서 살아남은 변수로 CART 모형으로 예측한 결과는 다음과 같다. 의료보험 종류가 의료급여 1종중 66.67%가 무자격 시술경험을 할 것으로 예측되었으나, 직장 또는 미가입 자는 15.46%만 무자격 시술경험을 할 것으로 예측되었다. 연령은 66.5세를 기준으로 66.5세 이상에 해당하는 사람들은 30.0%가 무자격 시술경험을 할 것으로 예측되었으나, 66.5세 미만은 72.7%가 무자격 시술을 경험하는 것으로 나타났다.

현재 개발되고 있는 유럽의 헬기들은 거의 전부가 공동개발 형태이며, 이 프로그램들을 관리하는 기술은 이전의 영.불콩고드, 유럽의 에어버스, 불.독의 유로미사일 그리고 NATO의 Tornado 전투기프로그램에서 얻은 경험들을 토대로 하고 있다. 이 관리기술이 가장 최근에 실현된 프로그램이 EH-101이라 할수 있다. 엄청난 리스크와 비용을 유럽이 그간 축적한 경험으로 극복한 점은 유럽공동개발 프로그램으로서 EH-101이 갖는 각별한 의미이다

There are increasing policy and academic interests on technology commercialization of public research organizations. Prior researches have focused on institutional factors and organizational differences between academics and public research organizations. Using a new data on individual-level characteristics and commercialization, we examine the effects of prior experience and total number of research projects on commercialization performance. We find strong positive relationships between prior experience and commercialization performance. Also we find a inverted U-curved relationships between total number of research projects and commercialization. Based on these results, we suggest some policy implications to promote technology commercializations of public research organizations.

This study attempted to describe the essential structure of lived experience of a students trans ferring into the nursing program. A study on the experience of students who have a major in this of health or who have experience in a medical institution is aimed at identifying the nature of incorporating nursing into each individual. The experiences were analyzed and the meaning of the experiences was understood by applying the phenomenolgical Analysis method of Colaizzi. The total number of people who majored in health care and five experienced medical institutions was nine, which resulted four themes and 14 central beauty. Based on the results of this study, it will provide basic materials for fostering professional nursing personnel at various nursing sites by understanding the nursing departments and experiences of students with experience in the health care system.

The purpose of the study was to understand the various aspects of learning experiences of Korean university students on K-MOOC. Analyses on the major motivation of the enrollment in a certain MOOC class, the actual learning experiences in the class and the perception of the achievement of the class were the three main foci of the current study. The study employed inductive content analysis as a major analysis tool. Reflective journals from 94 students who enrolled in K-MOOC classes were collected and analyzed at the end of the semester. The result of this study indicated that most of students selected the specific K-MOOC classes based on their general interests on the topics the class offered. Other factors such as intellectual curiosity, practical reasons for their study or work and popularity were also influential on the selection of MOOC classes. Watching videos, taking quizzes and taking tests were the three major sources of the students' satisfaction. Most students felt that K-MOOC is technically satisfactory. However, some students reported on simple errors and absence of advanced functions in the platform. Students perceived positively on their academic achievements of obtaining knowledge(remembering and understanding), attitudes (receiving), and skills through K-MOOC. This study ultimately showed a new awareness of learning experiences around K-MOOC from the perspective of the students. Future research is needed to understand the relationships between the students' learning experience and the students' performance in MOOC classes.
